That's a welcomed development. The Nigeria law should legalize prostitution because there is no way the government can win the war against prostitution, just the same way they can't win the war against marijuana.

I am surprised Prof. Soyinka is telling us Bubu is in a trance, funny he just realised this. Towards the 2015 elections he failed to see Gen. Buhari's gross unsuitability for the office of President and endorsed him. The only thing Buhari could boast of was anti-corruption, even at that it is now clear to those who chose to be blind, that bubu is corrupt himself and willfully turns his back to the glaring acts of corruption happening right under his nose and by his appointees.
