If one writes just hospital (option A) , will the answer be wrong or correct ?

I believe the person ought to leave the country first before applying for the PCC.

It's possible for someone to fall foul of the law (after getting the PCC and) before leaving the country and so, the PCC may not show the true picture.

For PCC ( police clearance certificate)

If someone has resided in a foreign country for more than 6 months the person is required to get a pcc from that country.

If the last day the person will reside in that country is like 31 December, is it ok to get a PCC like 1 week (like 26 December) before he finally departs that country or must the PCC be only on a date after he has departed the country?

Eg medicals to expire 1 January ,2023 is it ok to arrive 29 or 30th December? Or must the perosn do another medicals?

The score cannot increase as EE and work permit are different programmes.if he has job offer he should apply for work permit.
The only way score can increase in EE profile under LMIA exempt is if only he has work permit and has worked in Canada for at least 1 year.

I think, a child with a US passport is a citizen not a permanent resident. There should be another question about the child's nationalities where you will indicate the 2 nationalities and passport numbers.

Hi all,
A child born in the USA , has US passport, does not reside in the USA (but resides in Nigeria), has Nigerian passport as well, will the child be termed as a permananet resident of USA ?
Asking because I saw this question
Is your family member a permanent resident of the United States who has an alien registeration card (Green Card) or other proof of permanent residence?
In this situation will it be YES or NO?

POF is not really required ,but payslip alongside reference letter is required to support that you are employed and receive pay from the organsiation.

Company A issues monthly payslips and in the payslip it mentions the amount paid by company B, but writes it as On-site payment and writes out the figure. Company B, does not give payslip unless you ask and whenever requested its not so easy.

Question: Is there any need to request payslip from company B , or will the payslip from company A will suffice for both?

Now in this scenario which do I follow? Upfront or wait? I am really considering the upfront due to time and availability of appointment dates as it looks difficult, but wanted to know if doing it upfront has any negative impact on the application.

Secondly, if up upfront medical is done, must it be included before submitting application or can I submit application, do biometrics and submit / send it later before it’s requested from the authorities?
I have and express entry profile, should I cancel the profile or I can still leave it while doing work permit application?

Firstly , congrats

I think it's matter of choice, you can do it ahead for proactive reason.
However, one limitation of doing medical upfront is: your visa date is directly proportional to your medical date.

Also, sometimes we need to be proactive in this time of adaptive change ( time of pandemic) which no one can predict what will happen tomorrow to hospital. You might want to take a proactive action.

However, you re the decision maker

I can get reference from either ,but company A which is the main company will be easier to give and will as well give in IRCC format as it will be my supervisor doing the reference.
If I use company Z which is the labour supply company it will be corporate and head office level and may be hard to get it IRCC format.
(I asked because payslips comes from company Z)
