Is he fat or overweight? If so, he needs to start eating healthier diets like more fruits and vegetable. he should also avoid eating fried foods and very sugary foods. Most importantly he should have a regular exercise regimen to build stamina like walking or running some mileage per day, pushups, weight training etc. He should start with small routines of this exercise, but should increase it gradually over time .

Realest thing I've heard from Tonto. Today, people just have top pretend and live fake lives to avoid being ostracised and stigmatized by their friends and family bcuz of their struggles. It's bad that this traumatic experience really happened to her. I know it's been a great psychological burden for her to carry over the years and making this known to the public is one good step for her to reducing the burden and thus healing too. Despite her confession, I think she's still needs more professional help to her heal further like going to a professional psychologist/psychiatrist either in Nigeria or anywhere else in the world like US or Britain. I know she can afford the care of these professionals can offer her.
