We are progressing. cool
We'll get there. Thanks Kabe1.
We are really progressing. The government needs to do more to patronize Nigerian made products.

We have purchased over 400 MRAPs in the last 12 months and all came in from China.

That's not good enough.

We could have shared it 50/50 or 70/30 in favour of the Chinese.

There are many good quality products Nigerian defence companies are producing. We need to patronize them more.

Any news about the NAF Alpha jets ?
It has been long i saw pictures of them or hear of them participating in any operations.
There's a general lack of information, seems for operational reasons since this CAS came on board.

However the Alpha Jets are still in action, as we have seen, the Nigerian military has degraded Boko Haram and ISWAP so the intensity of action is not like a couple years ago.

The good news is the Nigerian government has paid for the engines of the M346F/A from America, so a replacement for the Alpha Jets is coming sooner than later.

I will post SIPRI's arms transfer report in the coming hours, there's nothing in it we don't already know, but still.
