Raise your vibration

1)Stay away from things that make you feel sad eg people, porn, masturbation, drugs alcohol, gamblingetc
2)Start mindfulness meditation
3)Start exercising(cardio or weight lifting)
4)Reduce intake of meat
5)Start coming outside more
6)If you're religious, pray
Take my no 1 advice seriously. I can bet it you're involved in one of those vices, whatever it is, start making small steps to stop it

It was one girl who was my former neighbour, always gossiping about me and making side talk to make jest of my girlfriend whenever she visits me. I was a calm guy enduring her rubbish and just hoping to ignore her till enternity until the evening she saw me going out to buy bathing soap and rush to lock the gate because its 9pm despite seeing me in the shop outside, I knock on the gate with anger, no respond but I could peep through and saw her sitting in the compound pressing her phone, I called my girlfriend from inside my room through my back window to open the gate.

After my girlfriend opened the gate I went straight to her and beat her to pulp, her mum and brothers attacked me but I used weapons like stick and bottle to injure them, the whole neighbourhood gathered us that night to make peace but I was still not pleased. I went to the police station that night to bring police officer to arrest them.
Since that day she gave me peace till I left that compound and rented a self-contain.
I am an introvert but dont push me to the wall, it doesnt end well.
