So recently I have been thinking, "Why do people even get married?

Marriage is good, no doubt about that, but now, what is your personal reason for marriage?

why would you choose to take a lady into your life and into your house?
Take responsibility of all her problems, her extended family etc.

Then children comes into the picture..
You're the man, and that is how it should be right?
you have to provide for all, your wife only has sit and take care of the children.

Why do you find it necessary to bear all these burden?
Because you're a "MAN"?

My Uncle's wife just gave birth, two weeks ago, to a baby girl.
Through operation, and you need to see how he's running around to get the money for the hospital bill.

I really feel for him, and sometimes, I just wish I could help him.


Elders in the house, please educate us.



Because if I can keep my virginity up till now, I don't think I'll be needing a girl in my life.

Hello Everyone.

Please I need help with accommodation.
I am currently going through a hard time, life seems to be against me at all angle.
I'm just happy to be alive.

I am a Barber who just finished my schooling last year.
I had issues with my Uncle who I used to live with, I had to leave for safety reasons, as my life was threatened.

Now it all began last year..
Fortunately for me, I learnt how to barb at an early stage, I'm good at it, and it has been of help to me.

I used to live with my Mom (Dad is gone)
She moved to Port Harcourt, with my little sisters.
now I'm stuck with my Uncle, here in Anambra State.

Things started on the right foot, but now I feel so bad, suicide has been on my mind.
After I wrote my WAEC, I started working for my Uncle in his Saloon.

I'm basically treated like shit, and all in the name of "Family"

I'm fed up, I want to live his shop and his house.
I'm not even being paid, I'm being insulted and sometimes beaten

I need a place to stay please.
Someone should please let me squat with him.
j posted this here with the intention of finding young boys who live alone.
I will surely be working and contributing to the house, but I just need to go and clear my mind.
I need to be free of this man.

What do we humans really want in life?

That question has always been on my mind now.

This happened yesterday..
I'm a Barber, and though things are not moving so well for me lately.
I have strong hopes and I believe things will get better soon.

If you look up my profile, you will understand, my previous topics. and what I'm currently going through.

Now I went out, to my daily hustle, at my Uncle's shop.
A man, who has his shop next to ours, he sells clothes and other things.
An elderly man, someone old enough to be my father.
This is someone I used to look up to, as a wise man who is making his money and minding his business.

He came out of his car, a flashy, brand new GLK.
I was having a bad day, and I felt really depressed, I don't talk to him outside the normal greetings, Hi and Hello.

I decided to pour out my self to this man, maybe he could be of help.
I approached him, greeted him, and started talking.

He was so quiet, just looking straight into my eyes.
after everything, he said, "So you just use and Android for what?"
I was so confused, I asked him, "please what do you mean"
He said, "So you don't have a game which you play?"
I replied and said "Yes, I do have some games, like Candy Crush, Subway Surfers, and all"
He laughed, it seemed like he couldn't stop laughing.
Finally he said "This is a cruel world, we are all living to die someday, don't take anything about it too serious, just be happy. Live your life to the fullest, and let no one control you.
He said, I should start Yahoo, it's the only way out, Android phone has made it easy for all of us. he said, how do you think I survive? my selling clothes of one Naira?.
It's either you use, or get used.
be good, be helpful, but don't be weak, don't be limited.
Do it, and see the results, it's left to you to decide, if it's something you would want to do with the rest of your life, because if it's bad, it probably doesn't match your personality"
