Romance6 Ways To Enjoy Being Single by Kangol99(op):
You don’t have to be in a relationship to have fun.
Being single is equally great.
Yes, being in a relationship is great. It makes you
happy and you surely get to spend a memorable
time
with your loved one. But that doesn’t mean you
cannot have fun all by yourself as well.
Being single is necessary at times, it helps you
understand yourself better and also lets you do
things that you otherwise wouldn’t have been able
to,
had you been with someone.
Read the tips below and discover how to be “happily
single”:
Go on a holiday alone: One of the best ways to enjoy
yourself is by venturing out all by yourself. It makes
you feel liberated and builds your confidence as
well.
Choose a destination as per your personality. If you
love shopping Paris would be a great option or if you
love water sports Thailand or Venice could be your
best bet if you can afford it.
Focus on your career: If you have a job that you love,
this is the time to concentrate on it. Says clinical
psychologist Mimrah Ansari, “Spending your
maximum time to work will not only help you
achieve
a professional high, but will also make you feel
happy
and powerful. This does not mean that you have to
turn into a workaholic, but giving your best at your
job will liberate you as well.”
Spend time with friends: If you have missed out on
socialising with your gang of pals, go ahead and
party
hard. You could meet your friends over the weekend
or simply call them over to your place after work
hours and just chill with them. These memories will
go a long way in nurturing you and creating
wonderful memories.
Shop or go out for a movie: How many times have
you cancelled plans because your guy or girl couldn’t
make it for that late night show? Well, you don’t have
to rely on them anymore. There is something about
going out all by yourself to watch a movie or simply
shop. Says relationship counselor, Sauleha Shaikh,
“Most people don’t like the idea of going out all by
themselves. It helps build your confidence and also
shapes your personality. It teaches you to be
independent.”
Live for yourself, not by yourself: Often people
confuse between living for themselves with living by
themselves. You must realise that this is the time
that
you need to invest in yourself. It shouldn’t be your
aim to only look out for love, rather it should be a
quest to find yourself and learn how you can be the
best. If you have been thinking of learning a new
language or doing some sort of social work, do it
now. Spend this time to enhance yourself.
Revisit your interests/hobbies: Utilise this time to
indulge in your interests. If you love cooking, simply
start your own cooking class and invite your friends
or neighbours to come and learn from you or if you
love gardening, create your own garden on the
terrace or balcony.
Essential tips for living the perfect single life:
This is the time for introspection rather than looking
out for love once again.
Reflect on your past relationships and try and learn
from the mistakes that you have made in the past.
Be prepared for love to come in your life rather than
preparing for it.
Be open to meeting and interacting with new people
in your life, just don’t hold onto old ones.
Logged
Life is full of change, and that change eventually leads
to whatever in our hearts.

BusinessAir Cote D'ivoire Consolidates Operation To Nigeria by Kangol99(op):
Air Cote d'Ivoire, which started operation to Lagos in January has said it is consolidating on the route, which has become the most promising and recently in Lagos decided to fete its business partners in Nigeria, including travel agents in appreciation of their support and also pledged to continue to provide the best service to the Nigerian passengers.

The airline said its objective was to service Africa but now it was concentrating its operations in West and Central Africa with Abidjan and Lagos as major destinations.

Country Manager for Air Cote d'Ivoire, Moustapha Fofana, said there is a niche market between Nigeria and Cote d-Ivoire as there is increased business in the two countries which makes it necessary to have direct, regular flight between Lagos and Abidjan.

He said such growing market was created by private business owners, diplomats and corporate establishment representatives who need to shuttle between the major cities of Lagos and Abidjan, so there was need for an airline to step in to fill the gap of a direct flight emanating from Abidjan to Lagos.

"This country (Nigeria) offers a huge business market with a growing movement of individual businesses and telecoms, banks, manufacturers, oil and gas multinationals from Nigeria to Cote d'Ivoire," said Fofana.

Fofana said since the commencement of operations early 2015 patronage has kept going higher and higher.

It’s really bad…..

Some post requires research and may take probably few days or even weeks to be completed, and having completed it. You check it thoroughly before publishing it to avoid grammatical errors and others.
Having done all these you publish and there is nobody to read it.

I’ve experience this before and I must tell you that it’s a bad experience.

This has been a major problem for most Newbie Bloggers. A lot of them eventually giveup because of this.

If that is your current experience, thank God cos here comes some tips that will help you to solve this particular problem of not getting readers. Below I will be sharing with you

BusinessThe Changing Face Of Business In Nigeria by Kangol99(op): 5:27pm On Jul 13, 2015
Ask most people what they think of Nigeria and the answer will likely include references to oil, population and corruption. Perhaps now Boko Haram. And yet there is a flux of young Nigerians, like me, returning home – excited by the opportunity.

Why?

A quick look at the statistics goes some way to explaining. According to PwC’s recent research, Lagos ranks third out of Africa’s 20 biggest cities in its ability to attract foreign direct investment and its growing middle-class. And in 2013, Nigeria surpassed South Africa as the continent’s largest economy after a statistical revision revealed national GDP to be around $509 billion, trumping South Africa’s $372 billion. So stunned was the international community that the data was in turn verified by the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank and the African Development Bank.

So there is clearly an opportunity to be grasped. But it’s not just the size of the opportunity in Nigeria that is drawing us home, rather it’s the way in which that change is happening. Lagos, Africa’s most populous city, is still dangerous, challenging and clogged with traffic. But it is also exciting, enterprising and increasingly empowering. And following the recent elections, this sense of hope and optimism is growing further.

How is Nigeria changing?

BusinessSmall Business In Nigeria You Can Start With Less Than N50,000 by Kangol99(op): 9:45pm On Jul 11, 2015
Starting a small business in Nigeria has never been easy considering what you’d have to go through to raise business capital towards setting up and running a profitable business. Basically, it’s all about money money money! No Bank in Nigeria is willing to help small scale businesses, and Government seems to have no plan whatsoever for the citizens who needs business start up capital.

If you are contemplating any business, you are on your own if you don’t have enough money to finance it. The worst part of it all is that most potential profitable small businesses in Nigeria needs much amount of money to get it started — most times, far much beyond what average Nigerian small business aspirants can afford.

Have you ever had a business idea — so bright that it was just a matter of get it started and the money starts rolling in, only to see the idea die because no money to kick start the business? That’s what 70 percent of Nigeria Entrepreneurs experience on regular basis.

Sometimes, the little money you have can’t just be enough to start anything reasonable no matter how hard you tried. Because of these, many people are finding it difficult to figure out any small business in Nigeria they can start with small amount of money and still make reasonable profit.I’ve taken the burdens off you by taking time to come up with small businesses that promises good ROI.

Below are some of the best small businesses in Nigeria that any aspiring Entrepreneur can start with N50,000 or less and make substantial profit in it.

1. Plantain Chips Making – Move around the street and you will see different brands of Plantain chips on sale and it sells very very fast. People just like chewing stuffs and there is no end to it, so if you can engage in the business of producing and supplying it, you will be making good money on daily basis.

All what you needed are: Big Frying Pan (N3,000) Small Sealing Machine (N15,000) The Nylons and Labels (N2,000) Other Utensils (N5,000) The rest N30,000 goes into buying of Plantains and logistics. Supply to the shops and to hawkers and you will be making your money.

2. Tokunbo Shoes – I like quality leather materials and that’s why until recently, all my shoes and bags are bought from the used shoes and bag sellers. I used to get some top class shoes for N3,000 by the roadside back in those days when I can’t really afford high quality designer shoes that cost N50,000 or more.

Many people out there are just like me — Instead of patronizing those fake China shoes and bags, they prefer to buy high quality fairly used ones which last longer and confer you with more respect. Get a nice place where you will be displaying your goods like in front on shopping malls. Go to Fairly used market (Katangowa or Aswani in Lagos) you may go to Seme Border or Kotonou. Select quality fairly used shoes, look for designs that are close to the latest fashion. N40,000 can get you up to 40 pairs of shoes. Sometimes you make profit of up to N3,000 from a single sell.

3. Used Books – You used to see them by the roadsides and you’re wondering if the seller are making money from it? Try it and see! You will be surprised at the profit margin, and you will be amazed at the rate at which Nigerians buy different books.

Follow the same process as it is with the used shoes but you buy at different markets. Used books are sold in importers warehouses, locate one and go there to select nice used books, Children books, Professional books, Hand craft books, etc etc. These types of books sells very fast with high profit margin. N50,000 is more than enough for a starter.

4. Office Supply – People who works in offices finds it difficult to go out to the market to buy certain things like Wrist Watches, Shirts, Ties, and Perfumes. Help them do the shopping and charge moderately, don’t be greedy like other suppliers who buys fake things for N1000 and wants to sell for N10,000 in the name of office.

If you are honest with your business and charge reasonably, you may even get huge supply contract form some of the people you will meet in those offices. N50,000 will do good in these type of small business in Nigeria and you will smile at the brisk business you will be making.

5. Road Side Foods Vending – If you are the hard working type, this small business in Nigeria may be for you. I’ve seen people buy cars and build house from this business. It’s one of the few businesses that guarantees steady flow of profit no matter the weather, no matter the economic situation.

Specialize in cooking Jollof Rice and Beans, Moi moi, Fried Plantain, Custards, and Fried Eggs. You will be friend of the people and the people will be your friend! Look for a hot spot, like the bus stop, near Motor and Okada parks or busy shopping malls. Thirty Thousand Naira (N30,000) will get you all the utensils and small tables and chairs.

While N20,000 goes for food items and settlements. Please if know any other profitable small businesses in Nigeria that one can start with N50,000 or less — write in the comment box below and let’s get the business started
