It is very possible just difficult.. There are people who don't date their workers or employees. Their are armed robbers who don't have wives or girlfriend.. What they have are flings and move on.. Why?.. It is because of emotional attachment?.. Humans are susceptible to emotions.. Therefore for a business to move well, you need to get rid of emotions and use your head...the professor weak link was Raquel!

You forget these people lived together for months before the heist? There is no way you can spend MONTHS with people under one roof and not develop feelings. Even Berlin took one of the hostages as his “love/sexual” interest.

After spending months with each other, they got to know each other like the family they never had. Feelings must develop under those circumstances.

The relationships between Oslo and Helsinki or Berlin and Perlemo were other emotional templates that could have jeopardized the whole heist business. But they all kept their emotions in check! Raquel fell for The Professor without knowing who or what he was.

The Professor wanted to use and dump her. He even wanted to kill her dementia-plagued mother. But he had no choice but to fall for Raquel after seeing how beautiful she was inside and out! The saga was twisted I swear.

Nairobi was compromised when her son was used by Alicia to get shot! It almost cost her her life. Raw emotions at work. But they always recover from their temporary insanity and it was always back to business. I love it!

He was my best actor save professor.. He is so Many things.. But he always follows the rules and was the only one who didn't lose trust in the professor at any time

Berlin was the ultimate professional. He was STRICTLY business. Even when he was emotional, his head was ALWAYS CLEAR! Don’t forget Berlin and Sergio(The professor), were blood-brothers in the show. They loved and respected each other dearly. That is one area where raw emotions played out just like the father-son relationship between Moscow and Denver.

Na business proposal carried out successfully without too much emotions. They displayed emotions when it was necessary to show their humanity. They worked hard and sacrificed a lot.

The process of loving goes through phases.

This is the phase of emotional and financial vulnerability, where your heart is the driver and your head is in a coma! Pleasure over business. 2. The rational phase of deliberation and intuitive thinking. You should have learned from your past experiences or the experiences of others. You know about actions and consequences. Your head is the driver and your heart is the slumbering passenger(not in a coma). When you love with your head, it is ALWAYS MORE OF business first and pleasure later! You get PAID in the end and enjoy the rewards with your dignity always intact.
