1. That is not true at all! Jesus Christ did not change any of that which God had originally decreed regarding marriage. God's original plan had been for a perfect union in the beginning but after man fell, God, Himself cursed marriage allowing for divorce. So, Jesus Christ by not redacting any of God's previous laws changed nothing regarding marriage or the need for divorce. What He did however alter was the definition of adultery, by which He restricted remarriage.

2. Again, Jesus Christ did not forbid polygamy nor polyandry for that matter which is both allowed under the original law.
