Take them to the US Embassy for a visa interview, one year from now, so you won't look desperate. I hope your wife, that's a medical doctor can explain what she does, because that will be asked of her.
No documents needed apart from your Nigerian passport, ds-160 confirmation page and the appointment paper.
If you don't appear with your wife and kids, you won't get that visa. That VO is thinking something is fishy- again ask your uncle how he got into the US.

2. I don't know if my uncle is eligible to invite someone or not, since he hasn't before though he's a LPR. Should I use him again as my purpose Or go for a vacation and book for hotel even if am travelling alone? since I can ft the bills.
3. I've got a conference on my profession in the states I can attend since it falls the same period with my leave. Can I use that as my key purpose?
NB: I have no intention or whatsoever not to return back after my stay. I've got a perfect job here and I love my country that I don't intend settling somewhere else.

When it comes to US matter, I personally try to reduce anything that will cause me headache.

Do you think they give a damn. Give them an excuse to deport you and you will be deported, your leaders, your currency, your economy and your explanation be damned.
Help yourself. Give them less reasons. But hey, if you think you can give concrete reasons, you are more than welcome to try your luck.
If you are looking at cutting cost, should you really be travelling? Why not wait till you don't need to "cut cost".

A friend of mine and his family got issued a visit visa to the US, they will be staying for just three weeks, to cut cost of flight fares, he was told to send his money to his uncle in the US to buy them tickets as it would be cheaper buying their tickets from over their as compared to getting the tickets here in Nigeria.
Is that in any way possible? And if they did will that not be a point of concern or raise issues for them when they get to POE? They are holidaying in Texas.

You don't need any documents, for the interview..

1. It will raise suspicions during the interview. I recommend you shelve that plan. People with 'virgin' passports have gotten visas.

2. That's good. So what you have to do, is be able to explain what the business entails, in such a way that shows that your presence is needed for the business to succeed and if you are gone, the business will collapse, something like that - but please be honest and be straight to the point.

3. You will not be asked. But if they do, you will probably be scheduled for Administrative processing which is like an opportunity, to bring the documents required to decide your case. The more documents you try to present to the VO, the greater the red flags.

4. That's a valid reason for B1/B2. Know where, why and for how long you will be in the US. Also know one or two sites where you intend to visit, also know how much your ticket would cost to the US and back. Most importantly fill your forms honestly and truthfully.

I'm going to say some of the peeps here are just rude. Being rude is different from being blunt. This is a public forum and I believe its important that we treat ourselves with respect. 1. You applied to attend a conference - you didn't attend the conference.
2. When you finally went to the US - you went after your MSc program and you stayed for 3 months.
3. Your account is connected to your email, use the forgot password feature.
4. You don't need any documents to upload.
5. How can you contradict a form, you filled by yourself?
6. The process for applying for US VISA is universal and hasn't changed, only difference, you are to upload your picture before the interview date.

Better to apply to join him over there. As it stands,the VO might reason that you want to take short-cut to joining your spouse. That's what the VO might think. Why not apply to join him over there, instead? its pretty straightforward.

The thing with Canadian visa applications is the length of time. The earlier you apply, the earlier you might get the result.

No one actually knows. But I would advice you against hiding the fact that you were denied a US VIsa renewal on your Canadian visa form.

I went for a visit visa interview on the 29th of dec 2016 but was denied, age 27 nwmarried and working with a comp i went to tanzania on the 24th dec 2016 and got bk on the 26th before the us interview on the 29th....... DON'T APPLY FOR A B1/B2 VISA, APPLY FOR AN IMMIGRATION VISA INSTEAD, AS YOU WILL FACE A VERY HIGH HURDLE OVERCOMING IMMIGRANT INTENT ESPECIALLY AS YOUR FIANCÉE IS A US CITIZEN. I THINK ITS CALLED A FIANCÉE VISA, NOT SURE, IF YOU APPLY FOR A B1/B2 VISA, YOU WILL MOST LIKELY BE DENIED.

Guys, stop lying about your past refusals on your form. And if you think, that filling in that you were refused in the past will cost you, your visa application - you should reconsider applying for that visa, but on the bright side, you might still get the visa because you didn't hide that piece of information.
Soon the Canadians won't send you messages asking you, to explain why you lied on your form and it will be straight up denial with no chance to explain.

Are you lying? If no, your explanation is good enough.
