Kara-kara chicken egg powder is simply a raw chicken egg converted to a powdered form. It is a product of ANSWER INDUSTRIES LIMITED and it is duly registered by NAFDAC.
Over the years, we (ANSWER INDUSTRIES LIMITED) have limited the sales of our products to large food processing industries across the country which buys in larger quantities to make smaller products available for general consumption.
However, recently, aside of the larger products exclusively available for large industries, we have started producing our products in smaller quantities which can be maximally utilized for domestic uses and other multipurpose uses such as in the making of chin-chin, doughnuts, egg-roll, cakes and many other confectioneries as the need may demand, leaving it ravishing and deliciously tasteful.

1.Whole Egg Powder
Our whole egg powder is a fine combination of fresh egg yolk and egg white exclusively from healthy chicken eggs. It is free from any addictives. It is basically available for everyone for various uses

2.Egg-yolk Powder
Our Egg-yolk powder product is essentially available for infants and children consumption. It is free from addictive and it is purely fat (cholesterol) extract of healthy chicken whole egg necessary for healthy development of brain and other vital organs in the body.

3.Egg-white Powder
Our Egg white is essentially and virtually available for adult’s consumption as it is purely protein extract of healthy chicken whole eggs. It is necessary for strong body.
NOTE—Our EGG YOLK AND EGG WHITE powder products are ONLY available on demand.

INFORMATION ON OUR PRODUCTS AND ITS USES
Each sachet of our powder product is 10g, which is equivalent to a fresh chicken whole egg. Therefore users are at will to choose how many sachets are to be mixed with the available flour

In the making of chin-chin, doughnuts, egg-roll, buns, cakes or other confectionaries, the egg content in each sachet should simply be mix with the available flour uniformly before water or any liquid is added.
For normal frying purpose, two table spoon of water should be added to a sachet and mix thoroughly before being poured on hot frying oil.

Lastly our products are produced and packaged to minimally last a year. Production and Expiry dates are attached on each product.
