From your guy's view. . . . . .

He thought you would be a menace should he consider walking down the aisle with the likes of you. sad
Do you agree with him?

Your boyfriend is different. My man will go straigh ghetto. when we were in high school, He was always mad when I talk with guys even if we were friends. He has not gotten used to it eventhough I have many Guy friends. When they call me, He wants me to talk with them in his presence. Much Ado about Nothing.

Good thing you married him wink

. I do have a question though Britgirl I checked you profile and oddly enough your hair is permed (relaxed) and your whole cleavage is showing. So my question is are you shocked by the fact that African women have been captured by the Western view of beauty ( white woman standard) or is there something else your getting at?
grin hehe.

Perosnally I have no problem with weaves esp since black women arent the only ones who use weaves, it's when they use obnoxious colors like blonde and stuff that bothers me. I think the same of Asians with dyed blonde hair as well

karma did you read of the 2 women in Nigeria that hacked their husbands to death in Western Nigeria.
I mentioned this. Ironically Funmi supported these women.

Osisi, what about the other women that werent 'disrespectful" or cheating?

SportsRe: China Vs Usa In 2008 Olympics by KarmaMod(f): 8:37pm On Aug 24, 2008
onyinye2:
Sorry TOH but that is not how it works in sports. And what if they can't speak English? Have you thought about that? Are they going to have to find a translator for every language just in case one of them win? Are you prepared to pay for it?
with a melting pot like America, I'm sure they can find someone who can speak the language and seeing that it's the ISLANDS that have been winning the most in track and field, they have no excuse. Last I checked, their lingua franca is English.

When the chinese won gold for team gymnatics, they didnt even bother to show their medal ceremony even though USA came second/got the silver meaning they'll be on the podium too. As long as USA doesnt get the gold and have us suffer through their national anthem, they can't show the ceremonies? Seriously? I found that to be so rude.

. So if by me saying that i am American came off as insulting or whatever to you or the rest. . . . then i sincerely apologize.
Never said you were although I must admit the whole "Great TEAM USA" is gyrating. I was being general.

Ive spent 90% of my life in The States so why would I be "hating on you"? Just giving reasons why you probably went thru what you did when you were in Nigeria.
SportsRe: China Vs Usa In 2008 Olympics by KarmaMod(f): 8:29pm On Aug 24, 2008
They should run to the winners first. Simple. They are the ones who deserve the limelight.
SportsRe: China Vs Usa In 2008 Olympics by KarmaMod(f): 8:20pm On Aug 24, 2008
Where are you coming from TOH? Who said anything about "everyone is cheating except them"? That comment about the track woman. . . . she was just caught in the moment. . . . she didn't mean it. Do you blame her? The relay belongs to the US and seeing it being owned by another team can really get to ya. I'm not condoning what she said but hey sometimes your mouth slips
Do you read the papers or listen to the idiotic analysts after the games?

Have you also noticed that for track and field, even when America comes last they are the first people they run to, to interview?

How about they, hm INTERVIEW THE ACTUAL WINNER? How about asking how they feel WINING and not asking a bunch of losASers questions just because they have USA marked on their shirts.

As for fake Nigerians, if you go around telling Nigerians "oh I'm American" or "I'm American with Nigerian parentage", I'm the first person that will look down on such people. I do it all the time with the Brits because they are worse than the "American born Nigerians" with that rubbish

Btw yes I blame her. She's the ne who dropped the bloody baton. She should blame herself instead of acting like a paranoid tart trying to shift blame on nonexistant forces
SportsRe: China Vs Usa In 2008 Olympics by KarmaMod(f): 7:09pm On Aug 24, 2008
Of course, every country wants to make themselves look good. America is just overdoing it by digging out the bad in other countries, instead of cleaning out the dirts in their own backyard.
Isnt that it always goes? Everyone is cheating except them

Same way that big headed US track chick that dropped the baton was syaing someone had a voodoo doll againt the States. Idiot.
Blame everyone else for their failures.

No offence but do you understand English? Seriously. You claim you read what I wrote yet it seems like you still don't understand. I said if anything the REAL CULPRITS are the bank managers/directors/owners. Once again tell me how it's possible for these employees to dress the way you people they dress? They are taking advantage of the economic situation of these people and making these into cookiecutter callgirls KNOWING that these people NEED these jobs.

Instead of ranting about aristos and stuff that has nothing to do with the situation. When people see these people dressed inappropriately, instead of yelling "oh they dress like whores", how about aksing the manger "How do you allow your employees to dress like this? Isnt there a dress code, etc?" then maybe they'll wake up and stop whoring out their employees in the name of getting accounts
