you claim measures are being taken in connection with the hiv issue but you totally ignored the part of the programme where the governor of the state promised to sign the chil cruelty act into law,which the programme acknowledged and they also didint wait to see if he send the funding he promised, wouldnt you call that measures?moreover before making a subjectiveand unreasonable assertions,you ought to have checked if the nigerian government are doing anything at all,if funding have been commited and most important if this menance is occurent in just a small village in a state or rampant all over nigeria before coming to your conclusions,
