Am not surprised that's what aregbe turned the youths of osun to with his apalara empowerment scheme same he wants the whole Nigerian youth to become..shame to his ass
There is God's healing hand but it doesn't come without a you asking for forgiveness and turning back to him.then he will make the crooked path straight.I pray for you in jess name you are healed go and sin no more
MT: I'm sorry but Makinde badly implemented free education architecture. The education is in total shambles; inadequate teachers for key subjects in many schools, even the free textbooks didn't go round. Our children are being badly educated, it should be a thing of worries because such children end up birthing people like Sunday igboho and auxillary.
haba u r not current with oyo state he has stastadone recruitment, also did free notebook without putting his own picture as ajimobi did though ajimobi had better plan but didn't do well when he didn't make it affordable
7lives: Eh o ga o, how many of Seyi Makinde's children are hawking on the streets?. Children belongs in classrooms or at home with their parents, no wonder the useless men Continued to marry new wives. So entrenchment of child labor is the reason Ibadan folks voted for Makinde?, It had better not be.
listen to what he said before u start judging ..He said until Government makes alternatives for them which I believe he is doing and that's why he said education is free which your oga ajimobi made them pay for that lead most of them back to the streets.once the alternatives are there you can now take them off the street.I think that's simple and clear enough sense to a reasonable person.
toba1909: Shut it there! Ajimobi was wise enough to tame majority of the thugs across Oyo State during his tenure. Auxiliary was locked up at Agodi, same as Ekugbemi that died in the clash at Idi-Arere just 3 days ago. There is another dreadful thug around Ogbomoso area, Kawu by name; he was also silenced at Agodi prisons by Ajimobi.
So tell us when there was clashes amongst the NURTW and other thugs across the state?
look at u?do u really know what went on in days ajimobi ?u are just out there believing those stories they gave u .do u know how many times 1million boys fought in ibadan?even right at the back of ajimobi campaign office d media didn't cover it why ur oga knows how to cover such so that it's only the goodside that is heard
teeboi73: Sit down or stand up and look at IBADAN critically, the rot has started ,go to Challenge area, the market women have taken over the round about again, they left the ultra modern shopping market provided for them by previous administration, nobody is enforcing anything, container shops are springing up along Ring road again and many more, the whole town is in a mess, you can't attribute a singular achievement to Seyi Makinde since he came on board. Please let's be objective
You can't still judge a man who is 8 months old and the 8 years man .the priority of seyi is quite different from ajimobi.Ajimobi would prefer an ibadan that looks like Las Vegas even the people are hungry but seyi trying to feel for the masses who voted him allowed certain things to be...He once said where do u send these children hawking to?if the government had not made a provision for them can you see that but uncle ajimobi don't care just believe u are to comply to the order of constituted authority and sacrifice has to be made even unto death
If not for the rot in politics someone who should be in agodi by now he is out there after wasting lives still talking gibberish and advising the government..such a shame on Nigeria political systems that allows gold be put on the neck of pig
LegendHero: Makinde is destabilizing the legacy of Ajimobi in terms of security in Oyo state.
The guy is just investing in media fame and leaving the real governance behind.
I just want you to know that Oyo mesi ogo, and Ibadan people know when to draw the line between blind love and real performance and Ibadan O kin sin eyan leemeji slogan is still alive (exception in Ajimobi).
I hope you retrace your steps and give the people real governance and not populist agenda to curry favor. What will be your true legacy that will stand the test of time when you leave government?
which legacy?where there no fights during ajimobi's tenure what did he do other than to prevent the media from reporting you just bias and have hatred for the present government..shioor seyi will do second term be fe Bo ko
Made4naijalove: Instagram big boy, Ray Hushpuppi is definitely not new to flaunting his luxurious living on social media platforms.
The controversial figure was at it again on Saturday, when he took to his official Instagram page to share a video of himself chilling in a luxurious swimming pool.
He then went ahead to brag that his quarantine and ordinary people’s quarantine are not on the same level.
He further added that only his billionaire colleagues can relate better with what he said.
so they are using jesus resurrection as a way to rebrand their product good but jesus is not for that he is after lost souls and to give the kingdom to his father..anything out of that can be good but not of him
Emmaomotob: A god that came to die like a mere criminal after doing some dubious miracles in an age of idiocy. I would rather worship the Sun as the giver of life than a mere human being within unverified mental health.
eeyah worship the sun and when the sun stops shining y die along with and find yourself in eternal lake of fire burning g along with the devil and it's cohorts.you better give u r slide to him now and let him reveal why he died as a common criminal as u have said to you then you know the benefit of his death and the hope he gave through his resurrection
IkeOnyia: Peter Obi is really a demented imbeciile. He is always speaking from both side of his mouth due to mental depravity.
This is an interview he granted The Punch late last month condemning the lockdown.
Anthony Okafor A former Governor of Anambra State , Mr Peter Obi , has warned against locking down the country over coronavirus scare, without alternative arrangements to cushion the effects of such action on the masses . He said whilst all possible measures should be deployed to stop the spread of COVID- 19 , appropriate measures should be put in place to mitigate the suffering of the vulnerable in society . In a statement by his Media Adviser, Valentine Obienyem, Obi , who was the vice presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in the 2019 election, said markets and other business ventures should not be closed to further impoverish the poor. He said , ” There are several millions of our populace who are unemployed . Their means of livelihood depends on daily income which the present situation will definitely worsen . ” He noted that in locking down the country, such vulnerable people should be factored into government plans , as was the case in other countries , by putting measures in place to cushion the effects of the lockdown on them. Obi , who expressed gratitude for the efforts of some political leaders , captains of industry and corporate bodies , urged the Federal Government to do more to mitigate the situation, especially for poor Nigerians , as being witnessed in other climes. He added , “ It would be counter -productive to keep only the elite in mind when taking such far - reaching decisions as closing down markets without having some cushioning measures for the traders . ” He enjoined politicians , especially legislators , to go back to their constituencies to be with their people at a time like this . “This is the time to be with your people in your various constituencies , ” Obi said . He said it did not make any sense for politicians to be observing the stay - at -home in various places outside their constituencies at this trying time , instead of being with their constituents to help their people to find solutions to their problems and challenges . Obi said that by being in their constituencies to monitor the situation, the elected leaders will be in a position not only to support their people in time of need , but to also properly advise government on how to address the fallouts of government policies. He called on leaders of all segments of society to make sacrifices and show commitment at this critical period in the country’ s history .
If for any other place where there should not be cut but increase is the place of budget for health am surprised buhari is even slashing it down what an irony!well when you have a leader whose brain and inheritance are on cows he won't value health that matters to human lives
Zooposki: Churches that they have shut down. Meanwhile your pastors are working with them to usher in the NWO. Looks like you don’t know all these pastors all this time has been working for Satan. You are too gullible.
fallacy for you to say all these pastors regrade your word or give a proof to it
JAMO84: Kudos to the Chadian army, but stop giving me the crap about President Deby leading anything. He did not fire a single round, he wasn't the commanding officer. He just turned up in military regalia at the bigging of the operation in order to boost the morale of the military personnel!!!
Did I also mention that the Nigerian army pushed the terrorists to the fringe of the lake Chad region were they attacked and killed 91 Chadian soldiers!
I AM DONE TALKING
whether he took a shot or not he was at the ground to prepare them ahead nothing motivates as better than that man wise up and stop acting like a kid
[quote author=alBHAGDADI post=88109655]I recently read that a very popular pastor in Nigeria spoke against the arrest of pastors who disobeyed the social distancing order by the government by holding services of more than 50 people. His argument is that the pastors were arrested just as Jesus and his disciples were arrested for doing what government warned against.
Both instances are quite different from each other. Jesus and his disciples were arrested by the government for upholding God's commandments and testimonies. These pastors on the other hand were arrested for disobeying the government who hasn't stopped them from upholding God's commandments.
The lockdown and social distancing order by the government is not a persecution of Christianity as some are trying to paint it. It is truly what it is - the protection of people which is by curbing the spread of COVID-19.
If some people say Christianity is persecuted because Churches aren't allowed to hold services in the regular manner, what about night clubs, sports stadiums, concert halls, restaurants, buses, schools etc? Can those ones also cry of persecution?
The government is simply trying to protect the citizens by ensuring that the number of people infected with COVID-19 doesn't increase. Perhaps, it's when people start dropping dead that stubborn folks will understand the government's effort.
Any pastor that tries to cramp his church with a crowd is wicked and should be arrested for endangering lives and aiding the spread of the virus.
Some may say "God will protect us, so we must have faith in that by gathering as usual". That is a wrong thing to say because it means you are tempting God. God steps in when there's nothing else you can do to protect yourself. But when you have measures or escape route and still decide to walk into evil because you think God will protect you, then you will be punished.
Proverbs 22:3 A prudent man foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself: but the simple pass on, and are punished.
Don't tempt God, obey the government's guidelines towards battling this virus. It is not compulsory you gather in a build before you worship God. You can worship God individually at home because God is everywhere and can see you.
Proverbs 15:3 The eyes of the LORD are in every place, beholding the evil and the good.
The only time you can disobey government's order as a Christian is when they are telling you to disobey God's word. Shedrach, Meshach and Abednego were told by their government to bow before a statue. They refuse because it was against God's commandment.
Exodus 25:4-5 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;
The three young man refused to obey the government's order because it goes against God's word. Then knew the punishment the government would visit then with. They knew God could deliver them from it because they couldn't deliver themselves. The only other way out of the punishment is by disobeying God. They didn't want that route so they trusted in God.
Daniel 3:17 17 If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king
Don't let any false pastor expose your life to danger of the virus. The worst thing is that when you get infected, same pastors who hold stage-managed miracles in large stadiums won't be able to perform a miracle to heal you because they are false prophets who don't know God.
Stay at home and stay away from conspiracy theories. Read the Bible.[/quote good one
