This was given to the person that went for the refill in exchange with good, clean cylinder, only tobe rejected by same people who gave it out in the first place when we went for another refill (9days) later. I have my receipt when I bought the pack in 2012 .

I was among the first set of customers in 2012/2013 and all that is needed for a refill is to bring the used cylinder and replace it with filled one. This has been the routine for up to 2 years but I was shocked when the cylinder was rejected some weeks back because the cylinder is rusting even when the inscription is still very visible. The manager of the Oando filling station in Ijebu ode said they were asked not to ACCEPT any rusting cylinder. All my pleas and entreaties were not entertained. Please broadcast this because they collected money in full and they refused to serve people
