Dude, if you judge one-on-one action by scenes, then every action ever shot is one-on-one action. There is a reason why GotG, Iron Man, Dr Strange and Spiderman Vs Thanos is dubbed "The Fight On Titan". You break it up, it becomes Thanos Vs Drax, then Thanos Vs Dr Strange, then Thanos Vs Iron Man, Thanos Vs Mantis, Thanos Vs Star Lord, Thanos Vs Spiderman, Thanos Vs Iron Man again, Thanos Vs Dr Strange again. You're trying to break up an action sequence into its individual scenes so that you can pit it against Ugrade's action sequences.

Scarlett witch vs thanos in the battle of wakanda is one on one. Steve and black widow vs thanos assassins in glasgow is one on one. they are all very brief encounters but qualifies as one on ones.

There wasn't much one-on-one fighting in Infinity War. So if we're going to be doing comparison based on that, you can say Upgrade is the best one-on-one action movie. But when it comes to sheer action extravaganza, even Deadpool shits on Upgrade.

These gamers are polar opposites to the Graphic Driven ones, these gamers are all about story they'll take an 8-bit side scroller over the latest in triple-A gaming, if that 8-bit side scroller has a killer and engaging story and good on them, some clunky looking games have some of the most heartbreaking story beats around.


What you'll notice is these kinds of gamers tend to be more into RPGs, JRPGs in particular, they'll never skip a cutscene no matter how long, for these folks games are just an awesome movie you get to control the flow of.

This is where I fall under when I'm not playing fighting games.

Upgrade! Goodness me, where does one even start from? Much like avengers infinity war, evil trumps good in this movie setting up a sequel surely and i am sure its sequel will catch people's attention unlike this one. I like movies that leave questions behind when they end and this movie certainly leaves big ones. Is Grey ever going to regain control again? How does he defeat STEM if he does?

No sequel. Unless a spiritual one. A direct sequel would just ruin this classic

There aren't many FFVII fan's who didn't tear up during Aerith's death. It ranks up there as one of the most emotional moments in gaming.

According to the theory, Bruce Banner is acting suspiciously out of character for the entire movie. He can’t Hulk out, he seems to know an awful lot about the whole Thanos situation, and his long-awaited reunion with Black Widow is awkward and unusually silent. While one could chalk up the uncomfortableness of that reunion to the two-year time frame in between their last meeting, it doesn’t quite add up.

Hulk’s sudden ability to remember everything that happened to him during the battle with Thanos and company on board the Asgardian ship flies in the face of previous canon in which Bruce Banner seemingly can’t remember what happens to him when he Hulks out. As for Bruce Banner struggling to turn into his brutish alter ego, the most-accepted answer within fandom is that
Hulk was embarrassed after being so easily smacked down by Thanos aboard the Asgardian ship. The Russo Brothers offered the explanation that after being in control for two years, Hulk isn’t too keen on going back to being used purely as a weapon by Bruce Banner to solve all of his problems when the going gets tough.
But more convincing than any of these arguments is the idea that Bruce’s “performance issues” were actually misdirection on the part of Loki, who has been masquerading as Hulk the whole time. It wouldn’t be the first time we’ve seen Loki steal someone’s identity. He did it to his own father at the end of Thor: The Dark World and proceeded to employ Matt Damon in a deeply narcissistic stage play. Adding further fuel to this fire is the question of how did Heimdall know to send Hulk to the Sanctum Sanctorum? In Marvel’s Infinity Gauntlet mini-series, it is the Silver Surfer who crash-lands into Doctor Strange’s magical bachelor pad, a plot which was given to the Hulk in the movie. One could reasonably theorize that Loki had worked out a plan with Heimdall to send himself in disguise to the location of one of the only other people in the universe who has hands-on experience wielding the power of an Infinity Stone: Doctor Strange. After their less-than-pleasant encounter in Thor: Ragnarok , Loki would likely try a stealthier approach to enlisting the Sorcerer Supreme’s help so he doesn’t wind up falling for thirty minutes all over again.
So if the Hulk is actually Loki, where is the real Hulk hiding? We have three theories:
1. Hulk is safe and sound somewhere on Earth. He stashed Odin there after faking his own death at the end of The Dark World, so it’s well within his wheelhouse.
2. He could have perished in the Snapture.
3. Hulk escaped Thanos’ destruction of the Asgardian vessel along with Valkyrie, Korg, and Miek.
Or maybe Loki really did die in an attempt to heroically sacrifice himself for his brother and their people. But knowing Loki? Probably not. We’ll find out come 2019 when Avengers 4 finally rolls into theaters and attempts to solve the problem of how to undo the Snapture.

This theory is DOA to me. Why? Most of the internal struggles between Banner and The Hulk happened in private. Why would Loki be putting on a show when there's no audience? And this theory totally wipes off the scene where Banner tells Hulk, "We've got a lot to work out"

DC should learn how to do a proper superhero grudge fight from MCU. Remember Captain America: Civil War?. Tony Stark even in his Iron Man suit tried his damndest to beat Captain America, and failed in the end, even though Captain didn't really wanna fight him. He couldn't get a drop on the Cap'n. Used very trick in his book, and still failed. Why? Because, the Cap'n is simply better and stronger and faster. The Cap'n is a metahuman, whilst Iron Man is merely a super-genius mortal with gadgets.

Supes as an airborne metaphysically powered metahuman should have been able to brush off Batman's assault (even without fighting back) easily enough. Batman succeeding in bringing him to heel with the help of the gas is bullsh*t, and only happened that way so that Batman can say "I'll make you bleed."

Snyder must have been high as a kite when he shot that scene.

Cap knew what Tony's suit was capable of. He couldn't afford to go easy on Tony. And as remorseful as he was, the brother wasn't going to stand by while Tony murdered Bucky in cold blood.
Superman didn't really know what to expect from Batman. Till that fight, no human had posed a threat to him. He heavily underestimated Batman.
You can't compare Iron Man Vs Captain America to Batman Vs Superman. The difference in power between the former was close enough for them to go all out. In the latter, one of them could vaporise the other before he could even say "Martha".
Synder did his best. Scripting a fight between Superman and a human is not a walk in the park.

Seriously though, that Supes-Batman face-off is bullsh*t, and reeks of lazy writing. Supes is a metahuman with both metaphysical and non-abstract powers, and should be able to be smart and quick enough to elude a direct kryptonite assault. Batman is merely a highly skilled human with gadgets, nothing more.

Batman besting Supes is a scripted f**k up.

The Bats main advantage in that fight was that Supes didn't want to fight him. The icing on the cake was getting the drop on him with the kryptonite gas.
Granted, it's not one of the best Batman Vs Superman fights. Making him OP in Justice League shits more on my point. But it's not as horrible as you're making it out to be. Bats had more of a chance to beat Supes in BvS than in Injustice: God's Among Us where Supes was full on psycho.
