Hummm...My dear.. I did not study any HR related course during my Uni days neither during NYSC but i have been an HR professional (working in a Bank) since 7 years + ... (am 31yrs old..hope i am not too old to go back to sch )I believe you can also go for it and justify why you want to an MSC in HR dspite studying Microbiology.

I want to apply for Masters in HR and i hear it is difficult to get into these schools because there are not much blacks in them. The Nigerian system of learning especially in our so called "Federal"universities is so appalling. I'm a 300 level microbiology student and I can attest to the fact that we are being taught crap...In our department, we've only been given the opportunity to handle a microscope once...Lecturers write handouts,photocopy them.in hundreds and make us buy the blurred copies..When in class, they just read notes, and you write and cram and give it back to them on exam day...If your answer is different from the answers in the handout but similar,then you've failed

I am you, just worse. I can see your experience is even good since they retrace their steps. In my case, if I protest how I'm treated, that itself becomes the problem because they've decided how I must be based on their own poor perception of me. Sadly, over time, the sheer weight of everyone seeing you a particular way rubs off on you yourself and you start to subconsciously see yourself that way or engage in a battle with yourself about it. It's a tough life

Bros, academic success doesn't guarantee a successful life. These guyz are potential millionaires if managed well. By God's grace I graduated with a good grade in my first and second degree but I will never look down on such ppl coz many of them are talented, gifted and ambitious, all they need is someone to motivate and help them coz many factors might cause their poor performances, ask bill gates, ask steve jobs, ask ben carson, even ur buhari cant make it to university.

I wish a lot of folks have the same mindset as you do.I just kept on reading the comments of some judgemental people on nairaland.Examinations are NOT a true test of knowledge.A lot of factors contributed to their failings.And their grades to a certain extent would not affect who they would become in future.

The rate of sexual abuse especially to children is so alarming... I think parents ought to keep an eye on their kids closely....Some humans are just animals walking in the Human flesh
