Politics › Re: 3 ways the Federal Government can put an end to The Biafra Struggle by kayfra: 3:36pm On May 19, 2020 |
Admissionclass: A hungry and frustrated man is the easiest man to manipulate.this is exactly what is downplaying in the South East, it is also the reason why ipob is gaining an ever growing popularity in the southeast.the inhabitants especially the youths in the South East are frustrated as a result of poor infrastructure which is a hindrance to the economic development of the region, this is the major reason why Igbos are migrating to all parts of the country and the world at large the truth is the grass is greener on the other side when compared to the grass in igboland.if the government is really serious about ending the BiAfra struggle this below factors should be put into consideration.
1) CREATE A SEAPORT IN THE SOUTHEAST. Geographically igboland is not landlocked ,It is only landlocked politically , Geographically portharcourt, bonny etc are all part of the Igbo groups, all geographers around the world understand that but post-civil war politics has polluted the minds of many there .still not withstanding a country of about 200million people operating using only one seaport doesn't show we are really serious about economic development, no wonder Lagos is so rich. If Aba and Onitsha have seaports it will not only create foster economic development of the South East but Nigeria as a whole.River Niger or river imo should be dredged then a seaport should be built in one of these cities.
2)CREATING AN ADDITIONAL STATE IN THE SOUTHEAST. All geopolitical zones in the country has 6 states why does the Southeast have only 5 States?every reasonable mind will see this as pure maginalisation it means less allocations to the Southeast. A state should be created in the Southeast or Anioma should be extracted from the South South and added to the Southeast .
3)AN ACTIVE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. There should be an active international airport in the Southeast so as to foster international trade and encourage investors there too, whenever I travel to the east I am so disappointed at the the level of underdevelopment there even the biggest cities looks like villages.
If the above factores are put into consideration by the federal government it will create job opportunities and good standard of living in the South East and no reasonable youth will listen to secessionist when life is good for him.Failure to do that by the federal government means the spirit of BiAfra will never die, marginalization of an ethnic group of over 50million is madness and a time bomb loading this generation is protesting in peace the next generation may take up arms.
God bless Africa. Complete nonsense. This is like somone asking a genie in the bottle to grant wishes that are not bound to natural laws. 1. Seaport in Aba? Lmao 2. Additional state where there is no land? Lmao. We can setup a state in an erosion gully 3. Active airport? Did anybody force you not to fly or increase traffic to Akamu airport? Lmao Rubbish post |

Xerxes2088: If you bothered to read my second statement you would see where I was insinuating that perhaps Access bank might have had trouble long before the lockdown/covid-19 stress.
Secondly as someone pointed out earlier in this thread that for a tier 1 bank to feel so much stress as to warrant sacking 75% of it's workforce in such a short period doesn't tell well, and I second him.
Finally you can pass your message across without insults...cheers Tier 1 bank. Is it tier 1 economic conditions or they don't know how to project their quarterly performance based on the prevailing global headwinds especially in a country with double jeopardy, covid19 and low oil prices? Also, a bank discovering they can do more with less. |
Politics › Re: My Thoughts On Access Bank by kayfra: 3:30pm On May 03, 2020 |
Xerxes2088: God bless you.....infact their running costs reduced by maybe as much as 70% during this lockdown, so for them to start sacking even before opening their doors fully on opened there was a problem before the lockdown Is their income the same? Are they not bleeding revenues? Don't they owe debts and investors? Did their obligations reduce? Sometimes you guys just don't think |

Sctests: Why didn't SW contest against GEJ and Buhari in 2015, 2019?
We know that you yoruba have been having sleepness night since the SESS region made it clear they'll vote North if yoruba contests 2023 which is rightfully the turn of the East based on zoning (turn by turn).
No amount of goading, mocking, insults or shouting slaves!' will stop you from facing the North+SE+SS if by chance, APC gives you yorubas the ticket in 2023 instead of the East. We are not emotional yorubas.
Thank God you know you don't have the numbers, especially since you are the persona non grata of the south. Your defeat will be thunderous like that of Awo at the polls since you guys hate equity and justice.
You will not be allowed to jump the queue. It is the rightful turn of the East, support it and wait for your own turn or contest and lose to the rest of the country.
You will not be allowed to grab power before your rightful turn so that you can taunt and insult us the more. So you have no other ambition but to play second or third fiddle? Stop attaching your group to SS |

For your information, we don't consider you as a friend, kindly advise your kinsmen, we don't take advise of an enemy, we know what you're trying to achieve with your Greek Gift. Greek gift? Aren't you deserving of a PDP presidential nomination? If any group deserves it in PDP, it's the Igbos. |

mrvitalis: Apart from tinubu who has political structure
U mean osibanjo that lost his own unit ?
Lol fayami ? Bros are you for real
Fashola that has failed as a minister ?
The way you people hype yourself eeh is mind boggling ....fashola and fayemi on that list have me rolling on the floor ....u for add ambode and arebeshola na LMAO
The problem with you Yoruba is you think you are smart ....the only reason u want igbos to contest in 2023 is cos u think u have better relationship with the north " now "
Relax igbos would shock u guys in 2023 we are keeping our cars close to our chest We don't think what is obvious. We know the obvious. It's something we feel and not think about This really has nothing to so with Igbo Vs Yoruba race. Either group producing a president will be good for the country. I am worried about PDP using and abusing Igbos with zero rewards |

Igbos are not desperate to be president ...but what I'm going to tell u is the next southern president would be an igbo man that u can take to the bank ...be it 2023 or 2100 we don't care
We can do without president but u people won't have it either What zoning agreement has been skipping the SE since 1999? |

mrvitalis: Which igbo leader have shown interest in becoming vice to atiku in 2023 ?
What do u mean ...what has any Yoruba man done towards 2023 that Igbo man hasn't done more Is this a serious question? Show me an Igbo that is well positioned like Tinubu, Osinbajo, Fayemi, Fashola etc to run in 2023 With Igbos overwhelmingly voting PDP since 1999. It's shocking that not a single one is in vantage position to be nominated. They aren't even showing any drive to run but rather waiting to be picked for VP or senate president |

Till igbos see their profit then we can consider picking nomination form
Till then we’re observing to see .. the Yoruba people in this administration All you think of is profit. Life is more nuanced. Have some ambition |
