With thanks to God and the nice people of this platform, I wish to announce that I got my passport back a few minutes ago, with my student visa.

Visa Application Submission- 10th June, 2021
TB test- 12th July, 2021
Biometrics at TLS Ikeja- 14th July, 2021
Decision and Collection mail- 21st July, 2021
DHL delivery- 26th July, 2021

Thanks guys for all your help!

Is it normal that since Wednesday, tls has still not found the right time to send my document? The tracking number is still saying ‘shipment has not been handed over to DHL’

They will consider it cos the option is there too, my wife used double shield too.. So you're good to go.

Oh really? All the preggos at my interview were told no xray. They announced like 1m times and still confirmed from all ladies as they approached..."hope you're not pregnant"

Was it DIY ? Kos I applied for my girls in April and they got it first week of June(I didn’t do DIY) , an immigration officer helped . Have you checked that list they have on their website of ready passports kos they aren’t sending texts to everyone .

I shared a Google form here some days ago for people who're yet to receive their passports. Was anybody able to fill the form? And If yes, have they received calls to come for collection? All the people I know personally that filled the form have gone for collection.

Yes you would even need to show maintenance as well ....if she leaves before the baby comes no. After even 1 day old is treated the same way every dependant is treated

17th Nov 2020 I received my condition offer

7th Dec 2020, i received my unconditional offer after submitting the required documents and passing my credibility interview

14th April 2021 CAS was issued..

15th April 2021 i did my TB test.

Standard VISA application..

29th of April Biometrics

The waiting began, I won't even lie, it wasn't easy, checking my mail every now and then..

18th May 2021 I received two collection mail. I was in Benin, i had to run to Lagos today 19th May, i got to Lagos before 12pm then i dashed to Ikeja to collect it.

When i got home, i nervously opened it, there my VISA was smiling at me.....

I can't fail to appreciate some people here, you all were really helpful...

I did everything myself from admission to Visa application (self service)

Well, in my own case I got a mail, I dunno if it was also sent to you as seen in the attached

Send them a mail, reminding them of how important getting an early offer is to you because you are an international student and will require time to go through the VISA procedure, which will take time, they would reply within a week with an offer letter hopefully.

While some of us still await either conditional/unconditional letter from SHU since March...will it ever drop ?...lol

i heard that court are on strike.

what is the best way to go about this as i have already submitted the result to the school. i just want to forward the sworn affidavit to the school
