Politics › Re: Nnamdi Kanu Haven't Floated Any Bail Condition - Says His Lawyer by Kbanka: 2:38pm On Jun 04, 2017 |
Do jews go to church? EasternWind: NNAMDI KANU HAVEN'T FLOATED ANY BAIL CONDITION - Barr Ejiofor . Nnamdi Kanu has explained why he went against some bail conditions. He made this known through his lawyer, Ifeanyi Ejiofor who said it was not for the prosecution(FG) to determine whether or not his client had violated the bail conditions. Ejiofor said it was the exclusive responsibility of the court to decide whether or not the bail conditions had been violated. He, however, added that some of the conditions the defendant was being touted to have violated were unconstitutional. He promised to file an application to set aside the “unconstitutional” bail conditions. Ejiofor said, “It doesn’t lie in their power to determine whether he has breached the bail conditions or not. “The court gave the bail on supplementary and other main terms. The court knows the terms on which it granted the bail. “I have been able to clarify this issue – the fact that the court said he cannot be found in the crowd of more than 10 persons does not mean he cannot go to church; it does not mean he cannot entertain visitors in his house. “It is on that note that we are going to file an application to vacate those terms. “I can tell you that the court is fully aware that he would attend church and he would receive family members. “These are his rights under the fundamental human rights in Chapter 4 of the Constitution.” Reacting to allegations of his client granting press interviews in breach of his bail conditions, Ejiofor said, “Freedom of expression is part of the rights he (Kanu) is entitled to under the Constitution. “We are filing an application before the court to set aside the terms that are clearly in violation of the Constitution.” . very smart response, my guy. I'm sure your Yoruba friend was in awe of your brilliance. You failed to mention Owerri. Is that nt the capital of biafra? Abi your capital doesn't need development? I expect brilliant response from you please. jude90: REMINDER of what happened when......
A Yoruba friend asked me: Under what conditions would you support "One Nigeria" and let go of the Biafra agitation and let it die down and finally laid to rest for good? Here was my response: 1. Close down Lagos ports and Open up PH, Calabar, Onitsha and Warri ports. 2. Cancel all direct and major connecting flights to Lagos and Abuja airports only local connecting flights will be allowed. While this is being done, open up Enugu, Owerri, Asaba, Uyo and PH to international flights direct and major connecting flights. 3. Ask all international and diplomatic missions to move their embassies and consulates from Lagos, Kano and Abuja to Enugu, PH and Calabar. 4. All federal governments’ agencies in Lagos and Abuja shall be relocated to Enugu, PH and Calabar. CBN, NNPC, e.t.c shall and must relocate to PH, Calabar and Enugu. 5. All multinational companies in Lagos and Abuja, shall and must relocate their offices to PH, Calabar and Enugu. 6.All oil companies must relocate their head offices to PH, as the oil capital of Nigeria. 7. Let the northern children gain admission into federal schools with 300 score points while the South Eastern Children should gain admission with only 20 score points . 8. Let all federal road projects in the North/SW should be handled by one local companies and the one in the SE/SS should be handled by Julius Berger and foreign construction companies. If these conditions can be fulfilled and implemented for 50years , we can try one Nigeria and let see if you the North and SW will like it for a month... Meaning, Yorubas and Hausas needing to get international visas shall travel to PH, Calabar or Enugu to do that. Same with flying or connecting flights, same with shipping and importing their goods, etc., etc. The Yoruba friend replied: You can’t be serious, this is wickedness and I said... Really? Don’t you think South Eastern part of Nigeria have been suffering and enduring this very same wickedness for over 50 |

What was crude benchmark during GEJ? ochejoseph: Madam
when we talk objectively there is no need for insults if truly you mean well for Nigeria
the reason why the crude price excuse will not fly is simple
1.Jonathan had a crude oil price of 110 but he had to contend with a huge subsidy regime which the APC stopped him from removing 2. Now Buhari has no high crude prices but he does not have the huge burden of subsidy which is now been paid by ordinary Nigerians.
A sound economic policy does not need crude oil to work it’s neither a machine no an equipment it’s an idea or innovation on paper
Treating each segment of the country fairly does not need oil prices
Putting the right people in the right places even though they don’t come from your village does not need crude oil prices most of the places he had low score did not require high oil prices but simple common sense |

Biko, mention which races they fall into naww. Dont copy and paste wikipedia to score smart points. tuscani: Do not be insultive, argue with facts.
Race is the classification of humans into groups based on physical traits, ancestry, genetics, or social relations, or the relations between them.[1][2][3][4][5] First used to refer to speakers of a common language and then to denote national affiliations, by the 17th century race began to refer to physical (i.e. phenotypical) traits. The term was often used in a general biological taxonomic sense,[6] starting from the 19th century, to denote genetically differentiated human populations defined by phenotype.[7][8]
Social conceptions and groupings of races vary over time, involving folk taxonomies[9] that define essential types of individuals based on perceived traits. Scientists consider biological essentialism obsolete,[10] and generally discourage racial explanations for collective differentiation in both physical and behavioral traits.[11][12][13][14][15]
Even though there is a broad scientific agreement that essentialist and typological conceptualizations of race are untenable, scientists around the world continue to conceptualize race in widely differing ways, some of which have essentialist |
