Hello all, I am currently in the USA with my wife on a F-2 visa though she will be on OPT. I have gotten to a Masters program without funding. My questions are as follow:
1) what are funding sources I can explore?
2) is it advisable to come to Nigeria for visa interview if date is secured or should I adjust to F-1 from here?

What is the is d chance for a woman who has a 9months baby that want to go for her masters with the baby be given visa OR she should rather not go with the baby,which is the best option for her visa to be approve.

Go with your baby but prepare to answer questions pertaining to his or her schooling. My wife went with our 10month old baby and no question was asked regarding the baby

Tuition fee is not free in Germany for international students of non EU/EEA link.

To enjoy free tuition in Germany,, you have to be a citizen of Europe, married to a European, or a family member of a European.
And I am sure it is probably the same for France too.

Bro please stop saying what you don't know. I am currently studying in Germany and no tuition fees is been paid. I only pay semester fee of about 200euros which covers cost of transportation around the state

​Germany has proposed a new process that will facilitate the smooth repatriation of over 30,000 illegal Nigerian migrants back to the country.

Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama said this when he received the Security Adviser to the President of Germany, Dr Jan Hecker, and his team in Abuja.

The new proposal, according to Onyeama, is predicated on perceived failures and slow pace of the current system of repatriation.

This, he said, involved both the participation of Nigerian embassies and consulate and the German immigration office.

“They don’t have enough faith and confidence in the process that we have at the moment for the repatriation process.

”Some of the delays they believed are with the mission and consulate in Germany.

”They want to propose a completely new process of repatriation, known as Return and Re-admission,” he said.

Onyeama said that in the last two years only about 200 Nigerians had returned to the country out of about 30,000.

”Germans were not happy that the system we have in place at the moment is certainly not working to their satisfaction,” he said.

According to him, the new process essentially entailed that once all legal processes had been exhausted, Nigeria should trust them (Germany), to make right decision on who should be repatriated.

He added that once the decision was taken, Germany would bring the affected persons to Nigeria without the involvement of Nigeria’s mission in Germany.

“They will bring them here to Nigeria and say we have gone through a process in Germany; these people are your nationals, they have exhausted all the legal processes, please take them.

”And it will be here on Nigeria territory that any possibility will then exist to say maybe that one is not or this one is not,” he said.

Let the wife visit US embassy immediately and file a complaint about missing travel documents. Let her do this before the husband overstays his visa because we don’t know what the intent of the husband his. If not, she will be bounced. She will be issued a fresh visa on a new passport. Then she can decide on what to do afterwards.

This actually happened to my friend
she with her husband and two children got a 2years visiting visa to the USA. due to some financial constraints they couldn't make the travel when expected because the husband lost his job.
the wife(my friend) had an ex in the USA now married with 3 kids who she was encouraged her on the travel and even advised her that together with her family they should move to New York. unknowingly for her the husband saw the messages even though nothing inappropriate was going on between them and he kept it to himself. To cut the long story short the husband travelled to the USA just two weeks ago after telling the wife that he was going for work in any state and Kept the wife's passport, the children's passport including all documents that belong to the wife like birth and marriage certificate etc. the wife is so confused now and doesn't know what to do. he even collected all t
he money she had before leaving. please mods kindly move this to front page as advice is very much needed on what she can do.

Your sponsor doesn't have to be in the same city with you. secondly he/she doesn't have to bear the same surname with you. my own sponsor is a German so no p with surname. Regarding the vital information in the letter it include your sponsor's name, address and where he or she works. it also contains your own name address and so on. Good luck in getting a sponsor.

you have to apply through the course website. there's no application fee
I guess some program accept medium of instruction but it is always better to use a standard test like ielts. it will boost your chances. you can inform them that you have already registered for it

A friend told me about the school so I applied to the program hoping I will get a scholarship. The admission is still on for self financed students. I have a bsc degree in physics but you can apply with an engineering degree so far you have considerable background in physics
