Guys pls read the court order well before you'll start making ur comments, where is it stated that they should do a fresh election in tai, the court stated that all the results in the polling units should be announced after the rerun election including the previous result from the the last election from some of the poling units that were announced previously...in other words they should add the old result from other polling units, and the new results from the remaining units and declare the winner. Federal high court has nothing to do with election matter matters,the tribunal is there to handle that.Election is a process,and only the tribunal can rule on that. Thats why justice liman refuse to make a categorical statement on that election,he kacks the jurisdiction to rule on election matters,pdp has failed again and again,ogoni land is Apc
