I once spoke to a Nepa director, who reveled to me that, the power problem in Nigeria is not an electrical generation problem, nor is an engineering problem. He said the problem is highly political. A hotel I know spends over 10million naira on diesel a month. The biggest power plant in the world was built in 19monts in Japan. The biggest in Algeria was built in 9 mounts.
