This is normal and it serves an effective function. First, the spirits sanitize the face, mouth, and throat. I feel very clean inside of me and I am really close to God. You can pray similarly and you will see the result. It will be great if you testify of your experience so that others will take it seriously. Israel did not understand the arrangement God provided for the people through the levitical priesthood. In the same way, Christians do not understand how the levitical priesthood extended into Christianity. Consequently, like the Israelites, Christians do not fully understand the provisions God has made for His people through Christ Jesus. Christians are only good at weaving all kinds of doctrines that have nothing to do with the work of Christ. What arrangement did God provide for Israel through the Levitical Priesthood? The arrangement was first displayed during the first Passover (Ex. 12:3-12). The story of the first Passover showed how blood sacrifice saved Israelite families from judgement and endeared them to God. Endearment to God means that since all the promises of God are hinged on keeping His commandments, God could give them the ability to keep the commandments if they asked him. See the case where God told Solomon to ask Him for anything and Solomon asked for wisdom; God granted it to him. Israelites would offer sacrifices to God and would never ask God to give them the ability to keep His commandments; they would rather ask for material things, forgetting that material things are included in God's promises to a person that keeps His commandments (De. 28:1-13). He. 10:12 But when this priest had offered for all time one sacrifice for sins, he sat down at the right hand of God. He. 10:13 Since that time he waits for his enemies to be made his footstool, He. 10:14 because by one sacrifice he has made perfect for ever those who are being made holy. Christianity is basically an extension of the Levitical priesthood, with some paradigm shift. During the first Passover, sacrifice to God was done for every household. When Israel became a nation, sacrifice to God was done at a national temple. In Christianity, the individual becomes the temple and priest of God. Everybody ministers in the temple of God, which is his/her body. The ministry is the same; to offer sacrifice to God. The big difference is that in the ancient temple of Jerusalem, new sacrifices were made every day; whereas, in Christianity, one and only one sacrifice has been carried out and has been accepted by God. Ministration in God's temple is only with the relics of that one acceptable sacrifice. That is why He. 10:22 says that we should draw near to God, having our hearts sprinkled with the blood of Jesus and having our bodies washed with pure water. All these are done by word of faith: that is the paradigm shift. The law of the spirit of life is basically the fruit of the tree of life; whereas, the law of sin and death is the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Mankind is still barred from the tree of life because of sin (Ge. 3:22-24), but by sprinkling our inner beings with the blood of Jesus and washing our bodies with living water (Holy Spirit) we gain access to the tree of life and He sets us free from stranglehold by the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. It is not a one-time thing. Daily, we have to make the choice between the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. In the mighty name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I sprinkle my inward and outward parts with the blood of Jesus by the Holy Spirit of God. I wash every part of my body by the Holy Spirit of God. I wash away from me every unrighteousness, every evil desire and every evil inclination, by the blood of Jesus, through the Holy Spirit. In the name of Jesus Christ! |

The Commandments of God God gave mankind His commandments through the Israelites. Through Jesus Christ, God explained the depth of the commandments, making it to appear as if Jesus rather intensified the commandments. Mt. 5:17 “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. Mt. 5:18 I tell you the truth, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished. Mt. 5:19 Anyone who breaks one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do the same will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. Mt. 5:20 For I tell you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of heaven. Unfortunately, today, we hear Christians saying that Jesus abolished the law and so they do not need to fulfill the commandments of God. This belief is as a result of misunderstanding of the writings of Apostle Paul. Jesus severally said that only those who fulfill the commandments of God shall enter the kingdom of God. That is why Christians need to be really concerned about really being holy and not just assuming to be righteous by faith. |

Cain and Abel Ge. 4:3 In the course of time Cain brought some of the fruits of the soil as an offering to the LORD. Ge. 4:4 But Abel brought fat portions from some of the firstborn of his flock. The LORD looked with favour on Abel and his offering, Ge. 4:5 but on Cain and his offering he did not look with favour. So Cain was very angry, and his face was downcast. Ge. 4:6 Then the LORD said to Cain, “Why are you angry? Why is your face downcast? Ge. 4:7 If you do what is right, will you not be accepted? But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door; it desires to have you, but you must master it.” Ge. 4:8 Now Cain said to his brother Abel, “Let’s go out to the field.” And while they were in the field, Cain attacked his brother Abel and killed him. The general understanding is that God rejected Cain's offering because his heart was not right. Some churches even spurned doctrines about Cain being the seed of Satan that emerged after Eve and the serpent copulated. That is wild speculation. The reality is that Cain wasn't any more sinful than Abel before the famous sacrifice. If Cain had bothered to ask God why his sacrifice was not accepted, God would have educated him on the issue of sacrifice. Instead, he allowed jealousy to take hold of him. God clearly warned him that sin was crouching at his door. Eventually, sin had him; not because he was Satan's seed, but because of ignorance. Why did Cain and Abel need to offer sacrifice to God? Was there need for such a sacrifice at the beginning of mankind? Sacrifice became necessary due to sin. Sacrifice is meant to be an atonement for sins. Without the shedding of blood, there can be no remission of sin. Neither Cain nor Abel knew the importance of blood sacrifice for the remission of sins; it just happened that Abel reared animals, while Cain grew crops. Each sacrificed the output of his occupation. Abel unknowingly fulfilled some spiritual law and the sacrifice worked for him; whereas, Cain unknowingly did not fulfill the spiritual law and his sacrifice failed. It would have been an opportunity for mankind to discover some powerful spiritual principle, but sin got hold of Cain and ruined everything. After a few millennia, God chose the nation of Israel as His son and then formally established the need for blood sacrifice as atonement for sins. |

Sin is a terrible sickness, but God gave us a cure for it. Sin is caused by the absence of God (that is, divine life) in man. The only cure for sin is for God (or divine life) to be in and control a man. Ge. 2:7 the LORD God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being. Ge. 2:8 Now the LORD God had planted a garden in the east, in Eden; and there he put the man he had formed. Ge. 2:9 And the LORD God made all kinds of trees grow out of the ground — trees that were pleasing to the eye and good for food. In the middle of the garden were the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. God created mankind and breathed into mankind His Spirit. With the Spirit of God in man, man was a new born son of God. Man had to develop as a spirit being. There were two alternative paths available to man: one path is represented by the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, while the other path is represented by the tree of (divine) life. God warned man about the consequences of following the path that is the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. The tree of the knowledge of good and evil presented himself to man and gave man a manifesto about the benefits that would accrue to mankind if man followed him. Man became convinced and chose to follow the path of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil and then took the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil and ate it. Man immediately saw the result; mankind could no longer stay in the presence of God. In 2013, I was lying on my bed one day and the following passage of Scripture came into my mind. Mt. 12:28 But if I drive out demons by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God has come upon you. I began to meditate on this word and then began to practice saying "I do so so and so by the Holy Spirit of God, in the name of Jesus". I experienced that my utterances did produced some noticeable effects. It was like a scientific study. Not long after, the following passage of Scripture also came into my mind. Jn. 6:53 Jesus said to them, “I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you." I meditated on this word and began the practice of saying, "I drink the blood of Jesus. I eat the flesh of Jesus." I accompanied the word of faith with imagining that the blood and the the flesh of Jesus was entering into my mouth. I noticed in one dream that this drinking the blood of Jesus and eating the flesh of Jesus rattled some evil entities. I continued with these spiritual exercises in 2013 and by December, if I placed my hand on any sick person and said, "I heal you of whatever that is troubling you by the Holy Spirit of God, in the name of Jesus Christ", the person got healed immediately. But then, my economy began to dwindle and I became so focused on many problems facing me that I began to lose my focus on spiritual matters. My ability to heal the sick began to go down. My last post is an eye opener. What we need to do in order to attract fullness of the Spirit into our bodies is contained in He. 10:22. I am going to work on it. |

First of all we need to look at the purification of God's temple in the Old Testament, as it will help us to understand the purification of God's temple in the New Testament. In the OT, the High Priest entered the Most Holy Place once a year and sprinkled the blood of a sacrificed lamb. Apart from the once-a-year trip into the Most Holy Place, a priest makes atonement for the altar and consecrates it, every morning and evening. This makes the altar holy and thereby attracts the continual presence of God. In the NT, Jesus opened for us a new and living way of achieving the same objective as in the OT. The new way involves the replacement of physical sacrifice with word of faith. This is made possible by the fact that Jesus has offered for all time one sacrifice for sins. the one sacrifice has made perfect for ever those who are being made holy. The word of faith is basically a testimony to the finished work of Jesus. The new way is a living way because of the involvement of the Holy Spirit in effecting the word of faith. In the NT, we draw near to God with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts (the Most Holy Place) sprinkled with blood of Jesus to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies (the altar) washed with pure water. |

Becoming like Him 2Ti. 2:20 In a large house there are articles not only of gold and silver, but also of wood and clay; some are for noble purposes and some for ignoble. 2Ti. 2:21 If a man cleanses himself from the latter, he will be an instrument for noble purposes, made holy, useful to the Master and prepared to do any good work. The large house in the above-quoted passage of Scripture is the temple of God--the body of a son of God (Jn. 2:19-21; 1Co. 3:16; 1Co. 6:19). Articles in the house can include fruit of the Spirit (Ga. 5:22-23), as well as acts of the sinful nature (Ga. 5:19-21). When the house contains such mixed multitude, we have a situation of the knowledge of good and evil. But if the owner of the house cleanses the house of the acts of the sinful nature, the house becomes fit to host the fullness of the Spirit of God. The son of God becomes like Jesus. It is up to the owner of the house to cleanse the house of ignoble. |

1Jn. 3:2 Dear friends, now we are children of God, and what we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when he appears, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is. 1Jn. 3:3 Everyone who has this hope in him purifies himself, just as he is pure. Hope for what? Hope that when he appears (for the rapture), we shall be like him. Hope that we shall partake in the rapture. Having this hope without purifying oneself is misguided hope--unrealizable hope. Therefore, the separation of children of God who will make the rapture from those who will not is determined by purity. It is the child of God who will purify himself/herself. 2 Likes |

I have received so many parcel via NIPOST over the past few years. It was only in 2019 that stealing of my parcels surged, even to the extent of stealing a parcel that is trackable in Nigeria. The person responsible for the theft surge must have been newly posted to NIPOST's entry port in 2019. If NIPOST's management are interested in fishing out the culprit, they can easily track him/her. That person needs to be taken out of NIPOST's entry port as a matter of urgency. S/he could be posted to a delivery office. |

I am too knowledgeable to confront NIPOST workers at my delivery office for a postal packet with tracking number that is trackable in Nigeria, but which tracking number does not appear on NITEL's network. Any parcel whose tracking number appears on NIPOST's network is easily traceable, and only newbies in NIPOST will make the mistake of stealing such a parcel and possibly earn themselves sack. Due to NIPOST's Internet, the major problem now lies at NIPOST's entry port. If a parcel is stolen by workers at the entry port, they will not record information about it in NIPOST's system. But NIPOST's top management can solve the problem of stealing people's parcels at the entry port by establishing a unit to handle any complaint from clients. The airlines that hand over these parcels to NIPOST apparently handover document that contains necessary information about the parcels to NIPOST and they definitely keep copies. Trump Administration Adds Six Countries to Travel Ban President Trump added Africa’s biggest country, Nigeria, as well as Myanmar, Eritrea, Kyrgyzstan, Sudan and Tanzania, to his restricted travel list. President Trump on Friday added six countries to his list of nations facing stringent travel restrictions, a move that will virtually block immigration from Africa’s most populous nation, Nigeria, and from Myanmar, where the Muslim minority is fleeing genocide. Beside Nigeria, three other African countries, Eritrea, Sudan and Tanzania, will face varying degrees of restrictions, as will one former Soviet state, Kyrgyzstan. Myanmar’s Rohingya Muslims could also be caught in the crossfire. All six countries have substantial Muslim populations. The total number of countries now on the restricted travel list stands at 13. Immigrant visas, issued to those seeking to live in the United States, will be banned for Nigeria, Myanmar, Eritrea and Kyrgyzstan. The ban will also prevent immigrants from Sudan and Tanzania from moving to the United States through the diversity visa lottery, which grants green cards to as many as 50,000 people a year. The proclamation will take effect on February 22. Immigrants who obtain visas before then will still be able to travel to the United States, officials said. Nonimmigrant visas, including those for students and certain temporary workers, as well as visas reserved for potential employees with specialized skills, will not be affected by the ban. Immigrants will be able to apply for waivers from the restrictions. The administration has said waivers are issued to those who would experience undue hardship if denied entry into the United States, although the process has been criticized as opaque. The administration has argued that the ban, enacted in 2017 to restrict travel from Muslim-majority countries, is necessary to ensure that countries satisfy security requirements for travel into the United States, or face restrictions until they do. The expansion of the restrictions, which already affected more than 135 million people in seven countries, is likely to hinder more than 12,300 potential immigrants in the next year from resettling, finding work or reuniting with their families in the United States. The effect on Nigeria, not only Africa’s most populous country but also its largest economy, could be particularly severe. The United States issued more than 7,920 immigrant visas to Nigerians in the 2018 fiscal year, the second-most of any African country. Officials with the Department of Homeland Security and the State Department who briefed reporters on the condition of anonymity said Eritrea, Tanzania and Kyrgyzstan were being added to the list because each country had either had not satisfied the administration’s information-sharing requirements related to terrorism or did not have updated passport systems. In April 2019, I ordered 8 pieces of Mini OTG Cable (Micro USB To USB Converter) from Aliexpress. Since the cost of the items was quite low, I decided to pay for 4PX Singapore Post OM shipping, which is very cheap and yet reasonably fast. This type of shipping is trackable up to Singapore, but not in Nigeria. I waited and waited for the small packet to arrive my post office; some time in May, I sent email to both pmg@nipost.gov.ng and customercare@nipost.gov.ng. Nothing happened. I lost the small packet. Some time in May, I ordered some items from Aliexpress again and paid for Singapore Post shipping with full tracking. One of the packets was unduly delayed, but it eventually reached me. Looking at the small packet, it was obvious that a NIPOST thief initially took the small packet, but later returned it to NIPOST's pipeline. I sent an email to both pmg@nipost.gov.ng and customercare@nipost.gov.ng: I received RB757281815SG and RB757267291SG today and noticed that one of the packets was opened and sealed again locally with tape. The sender had indicated on the packet that it contained "Mobile Phone Adapters". (Please see the enclosed pictures.) Apparently, a parcel thief that works in NIPOST was attracted by the inscription, "Mobile Phone Adapters", and decided to take the two packets and take a look at the contents. The person later released the two packets back into the mail delivery pipeline and they were recorded to have arrived Nigeria on 12th June. Apparently, this parcel thief is located between where mails from foreign airlines are received and where mails are recorded to have entered the NIPOST mail delivery pipeline. A NIPOST official replied to my email as follows: Thanks so much for your mail. The Postmaster General/CEO is not relenting in his determination to reposition Nipost. You can be rest assured that this issue raised by you will be thoroughly investigated and dealt with accordingly. Once again, your concern is greatly appreciated. Accept as always the best wishes of the Postmaster General/CEO. On 21st November 2019, I ordered for two sets of LCD/digitizer assembly for my Motorola phone and paid for Singapore Post shipping with full tracking. The parcel was dispatched from Singapore to Nigeria on 1st December; up till today, I haven't received the parcel. On 18th January, I emailed pmg@nipost.gov.ng as follows: Tracking data for the parcel with the above-indicated tracking number is as follows. RB864253123SG Despatched to overseas (Country code: NG) 01/12/2019 I believe that the parcel reached Nigeria, but the the tracking number never appeared on NIPOST's site. I am yet to receive the item. Is it possible to find out if the parcel was received by NIPOST? Up till today, I haven't received the parcel and the tracking number does not appear on NIPOST's site. This is the first time a parcel sent to me with tracking number that is fully trackable got lost. On 28th November 2019, I ordered for Carbon Fiber Cases for my Motorola phones and paid for low-cost shipping and the items were shipped via China Post small packet. Tracking shows that the small packet left China for Nigeria on 3rd December. The packet is not trackable in Nigeria. Up till today, I haven't got it. The parcel thief in NIPOST that is frustrating my life is apparently located at the point where parcels are delivered by airlines to NIPOST. S/he has access to parcels before there data are entered into NIPOST's computer network. I don't know why top NIPOST officials cannot command that this person be identified, so that s/he could be removed from such a sensitive position in NIPOST's mail delivery pipeline. NIPOST connects Nigeria with other countries. Other countries get very negatively biased towards Nigeria when mails sent to or from Nigeria are lost in NIPOST. They shall be kept by the Israelite community for use in the water of cleansing; it is for purification from sin. He. 13:11 The high priest carries the blood of animals into the Most Holy Place as a sin offering, but the bodies are burned outside the camp. He. 13:12 And so Jesus also suffered outside the city gate to make the people holy through his own blood. In the Old Testament, purification of the Holy of Holies in the temple was done by the High Priest who carried the blood of animals into the Holy of Holes as a sin offering. The bodies of the animals sacrificed were burnt outside the camp and the ashes was dissolved in water and used for cleansing people's bodies. In the same way, the blood of Jesus is used to cleanse the heart, the seat of the spirit of man. The flesh of Jesus is used to cleanse the body. Jn. 6:53 Jesus said to them, “I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Jn. 6:54 Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. No one can sprinkle his heart with the blood of Jesus, but the Holy Spirit can do it for us. We therefore purify our hearts by the blood of Jesus and purify our bodies by the flesh of Jesus through the Holy Spirit. A person can move the Holy Spirit in him to do something by word of faith. |

Kei144:The reason why the same people that believe that the blood of Jesus has purified them from all sin still have sin in their lives is simply that they have not been purified from all sin. The reason why they have not been purified from all sin is not because the Bible is faulty, rather it is because the Christians do not understand what the Bible is saying. Even 1Jn 1:7 has a condition attached to purification from all sin, which is that we must walk in the light. Light has to do more with knowledge.. If we have and live by adequate knowledge of the tenets of purification from sin, then the blood of Jesus purifies us from all sin. 1 Like |

Every evangelical Christian believes that the blood of Jesus has purified her/him from all sin, in line with 1Jn. 1:7. Yet the same evangelical Christian says that no man can be perfect. Smith Wigglesworth was an exceptionally great man of God. This very prophecy of his marks him out as truly exceptional. I came across this prophecy years ago and I tried to make meaning out of it, but could not. I could not figure out this thing about a meeting together of people who emphasize the word and people who emphasize the Spirit. I do know that such separate groups of people exist, but how their convergence would trigger the great end-time revival was what I couldn't fathom out. I happened to be one of those who emphasize the word, as I love to go deep into the word of God. As I posted in this https://www.nairaland.com/5639665/training-son-god#85929713 , after years of emphasis on the word, some time in 2013, I was lying on the bed and suddenly Jesus' word in the Bible came into my mind: "If by the Spirit, I cast out demons, the kingdom has suddenly come upon you." From that moment, I began to bring in emphasis of the Spirit into my usual life of emphasis on the word. As this this convergence of word and the Spirit developed in my life, by December 2013 every sick person that I prayed for got healed immediately. From my knowledge and experience so far, I want to say that the people who rendered Smith Wigglesworth's 1947 prophecy didn't capture his prophecy accurately. The great end-time revival will not result from a convergence of any two sets of people, rather the great end-time revival will be as a result of an interplay between the Spirit and word of faith. |
