Working like God

What do we mean by working like God, and how does it contrast with working like man?

We all know that we cannot provide our needs without working. We all know how we human beings work in order to provide our needs. We depend on our strength and the ways of the world. Working like God depends on divine power and on the way of God.

2Pe. 1:3 His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness.

He. 3:10 That is why I was angry with that generation, and I said, `Their hearts are always going astray, and they have not known my ways.’

To work like God requires that you depend on the power of the Spirit in you for all your needs. It also requires that you follow the way of God. If you want to see the way of God clearly, you need to look at Genesis 1.

Ge. 1:2-3 2 Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.
3 And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light.

In Ge. 1:2, we see a situation that was not the way God wanted it to be. The situation remained unchanged even though the Spirit of God was there, until God spoke to the Spirit: "Let there be light!" Suddenly, everything became just as God wanted it.

A human son of God can also speak into a situation and change the situation into what he wants by word of faith through the Holy Spirit.

Mt. 12:28 But if it is by the Spirit of God that I drive out demons, then the kingdom of God has come upon you.

In the mighty name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I heal this body of every sickness, disease or infirmity by the Holy Spirit of God. In the name of Jesus Christ!

Perfect Obedience to God

How did Jesus manage to always perfectly obey God?

Being an Adam, Jesus did not have the tendency to sin at birth. The only way for him to acquire that tendency was to accept the word of Satan. That is why he always resisted any word coming to him directly or indirectly from Satan. In order to always have the power to resist the word of Satan, he prayed a lot, seeking the help of God.

Mk. 8:33 But when Jesus turned and looked at his disciples, he rebuked Peter. “Get behind me, Satan!” he said. “You do not have in mind the things of God, but the things of men.”

In order for a descendant of the first Adam to perfectly obey God, he must begin by receiving the gospel of Jesus Christ and begin obedience by submitting himself for baptism into Jesus Christ, in water and in the Spirit, and thereby become a human son of God. Since this human son of God was born with the tendency to sin, inherited from the first Adam, that tendency must daily be suppressed by the blood of Jesus through the Holy Spirit.

In the mighty name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I sprinkle all my inward and outward parts with the blood of Jesus through the Holy Spirit of God. I wash away from me every unrighteousness, every evil desire and every evil inclination, by the blood of Jesus, through the Holy Spirit. In the name of Jesus Christ!

As the son of God purifies himself with the blood of Jesus by word of faith, he uses his imagination to see the washing taking place. As he practices purification from sin this way everyday, he grows in righteousness.

Ep. 5:26 to make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word.

The reality is that Jesus isn't God that came to the world and transformed into human form. Jesus is a new Adam that God brought to the world, so that he could show the descendants of the first Adam how really to be like God. He left for us an example, so that we could follow in his steps and become like God (1Pe 2:21).

Ph. 2:5 Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus:
Ph. 2:6 Who, being in very nature [Or in the form of] God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped,
Ph. 2:7 but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness.
Ph. 2:8 And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient to death — even death on a cross!
Ph. 2:9 Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name.

The first Adam followed the word of Satan and joined Satan to rebel against God, as a way of trying to become like God. The new Adam did the contrary; he submitted himself to God and became a servant. He obeyed God even to the extent of accepting to die on the cross as a sacrifice of atonement for the sins of the first Adam. God exalted Jesus so that he is now exactly like God.

We can see from the life that Jesus lived on earth that we need only two things in order to become like God. The first thing is perfect obedience to God. The other thing is to get into working like God.

Jn. 8:29 The one who sent me is with me; he has not left me alone, for I always do what pleases him.”

Jn. 5:17 Jesus said to them, “My Father is always at his work to this very day, and I, too, am working.”
Jn. 5:18 For this reason the Jews tried all the harder to kill him; not only was he breaking the Sabbath, but he was even calling God his own Father, making himself equal with God.

Jn. 10:37 Do not believe me unless I do what my Father does.

The first Adam displeased God and God drove him away from His presence, whereas Jesus always did what pleased God and God was always with Jesus.

We know that Satan deceived Adam and Eve, but is it possible for a human being to be like God?

By being like God, I mean doing the kind of things that God does. We all know that God created us in His image; I am more interested in working like God. Jesus worked like God and all we hear today is that it was actually God that came down to the world and transformed into human. Can a normal human be like Jesus?

I am aware that some humans have done some of the miracles that Jesus did, but I am interested in how a human being could become totally like Jesus.

Nu. 20:2-8 2 Now there was no water for the community, and the people gathered in opposition to Moses and Aaron.
3 They quarreled with Moses and said, “If only we had died when our brothers fell dead before the Lord!
4 Why did you bring the Lord’s community into this wilderness, that we and our livestock should die here?
5 Why did you bring us up out of Egypt to this terrible place? It has no grain or figs, grapevines or pomegranates. And there is no water to drink!”

6 Moses and Aaron went from the assembly to the entrance to the tent of meeting and fell facedown, and the glory of the Lord appeared to them. 7 The Lord said to Moses, 8 “Take the staff, and you and your brother Aaron gather the assembly together. Speak to that rock before their eyes and it will pour out its water. You will bring water out of the rock for the community so they and their livestock can drink.”

In Ge. 1:2, we see an unpleasant situation; a situation that is formless and void and full of darkness. Yet the Spirit of God was present in the situation. I have severally experienced that kind of situation in my life, lasting prolonged periods of time. I would pray and pray and see no change, even though the Holy Spirit is always with me. In Ge. 1:2, the unpleasant situation also remained unchanged even though the Spirit of God was there, until God spoke to the Spirit: "Let there be light!" Suddenly, everything became glorious.

In Nu. 20:2, the Israelites found themselves in a situation of certain death; to be in the middle of a desert without water. Moses and Aaron went and prayed to God. God didn't change the situation, but He taught Moses and Aaron how to solve the problem. "Speak to the rock!" The rock is the Holy Spirit. Moses did not speak word of faith as God instructed him, but rather used the anointing of the Holy Spirit that was on him o solve the problem. Due to this failure, the nation of Israel has not learnt the lesson of word of faith till today (Ro. 9:30-32).

Matthew 12:28 But if it is by the Spirit of God that I drive out demons, then the kingdom of God has come upon you.

Hebrews 1:3 The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven.

The two verses of Scripture above are very crucial in the training of a son of God. The son of God must learn to live by the Spirit, which means to depend on the Holy Spirit for everything.

The way to access the divine power is through the Holy Spirit. How does one live by the Spirit? It is through word of faith. A son of God is able to rule over his/her world by his/her powerful word. What makes the word powerful is the Spirit.

Note that the kingdom of God coming upon you should go hand in hand with purification from sins (Mt. 6:33).

The Rich Young Ruler

Mk. 10:17-22 17 As Jesus started on his way, a man ran up to him and fell on his knees before him. “Good teacher,” he asked, “what must I do to inherit eternal life?”
18 “Why do you call me good?” Jesus answered. “No one is good—except God alone.
19 You know the commandments: ‘You shall not murder, you shall not commit adultery, you shall not steal, you shall not give false testimony, you shall not defraud, honor your father and mother.’”
20 “Teacher,” he declared, “all these I have kept since I was a boy.”
21 Jesus looked at him and loved him. “One thing you lack,” he said. “Go, sell everything you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me.”
22 At this the man’s face fell. He went away sad, because he had great wealth.

The rich young ruler asked Jesus how he could begin to manifest as a son of God. Jesus basically told him that he needed training. In order for the training to be possible, he needed to do away with much of his world as he knew it. The rich young ruler ran away.

I can relate with the story of the rich young ruler because God put me on a path similar to what Jesus told the rich young ruler. It started with making me aware that He has called me to a very great ministry. Along the way, I got to understand that I will play a great role in the great end-time revival. While I was glorying in the understanding that great days are ahead of me, terrible health problem caused by witchcraft poisoning came upon me. I prayed and prayed to God, but no help came. All I got was that my health problem will go when I begin the great ministry He has called me to. Along the way, God led me to quit my job and focus on preparation for the ministry. I stayed without job for quite some time and finally ran out of money. I later got another job with lower pay. I continued to battle health problem and insufficient funds, but then I was making tremendous spiritual progress.

Some time in 2013, I was lying on the bed and suddenly Jesus' word in the Bible came into my mind: "If by the Spirit, I cast out demons, the kingdom has suddenly come upon you." I began to meditate upon this word and later started making use of it. By December 2013, any sick person that I prayed for got healed immediately. With time, the power to heal began to ebb, apparently because I began to focus more on the world around me and my many problems.

Since the past one year, I have been facing serious lack of money, due to inability of the institution where I work to pay salary regularly, caused by Nigeria's economic downturn. I prayed and prayed for divine intervention, and nothing changed. In the process of all these, I began to overcome spiritual problems that used to trouble me. Along the way, it became clear to me that I am supposed to overcome every problem facing me by divine power, but how exactly to do that wasn't very clear to me. This weekend, everything became clear. I am now very close to manifesting as a son of God.

It takes training

In order to manifest as a son of God, one needs training. That is what the churches are supposed to be doing, but we don't see many people in the churches manifesting as sons of God.

The training begins with immersion into the word of God.

Jn. 15:7 If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.

As you accumulate the word of God in you and pray according to the word that you know, the presence of God builds up in you. You now have the Spirit of God (Christ) in you and the world out there. Whether you focus mainly on the world out there or mainly on Christ in you determines your development as a son of God.

Ps. 82:6-7 6 “I said, ‘You are “gods”; you are all sons of the Most High.’
7 But you will die like mere mortals; you will fall like every other ruler.”

Ps. 82:6-7 talks about some people appointed by God to be His sons, but who end up dying like mere mortals. The reason for this kind of situation is that these are people whom God sends His word declaring them to be His sons while they are mortals. These people are supposed to rise up and begin to live as real sons of God. Unfortunately, the sons of God spend all their lives on earth without ever manifesting as sons of God and eventually die like mere mortals. Why?

There is no way a nation with many Muslims will not have crisis. Look around the world.

In that dream, I was somewhere around or near the north-eastern part of South West region of Nigeria and I saw mega crisis commence towards the west of where I was. I began to run towards my home--South East. Then I woke up. When I woke up, I understood that the national crisis that will most likely end Nigeria as we know it will begin in Yoruba land.

If the Federal Government does not leave Amotekun alone, my dream will come to fulfillment. We must not forget that crisis in South West led to Nzeogwu's coup and then to Biafran War.

The Parable of the 10 Virgins

Mt. 25:1 “At that time the kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom.
Mt. 25:2 Five of them were foolish and five were wise.
Mt. 25:3 The foolish ones took their lamps but did not take any oil with them.
Mt. 25:4 The wise, however, took oil in jars along with their lamps.
Mt. 25:5 The bridegroom was a long time in coming, and they all became drowsy and fell asleep.
Mt. 25:6 “At midnight the cry rang out: `Here’s the bridegroom! Come out to meet him!’
Mt. 25:7 “Then all the virgins woke up and trimmed their lamps.
Mt. 25:8 The foolish ones said to the wise, `Give us some of your oil; our lamps are going out.’
Mt. 25:9 “`No,’ they replied, `there may not be enough for both us and you. Instead, go to those who sell oil and buy some for yourselves.’
Mt. 25:10 “But while they were on their way to buy the oil, the bridegroom arrived. The virgins who were ready went in with him to the wedding banquet. And the door was shut.

In the Parable of the ten virgins, people who are baptized into Jesus Christ are the virgins. What distinguishes the wise from the foolish virgins is having adequate quantity of oil for their lamps. The lamps are their inner beings, whereas the oil is the divine life in the inner being. Divine life is not cheap. In order to get divine life, you have to pay a huge price. The price is your world. You must give up normal life of the world in order to receive the divine life. That is what cleansing from sin and becoming perfect is all about.

Ro. 2:6 God will give to each person according to what he has done.
Ro. 2:7 To those who by persistence in doing good seek glory, honor and immortality, he will give eternal life.
Ro. 2:8 But for those who are self-seeking and who reject the truth and follow evil, there will be wrath and anger.

Requirements for the Rapture

Ep. 5:25 Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her
Ep. 5:26 to make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word,
Ep. 5:27 and to present her to himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless.

Ep. 5:25-27 contains what it takes for a person the rapture. Verse 25 says that the person must be baptized into the death of Jesus Christ (Ro. 6:3). In order for Jesus to ascend to heaven, he had to die to this world. His death began the day he was baptized in the River Jordan. He finally died physically as a sacrifice of atonement for our sins. Any person who wants to ascend to heaven in the rapture must die to this world. The death begins with baptism into the Jesus Christ in water and in the Spirit.

Ep. 5:26 describes the process of dying to the world that must happen, after a person has been baptized into Jesus Christ, in order to ascend to heaven in the rapture. The process makes a person holy by continually removing worldliness from her/him. The process involves “washing with water through the word”. In order to understand “washing with water through the word”, we need to go to the Old Testament.

Nu. 19:2 “This is a requirement of the law that the LORD has commanded: Tell the Israelites to bring you a red heifer without defect or blemish and that has never been under a yoke.
Nu. 19:3 Give it to Eleazar the priest; it is to be taken outside the camp and slaughtered in his presence.
Nu. 19:5 While he watches, the heifer is to be burned — its hide, flesh, blood and offal.
Nu. 19:9 “A man who is clean shall gather up the ashes of the heifer and put them in a ceremonially clean place outside the camp. They shall be kept by the Israelite community for use in the water of cleansing; it is for purification from sin.

He. 9:13 The blood of goats and bulls and the ashes of a heifer sprinkled on those who are ceremonially unclean sanctify them so that they are outwardly clean.
He. 9:14 How much more, then, will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself unblemished to God, cleanse our consciences from acts that lead to death, so that we may serve the living God!

In the Old Testament, purification from sin was carried out in the temple area in Jerusalem by sprinkling ashes of a red heifer that had been sacrificed to God, dissolved in water, on the person that wants to be purified from sin. In the New Testament, Jesus is the antitype of the red heifer. The blood of Jesus that was shed for our sins has to be sprinkled on the person that wants to be purified from sin. The blood of the man Jesus is not available today; the blood of the spirit Jesus is the Holy Spirit—the spirit of Christ. Moreover, we cannot sprinkle the spiritual blood of Jesus physically, but by word of faith. That is why Ep. 5:26 talks about “washing with water through the word”. That is the way to purify from sin and thereby grow in holiness.

Whenever I pray, one of my prayers is as follows:

“I sprinkle all my inward and outward parts and all the inward and outward parts of every member of my family with the blood of Jesus. I wash away from me and from every member of my family, all unrighteousness and all evil desires, by the blood of Jesus Christ.”

As I say this prayer, I use my imagination to visualize the blood of Jesus washing me and every member of my family. The involvement of imagination is necessary because faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see (He. 11:1).

Ep. 5:27 shows that Jesus will take himself a people who are holy and blameless, during the rapture. A lot of Christians who believe in the rapture think that perfection will happen suddenly at the very time of the rapture and people of God will do nothing to accomplish their perfection.

Lk. 13:24 “Make every effort to enter through the narrow door, because many, I tell you, will try to enter and will not be able to.”

2020 is the year of the rapture. I came to the conclusion due to revelations that God has given to His people.

Am. 3:7 Surely the Sovereign LORD does nothing without revealing his plan to his servants the prophets.

1Th. 5:1 Now, brothers, about times and dates we do not need to write to you,
1Th. 5:2 for you know very well that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night.
1Th. 5:4 But you, brothers, are not in darkness so that this day should surprise you like a thief.
1Th. 5:5 You are all sons of the light and sons of the day. We do not belong to the night or to the darkness.

My family has also received personal revelations that point at 2020 as the year of the rapture. My wife and I have more children than we initially envisaged, due to inadequate contraceptive measures. By 2015, my wife began to take contraceptive injections. By 2018 she began to complain that the side effects she read on the Internet were adversely affecting her life. After taking the injection in the first week of January 2019, she stopped, and we continued to relate intimately. Towards the end of July 2019, my wife’s sister called her one morning to tell her that she saw in a dream where my wife gave birth to a baby girl. In that dream, my sister-in-law had to take my wife and the baby to her own house to take care of them because my mother-in-law was no more. After my wife told me about this dream, I knew that it was a warning from God that my wife could get pregnant soon. As I pondered on that dream, I began to see more things. Was the dream implying that my mother-in-law will soon die? It dawned on me that my mother-in-law is not about to die, rather, she will be taken up in the rapture; whereas, her children will not make the rapture. Few months later, it dawned on me that my sister-in-law did not see me and my children in that dream. My sister-in-law had to take my wife and the baby to her house because my children and I were no more. I clearly conveyed the warning in that dream to my wife: if she gets pregnant, she will not be able to make all the necessary preparations necessary for the rapture and so will miss the rapture. My wife had to take contraceptive injection again by the first week of August 2019.

Around the middle of December 2019, I saw in a dream where my wife and I were coming back from some journey we embarked upon, trekking. We were nearing our town of residence and I noticed that my wife was heavily pregnant. The trekking became so difficult for her that she barely could move. I became so frustrated by her slowness that I had to leave her and move on. Then I woke from the dream. Through this dream God warned me that my wife could soon get pregnant and if that happens, she will ultimately be left behind. God is very much interested in my family. Praise be to Him.

1Co. 7:29 What I mean, brothers, is that the time is short. From now on those who have wives should live as if they had none;
1Co. 7:30 those who mourn, as if they did not; those who are happy, as if they were not; those who buy something, as if it were not theirs to keep;
1Co. 7:31 those who use the things of the world, as if not engrossed in them. For this world in its present form is passing away.

Followers of Jesus

A common belief among people who have committed themselves to following Jesus is that once you are baptized into Jesus Christ, either in water or in the Spirit or both, you have been saved by grace and therefore you are a sure candidate for adoption as a son of God. Incidentally, being baptized in water and in the Spirit only brings a person where Adam was in Ge. 2:7 and where Jesus was in Mt. 3:16. That is just a new beginning, or being born again. The journey to the kingdom of heaven begins from here.

Lk. 13:24 “Make every effort to enter through the narrow door, because many, I tell you, will try to enter and will not be able to.

Jesus says that many who begin the journey to the kingdom of God will not be able to enter. Many will not be able to meet the criteria for adoption as a son of God. What are the criteria?

Mt. 19:16 Now a man came up to Jesus and asked, “Teacher, what good thing must I do to get eternal life?”
Mt. 19:17 “Why do you ask me about what is good?” Jesus replied. “There is only One who is good. If you want to enter life, obey the commandments.”
Mt. 19:20 “All these I have kept,” the young man said. “What do I still lack?”
Mt. 19:21 Jesus answered, “If you want to be perfect, go, sell your possessions and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me.”

Mt. 22:36 “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?”
Mt. 22:37 Jesus replied: “`Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ [Deut. 6:5]
Mt. 22:38 This is the first and greatest commandment.

The criteria for adoption as a son of God is obedience to the commandments of God, especially the first commandment. A common thing you hear today, especially among the evangelical Christians, is that obedience to the commandments of God is no longer necessary because we are not under law, but under grace. Grace means to depend on the Spirit’s power to do the will of God, as opposed to depending on self (will) power. Unfortunately, many Christians do not know how to depend on the Spirit’s power and yet claim that they have been saved by grace.

When Jesus told the rich young ruler that what it takes to be adopted as a son of God is to obey the commandments of God, he quickly claimed that he was already keeping all the commandments, as he understood them. Then Jesus emphasized the first commandment; can you lavish all you have on God? The rich young ruler immediately shied away.

The criteria for adoption as a son of God is that you must lavish all you have on God. In order to adopt a human being as His son, God has to give to that human being something that He values most; His divine life—what makes Him to be God. One third of God’s angels were mad at hearing that God wanted to impart His divine life into human beings. The subject of Satan’s temptation of Adam and Eve was the divine life. God can only give it to a human being who can prove excessive love for Him.

Jesus

God sent a new man (an Adam) to the world, in the person of Jesus Christ. God’s intention was to give mankind opportunity, once again, to become sons of God. The new Adam followed the same process that the first Adam followed before his fall.

He. 10:5 Therefore, when Christ came into the world, he said: “Sacrifice and offering you did not desire, but a body you prepared for me.

God formed a new man in the womb of Virgin Mary, just like He did in Ge. 2:7 in the case of the first Adam. The new man grew up, with angelic guidance and protection (Ps. 91:11-12). However, Jesus’ life as a man was never a bed of roses (He. 5:7-. By the time Jesus reached the age at which rich men of his time performed adoption of their sons, God put His Spirit in Jesus (Mt. 3:16), just as He did to the first Adam in Ge. 2:7. Jesus therefore Joined God’s pyramid of spirits. Satan swung into action, as usual, to push Jesus out of the pyramid of God and then into his own pyramid (Mt. 4:1-10). Jesus successfully resisted the devil’s schemes and God promoted him to a higher level in His pyramid. Eventually, it came to time for Jesus to fulfill his real purpose of coming to the world. Satan tried so hard to stop him from fulfilling the purpose, but Jesus successfully resisted the devil and gave himself as a ransom for the sins of mankind.

Ph. 2:9 Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name.

Re. 5:11 Then I looked and heard the voice of many angels, numbering thousands upon thousands, and ten thousand times ten thousand. They encircled the throne and the living creatures and the elders.
Re. 5:12 In a loud voice they sang: “Worthy is the Lamb, who was slain, to receive power and wealth and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and praise!”

God promoted Jesus to a level just below Himself in the pyramid of the spirits. Angels of God have no problem with the promotion given to Jesus by God, because Jesus merited it.

In the Beginning

Ge. 2:7 The LORD God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.

Initially, when God formed man from the dust of the ground, man did not belong in the pyramid of spirits, but was just like other living things. Then God breathed into man His holy spirit and man became a possessor of divine life. Man immediately joined the pyramid of spirits, albeit, at the lowest level (Ps. 8:5; He. 2:7). Angels of God were rattled by this development because they could see that God created in man the capacity for variability in stratum in the pyramid of spirits. This means that man could rise in the pyramid of spirits and be above some or even all the angels, since the stratum of each angel is fixed in the pyramid. One third of God’s angels immediately lost faith in God; they began to think that God is partial by unduly favoring mankind over them. The other two thirds of God’s angels somehow knew that God is too holy to practice favoritism against them.

Is. 14:12 How you have fallen from heaven, O morning star, son of the dawn! You have been cast down to the earth, you who once laid low the nations!
Is. 14:13 You said in your heart, “I will ascend to heaven; I will raise my throne above the stars of God; I will sit enthroned on the mount of assembly, on the utmost heights of the sacred mountain.
Is. 14:14 I will ascend above the tops of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High.”
Is. 14:15 But you are brought down to the grave, to the depths of the pit.

Lucifer, the archangel who leads the one third of God’s angels that rebelled against God, decided to form his own pyramid of spirits, in which he will be at the top. Is. 14:15 says that in the end, he will wind up at the lowest level of God’s pyramid of spirits.

Ge. 2:16 And the LORD God commanded the man, “You are free to eat from any tree in the garden;
Ge. 2:17 but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat of it you will surely die.”

It turns out that God has not given mankind a free ride towards the top of His pyramid of the spirits. There is a condition attached, and if mankind failed to meet the condition, he would descend in the pyramid.

Ge. 3:1 Now the serpent was more crafty than any of the wild animals the LORD God had made. He said to the woman, “Did God really say, ‘You must not eat from any tree in the garden’?”

Lucifer, now turned Satan, decided to push mankind out of God’s pyramid of spirits and bring mankind into his own pyramid. He succeeded in doing just that. Today, we have what the people of God call the kingdom of darkness, and some human beings are highly placed in that kingdom. According to Isaiah 14, ultimately, the kingdom of darkness will collapse into nothingness.

Lk. 13:22 Then Jesus went through the towns and villages, teaching as he made his way to Jerusalem.
Lk. 13:23 Someone asked him, “Lord, are only a few people going to be saved?” He said to them,

When people hear “saved”, they generally think about being saved from going to hell; but that is not really what Jesus is referring to here. Jesus is talking about adoption of sons of God. There is a strata of spirits. God is at the top of the strata or pyramid of spirits. Different spirits occupy different positions in the pyramid. At the base of the pyramid are the spirits in “hell”. The sons of God are in the upper echelon of the pyramid.

Da. 12:2 Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake: some to everlasting life, others to shame and everlasting contempt.
Da. 12:3 Those who are wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars for ever and ever.

Even the sons of God are not all equal in the pyramid of spirits. Some will shine like stars forever and some will shine like the brightness of the heavens. The shining level or rank will be assigned to each human son of God, by Jesus, at the judgment seat of Christ.

Wade started a lip balm company. Some of her ingredients are not made in Senegal, so she imports them. To “protect” Senegalese manufacturers, the government makes importing ingredients expensive.

In Africa, people sometimes escape such taxes by paying bribes. We hear a lot about African corruption.

"People complain about corruption as if corruption is a root problem," says Wade. "I say no. Corruption is a natural consequence of stupid, senseless, idiot laws."

She says there would be just as much corruption in the U.S. if taxes and regulations here made it as difficult to do business as Senegal does.

"The only way to fix corruption is to simplify," advises Wade.

Wade’s business has survived because she was fortunate enough to find a helpful bureaucrat who pointed out a loophole.

“I went to see the head of customs, and we started looking together,” recounts Wade.” Looking through the volumes of crushing regulations, they “found a clause in one of the binders saying if you’re exporting 80 percent of your products, and if you’ve been in business for two years, you can ask for an exemption.”

Most people are “clueless” about these obstacles, she said, especially those in academia, Hollywood and the news media. “They have such a strong anti-capitalism bias.”

To raise awareness about why economic freedom creates prosperity but regulation prevents it, Wade and the Foundation for Economic Education made a documentary titled "Made in Mekhe."

In it, she asks: "Why is it that a couple decades ago, China was at the same level as most African countries? Countries like Singapore made it. Hong Kong made it. Even a place like Dubai -- bare land of desert sand -- all of a sudden, Dubai (is) one of the financial centers of the world! You’re like, what? What happened here?"

She says booming places like those understood that they wouldn’t create prosperity unless they made it easy for business to operate.

But international aid organizations have a different solution. Wade says they often make Africa’s problems worse by adding rules. The United Nation's "Sustainable Development" goals include things like "inclusive and equitable quality education," "climate change” and "gender equality."

“We have chains around our necks! No one is seeing it. Then they want to come talk to me about inequality! We need greater economic freedom!”

Governments send $50 billion a year to Africa, and businesses offer Africa free goods.

TOMS Shoes promotes itself by sending a pair of shoes to Africa for every pair you buy.

Wade says: “I know it came from a good place. I get it. But can you just think further down the road?”

She points out that a result of TOMS “charity” is that African shoemakers go out of business. “You can’t compete with free!”

But donation promotion has become trendy among Western businesses, says Wade. “Now you’re seeing it with tampons, seeing it with soap, with everything!”

Africa becomes dependent instead of self-sustaining. It would be better, says Wade, if Westerners simply encouraged African governments to stop strangling their own entrepreneurs.

“If I have a job then, guess what? My malnutrition problem goes poof! Even access to clean water goes poof,” says Wade. Instead, “the business climate sucks so much that people like me can’t do that work of creating companies and jobs.”

Any person who wants to apply to UNIZIK should be prepared to pay even higher fees next session.

The problem with Nigeria's tertiary institutions is that the teachers are not sufficiently experienced in the areas that they teach. Using postgraduate students to churn out journal papers and rapidly rise to the rank of a professor does not make anyone to be experienced. How many teachers in Nigeria's tertiary institutions can describe their practical experiences in their fields of discourse to the students? As the late Prof. L.U. Agu taught us EE 211 in UNN in those days, he told us some things they did in the Nigeria Railway in the 60s. As Prof. C.C. Ezeilo taught us Engr 101 in UNN, he told us some of their experiences in making rockets in Biafra. When you listen to a teacher who is practically-experienced in the field he is teaching, it makes a lot of impact.

Myself, as I taught Fourier analysis to my students, they asked me about possible practical applications of this Fourier analysis thing in the industry. I replied to them that you won't be solving any Fourier analysis math in the industry, but without the knowledge of Fourier analysis, you will not be able to understand a lot of things about electronic communications. When it comes to teaching staff, ABU is the only record holder of having atleast 1 senior staff from each and every of the 36 states in Nigeria and it has remained so till date. So in essence not even the University of Abuja that is in the heart of Nigeria can boast of having students from all the 774 local governments or a staff from each of the 36 states in the Country. Then we should be proud of ABU Zr.

I can personally attest to the fact that in each and every Departmental admission guideline clearly spells out three criteria’s and is religiously adhered to which includes: 1. Merrit list 45% of the total students admitted to the dept (Atleast 2 to 3 students with the highest score from each state). 2. Catchment area list 35% (like any other university in Nigeria ABU considers students from its selected States as it catchment area). & 3. Less Educationally developed states list 20% (in other to give candidates in some selected states that are not as educationally developed as the others a chance to be in ABU as they are at a disadvantage and cannot stand their colleagues from the opposite side) which makes 100% for each department and in doing this no state is left out. Please tell me which other University in Nigeria can say same of their institution? I’ll tell U the answer for free “NONE”.

As regards the case of one *Goodness Thomas, she would have made it for the MBBS Merit list from her state but unfortunately she was number 7 on the list in terms of jamb score from Niger state* and only the first two were picked as it is in d case with all other 36 states and the FCT, she also wouldn’t have made it for the 2nd & 3rd criteria for admission as the number from the Medical and Dental Board limits ABU MBBS to only 120students per session so please do the maths how would U have admitted Goodness into MBBS and justify it even if U are on the admissions committee?

It is also important that I call the attention of the writer of this mischievous piece, that Goodness Thomas was quick to change her 1st choice to ‘Anatomy’ from MBBS seeing she didn’t make the 1st list and she was admitted in the 2nd list of admission which she accepted gladly and quickly, so why are people been mischievous and sharing very wrong information on social media?

I have seen the list of about 25 candidates this year alone from Kwara, Benue and Kogi states who scored above 300 and didn’t make the list for MBBS but unfortunately their representatives don’t have social media handles to speak out on their behalf.

This year alone ABU received more than 40,000 qualified candidates which is the largest number of applicants for any university in Nigeria and Jamb gave ABU the clearance to take in 11,000 candidates which is also the highest number any university is taking in this year, so who will speak for the over 29,000 qualified candidates? Even ASUU is crying that accademic staff are over stretched due to the number of lecturer to student at the moment.

As it stands, ABU is among the 1st generation of universities in Nigeria and there has been plans from the management under the leadership of Prof. Ibrahim Garba with support from the Nigerian Universities Commission (NUC) and the Ministry of Education for ABU Zr to Migrate into a fully pledged Post-Graduate University and that can only happen if the number of undergraduates intake is cut by more than half the number its currently taking in.

So please let’s call all mischief makers to order and if anyone has any issue on admission of a candidate to write to the University rather than embarking on campaign of calmuny on social media to dent the reputation of a University we all hold Dear.

This way of determining the merit list is faulty. If ABU is meant to admit 300 students into their MBBS programme, 45% merit list should mean the best 0.45 * 300 = 135 applicants, irrespective of where they come from. Consideration of states of origin should be done in the locality quota. I was a HOD in UNN years ago and I headed the admission process in my department.

I then expected it to come by full moon, and once again it did not come. But God revealed to some prophets that we are now in the time for the latter rain to come.

In Jn. 7:37-38, Jesus talks about the latter rain of the Holy Spirit, on a last and greatest day of the Feast of Tabernacles. It seems to be a prophecy that the latter rain of the Holy Spirit will come down on a last and greatest day of the Feat of Tabernacles. The Feast of Tabernacles in the ancient Hebrew calendar (God's calendar) commenced on December 12 and the commencement was associated with great numerological code: 12.12.12.12 for America's east coast. The last and greatest day of the Feast of Tabernacles of the ancient Hebrew calendar this year is on December 19. If the words of the prophets are reliable, the latter rain of the Holy Spirit will commence on December 19.

The commencement of the latter rain of the Holy Spirit begins the sealing of the 144,000 Israelites, and hence, the beginning of biblical end time.

Water From the Rock

Nu. 20:1-8 In the first month the whole Israelite community arrived at the Desert of Zin, and they stayed at Kadesh. There Miriam died and was buried.

2 Now there was no water for the community, and the people gathered in opposition to Moses and Aaron.

6 Moses and Aaron went from the assembly to the entrance to the tent of meeting and fell facedown, and the glory of the Lord appeared to them. 7 The Lord said to Moses, 8 “Take the staff, and you and your brother Aaron gather the assembly together. Speak to that rock before their eyes and it will pour out its water. You will bring water out of the rock for the community so they and their livestock can drink.”

Water from the rock of Numbers 20 did not happen at new moon. Rather, about new moon, Miriam, Moses' sister, died. She was the last of the people that God vowed that they would never enter the Promised Land. Mourning of such a prominent elderly woman was not a one or two days thing among the ancient Israelites. Miriam's death marked the end of the old way of doing things. It was now a new day. The next thing that followed was that the Israelites became extremely thirsty. And God told Moses and Aaron to bring out water from the rock, in a new way. But Moses and Aaron could not follow the new way. God immediately disqualified Moses and Aaron from entering the Promised Land. I think that water from the rock of Numbers 20 must have taken place just after full moon.

Ac 1:4-5 On one occasion, while he was eating with them, he gave them this command: “Do not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the gift my Father promised, which you have heard me speak about.
5 For John baptized with water, but in a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit.”

Now is the time for the people of God to prayerfully thirst for the latter rain of the Holy Spirit. They should prayerfully cleanse themselves from all unrighteousness by the blood of Jesus. They should prayerfully put to death in themselves every act of the sinful nature (Ro. 8:13). I expect the latter rain of the Holy Spirit to come down after the next new moon.

Jesus made the statement in Jn. 7:37-38 during a Feast of Tabernacles. Feast of Tabernacles takes place at full moon. This year's Feast of Tabernacles in the ancient Hebrew calendar begins next full moon. The modern Hebrew calendar is out of phase with the ancient Hebrew calendar by two months.

A Nigerian man who was in the United States on a travel visa was handed three life sentences this month for beating and raping a 13-year-old girl in 2017.

Adedoja Olaniyi Bah, a Nigerian national who was visiting the U.S., was sentenced to three life sentences as well as an additional 76 years in prison — the maximum sentence in Georgia — for raping a 13-year-old girl on July 15, 2017, in Douglas County, Georgia.

According to prosecutors, Bah chased his young victim into a wooded area before punching her and throwing her down to the ground. Then, prosecutors said Bah held the girl down as he raped her and told her that if she resisted, he would murder her.

After the rape, the 13-year-old girl fled to a nearby apartment for help as Bah walked back to his car and drove off. A month later, the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office arrested Bah.

Surveillance footage showed Bah chasing the girl into the wooded area, and DNA evidence put the Nigerian national at the scene of the rape.

Bah was able to enter the U.S. on either a B-1 or B-2 business and tourist visa after living in Japan. At trial, Bah asked that he be returned to Nigeria, but the judge denied his plea.

A Vision of Heavenly Riders

As I was caught up in the worship, I was taken into a vision. The vision began with Jesus taking hold of my hand and pulling me into swirls of the "glorious blue" – this I believe signified revelation. As I passed through the blue, I then looked and saw thousands of white horses, each jostling to get into formation. A line was formed stretching as far as the eye could see.

Suddenly, the scene switched and I was now seeing the church sanctuary fill with these white horses and their riders from wall-to-wall.

On the platform was a great, white horse with Jesus sitting on it and a banner was in His hand. A few horses were on either side of Him, and He sat there looking around as the room filled up with these heavenly riders.

The scene then suddenly switched again to an open field of green with trees lining the far side. The horses were again in formation, galloping as swiftly as the wind. As they passed by me, a white cord suddenly was wrapped around me like a lasso; I found myself lifted into the air and firmly planted on the back of one of the horses, riding fiercely with this army.

Understanding of the vision didn't become clear to me until later when I saw that it was timed perfectly with what was happening with the worship. I then understood that the armies of God, the saints of God and the angelic hosts of Heaven, were being released together into the harvest fields of the world!
