I want to share with you a technique I learnt recently during a short period of tribulation.

Repeat this utterance every day, may be several times a day, replacing .... above with a specific life's problem in each repetition. There is salvation in the name of Jesus. There is deliverance in the name of Jesus.

Re. 12:11 They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony.

Ro. 4:17 As it is written: “I have made you a father of many nations.” He is our father in the sight of God, in whom he believed—the God who gives life to the dead and calls into being things that were not.

2Pe 1:3-4 3 His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness. 4 Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature, having escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires.

God’s power has given every person in Christ everything that is needed for godly life. In order to access this facility, you must know how God works. How God works is aptly captured in Ro. 4:17; God gives life to the dead by calling into being things that were not. As a child of God, you need to begin to act like your Father. You need to begin to call into being things that were not. You can only act like the Father (that is, participate in the divine nature—2Pe. 1:4) by acting on the great and precious promises of God. The promises of God are the limits of how you can be like God.

God’s promise says that he has given us the name of Jesus for our salvation or deliverance or whatever. You can achieve a lot through this one promise. Blessings!

The royal family just can’t seem to stay out of trouble — and by trouble, I mean unending gossip about their private lives. For months now, rumors have been flying that Prince William cheated on Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge. Since these rumors are unsubstantiated, the royal family has mostly ignored it. But as public opinion rages against William and rallies in defense of Kate, we wonder how much longer they’ll be able to ignore the situation.

For those of you blissfully not in the loop, we’ll fill you in. The rumors allege that William cheated on Kate with Rose Hanbury, Marchioness of Cholmondeley. This allegedly happened while Kate was pregnant with their third child, Prince Louis, and led to rumors of a “rural rivalry” between Kate and Hanbury, whom she considered a close friend.

While it’s been reported William privately denied the affair, and has threatened media outlets with legal action, there’s been non-stop talk of tension between the Cambridge couple and their royal peers. First, Kate was meant to be feuding with Meghan, Duchess of Sussex. Then, the gossip shifted to suggest that William and Prince Harry were at the root of the tension. Journalist and Twitter sensation Nicole Cliffe has suggested that, if the two are indeed fighting, it could be a result of Harry’s anger over William’s alleged unfaithful behavior. After all, their mother, Princess Diana, was famously cheated on by their father, scandalizing the entire family.

Despite the lack of hard evidence, rumors of Prince William’s cheating have now gone viral: and the public is quick to assume William’s guilt. The past few days, Twitter has been filled with people lamenting Kate’s fate, expressing their outrage and fury over William’s supposed actions and handwringing about the state of their marriage. Some have even gone so far as to compare Kate and William to Beyoncé and Jay-Z — and if Beyoncé’s fanbase is getting involved, you know things have gotten serious.

The lack of evidence doesn’t seem to concern the public: in fact, there’s been some suspicion that the rumor is almost too well-hidden from the press. The relative silence in mainstream media, they believe, is more reflective of the royal family’s iron grip than anything else. After all, unsubstantiated rumors about Meghan are published every day — and all that’s a sign of is how unwilling the royal family has been to protect her.

In the end, we may never know what did or didn’t happen in Kate and William’s private lives — and that’s a good thing. But now that the public is beginning to treat these cheating rumors as fact, we’re curious to see whether the palace will feel compelled to respond.

The 2 brothers who allegedly faked the Jussie Smollett attack are suing the actor's lawyers, Mark Geragos and Tina Glandian, for defamation, claiming the attorneys lied to the media and tried to make it appear Ola and Abel Osundairo were the culprits in a real, homophobic and racist attack.

The brothers filed the case in Chicago federal court, claiming Jussie "used his clout as a wealthy actor to influence [the brothers] who were in a subordinate relationship to him and were aspiring to 'make it.'"

The suit says when Tina Glandian went on 'GMA,' "Today" and the Reasonable Doubt podcast after the charges against Jussie were dismissed, she told a string of lies ... including the brothers wore whiteface during the attack and the brothers were involved in an illegal Nigerian steroid trafficking ring.

The lawsuit also claims Glandian falsely claimed one of the brothers "engaged in fornication with Mr. Smollett."

As for Geragos, the suit claims he "repeatedly indicated that plaintiffs conspired to criminally attack Mr. Smollett, and by doing so, implied plaintiffs committed perjury" to the Grand Jury and conspired to make false statements to the Chicago PD.

The suit doubles down and says the brothers never knew Jussie would go to the cops ... rather, he was staging the "attack" for social media.

The brothers say as a result of the alleged defamation they suffered extreme emotional distress, humiliation, anxiety, damages to their reputation, and damages to current and prospective business relations.

As we reported, Ola and Abel have had a tough time finding work, both as actors and personal trainers, in the wake of the scandal.

One final thing ... it's interesting the brothers did not sue Jussie, who also claimed they were the culprits in the alleged racist and homophobic attack.

Warnings From Israel’s History

11 These things happened to them as examples and were written down as warnings for us, on whom the culmination of the ages has come.

1Cor. 10:11 says that the Old Testament story of the movement of Israelites from Egypt to the Promised is an example and warning for the end-time generation of Christians.

The Escape to Egypt
Mt. 2:13 When they had gone, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream. “Get up,” he said, “take the child and his mother and escape to Egypt. Stay there until I tell you, for Herod is going to search for the child to kill him.”
14 So he got up, took the child and his mother during the night and left for Egypt, 15 where he stayed until the death of Herod. And so was fulfilled what the Lord had said through the prophet: “Out of Egypt I called my son.”

God works in a consistent pattern. He always calls His son out of Egypt, in a consistent pattern. God is about to adopt many sons. He will first of all call them out of Egypt and the sons must move to the Promised Land. The movement is through a narrow way. Those who make it to the end cross over the River Jordan--Rapture!

Timing of Option 1

Where the people of God are right now is the equivalent of where the ancient Israelites were in Numbers 19. It is a time for the people of God to concentrate on washing away their sins by the blood of Jesus. By the new moon of April, the people of God will move into Numbers 20. The first thing that will happen by the new moon of April is the release of the latter rain of the Holy Spirit, first of all, on the 144,000 Israelites. This will be the sealing of the 144,000 Israelites (Re. 7:3-4).

From Nu. 20:1, it took the ancient Israelites approximately one year to cross over the River Jordan. It will not take today’s people of God up to that time, from new moon of April 2019, to cross their own River Jordan (rapture). The ancient Israelites spent a period of thirty days mourning the death of Aaron (Nu. 20:29). They spent another thirty days mourning the death of Moses (De. 34:8 ). The end-time Moses company will not die. They together form the woman of Revelation 12. The woman of Revelation 12 will see her male child snatched up to heaven—rapture (Re. 12:5). After the rapture, the dragon will come against the woman, but will not be able to destroy her (Re. 12:13-16). Therefore, the two months used to mourn Moses and Aaron are saved.

The ancient Israelites also spent time frolicking with Moabite women and received severe judgment of God for that. The end-time people of God will not go into that kind of thing; they will pursue holiness. Some time is also saved because of that. There could be a total time saving of up to three months. This could mean that the rapture will take place towards the end of 2019 or very early in 2020; definitely more than two months before Nisan 1, 2020, in the Hebrew calendar.

Movement to the Promised Land in the end time

For the end time generation, the Promised Land is heaven. The people of God need some Moses who will lead them to the edge of the Promised Land. The end time Moses will hand the people of God over to the end time Joshua (Jesus), who will then cross them over the Jordan (space) and bring them to the Promised Land (heaven).

Re. 7:2 Then I saw another angel coming up from the east, having the seal of the living God. He called out in a loud voice to the four angels who had been given power to harm the land and the sea:
Re. 7:3 “Do not harm the land or the sea or the trees until we put a seal on the foreheads of the servants of our God.”
Re. 7:4 Then I heard the number of those who were sealed: 144,000 from all the tribes of Israel.

De. 34:5 And Moses the servant of the LORD died there in Moab, as the LORD had said.

Re. 15:2 And I saw what looked like a sea of glass mixed with fire and, standing beside the sea, those who had been victorious over the beast and his image and over the number of his name. They held harps given them by God
Re. 15:3 and sang the song of Moses the servant of God and the song of the Lamb: “Great and marvellous are your deeds, Lord God Almighty. Just and true are your ways, King of the ages.

Moses of old led the nation of Israel, which had about 600,000 men (Nu. 11:21). The end-time Moses will be made up of 144,000 descendants of ancient Israelites. They will lead the people of God all over the world towards heaven. In Numbers 11, Moses mentioned the burden of one man leading some 600,000 men on foot. God took the Spirit that was on Moses and made the Spirit to rest on seventy elders, who then assisted Moses in leading the people of Israel.

600,000 ÷ 70 x 144,000 ≈ 1.2 billion

which is close to the current population of Christians in the world.

The 144,000 Israelites will begin to rise up in the next first month of the ancient Hebrew calendar from now. The first month of the ancient Hebrew calendar begins by the new moon of April 2019.

Just as God had Moses exiled to the desert of Sinai for forty years, the people that will make up the 144,000 Israelites have been experiencing desert living for many years before now. By new moon of April 2019, they will emerge from the desert; then, they will begin to lead the people of God towards the Promised Land. Just as the exodus of ancient Israelites from Egypt caused the downfall of ancient Egypt, the movement of today’s people of God towards the Promised Land will adversely affect the world. The movement will also be fraught with tribulations for the people of God.

Today’s people of God are spiritually enlightened; they possess a lot of light. They are already baptized into Jesus Christ, in water and in the Spirit (Jn. 3:5). They possess the word of God. There is no need for them to pass through the equivalent of the Red Sea; neither is there any need for them to go to Mount Sinai to receive the word of God and build up the Ark of the Covenant. Today’s people of God are already God’s temples. Therefore, today’s people of God will follow option 1 of the movement to the Promised Land. Because of this, they will go through short and intense tribulations during which they will dislodge the enemy and possess the Promised Land. In the process, many people of God will fall by the way side.

Option 3

Option 3 lasts for a period of forty years.

Nu. 20:1 In the first month the whole Israelite community arrived at the Desert of Zin, and they stayed at Kadesh. There Miriam died and was buried.
Nu. 20:2 Now there was no water for the community, and the people gathered in opposition to Moses and Aaron.

After many years of wandering in the desert, in the first month of the fortieth year since they left Egypt, the Israelites resumed the movement to the Promised Land. They began by drinking spiritual drink. Moses was meant to give them spiritual drink through word of faith, but he rather used the old method of arm of the flesh. This disqualified Moses and Aaron from entering the Promised Land.

Nu. 20:28 Moses removed Aaron’s garments and put them on his son Eleazar. And Aaron died there on top of the mountain. Then Moses and Eleazar came down from the mountain,
Nu. 20:29 and when the whole community learned that Aaron had died, the entire house of Israel mourned for him thirty days.

Nu. 33:38 At the LORD’s command Aaron the priest went up Mount Hor, where he died on the first day of the fifth month of the fortieth year after the Israelites came out of Egypt.
Nu. 33:39 Aaron was a hundred and twenty-three years old when he died on Mount Hor.

De. 1:3 In the fortieth year, on the first day of the eleventh month, Moses proclaimed to the Israelites all that the LORD had commanded him concerning them.
De. 1:4 This was after he had defeated Sihon king of the Amorites, who reigned in Heshbon, and at Edrei had defeated Og king of Bashan, who reigned in Ashtaroth.

Jo. 4:19 On the tenth day of the first month the people went up from the Jordan and camped at Gilgal on the eastern border of Jericho.
Jo. 4:20 And Joshua set up at Gilgal the twelve stones they had taken out of the Jordan.
Jo. 4:21 He said to the Israelites, “In the future when your descendants ask their fathers, `What do these stones mean?’
Jo. 4:22 tell them, `Israel crossed the Jordan on dry ground.’

Apparently, Joshua began to lead Israel on the first day of the first month of the 41st year from the exodus of the Israelites from Egypt. By the tenth day, the Israelites crossed over the Jordan.

Option 2

In option 2, God led the ancient Israelites by the desert road towards the Red Sea. Option 2 involved initial spiritual development before the actual journey to the Promised Land.

1Co. 10:1 For I do not want you to be ignorant of the fact, brothers, that our forefathers were all under the cloud and that they all passed through the sea.
1Co. 10:2 They were all baptised into Moses in the cloud and in the sea.
1Co. 10:3 They all ate the same spiritual food
1Co. 10:4 and drank the same spiritual drink; for they drank from the spiritual rock that accompanied them, and that rock was Christ.

In option 2, the people of God had to be baptized into God through Moses in the Red Sea and in the cloud (representing the Holy Spirit). They were given the law of God (spiritual food) at Sinai. They drank spiritual drink (divine life) at Horeb. By then, they were spiritually prepared to move into the Promised Land.

Nu. 1:1 The LORD spoke to Moses in the Tent of Meeting in the Desert of Sinai on the first day of the second month of the second year after the Israelites came out of Egypt. He said:
Nu. 1:2 “Take a census of the whole Israelite community by their clans and families, listing every man by name, one by one.

By the second month of the second year, the ancient Israelites were still in the Desert of Sinai, where they were being spiritually prepared to be able to fight their way into the Promised Land. It was in this month that the construction of the ark of the covenant was completed.

Nu. 10:11 On the twentieth day of the second month of the second year, the cloud lifted from above the tabernacle of the Testimony.
Nu. 10:12 Then the Israelites set out from the Desert of Sinai and travelled from place to place until the cloud came to rest in the Desert of Paran.
Nu. 10:13 They set out, this first time, at the LORD’s command through Moses.
Nu. 10:14 The divisions of the camp of Judah went first, under their standard. Nahshon son of Amminadab was in command.

Nu. 10:29 Now Moses said to Hobab son of Reuel the Midianite, Moses’ father-in-law, “We are setting out for the place about which the LORD said, ‘I will give it to you.’ Come with us and we will treat you well, for the LORD has promised good things to Israel.”
Nu. 10:30 He answered, “No, I will not go; I am going back to my own land and my own people.”

Nu. 10:33 So they set out from the mountain of the LORD and travelled for three days. The ark of the covenant of the LORD went before them during those three days to find them a place to rest.

On the twentieth day of the second month of the second year, the movement towards the Promised Land began in earnest. They were prepared for war.

Nu. 11:1 Now the people complained about their hardships in the hearing of the LORD, and when he heard them his anger was aroused. Then fire from the LORD burned among them and consumed some of the outskirts of the camp.
Nu. 11:2 When the people cried out to Moses, he prayed to the LORD and the fire died down.

Moving to the Promised Land is never easy. God demands absolute faith in Him from anyone moving towards the Promised Land and will not tolerate any faithlessness.

Nu. 13:1 The LORD said to Moses,
Nu. 13:2 “Send some men to explore the land of Canaan, which I am giving to the Israelites. From each ancestral tribe send one of its leaders.”
Nu. 13:3 So at the LORD’s command Moses sent them out from the Desert of Paran. All of them were leaders of the Israelites.

Nu. 13:25 At the end of forty days they returned from exploring the land.
Nu. 13:26 They came back to Moses and Aaron and the whole Israelite community at Kadesh in the Desert of Paran. There they reported to them and to the whole assembly and showed them the fruit of the land.

While still in the second year, God had to test the faith of the Israelites to see if they were spiritually ready to battle for the Promised Land. They failed the test and thereby declared that they were not fit for option 2. Therefore, God moved them into option 3.

Three Options in the Movement to the Promised Land

There are three options available to the people of God for moving to the Promised Land. Each option has a length of time attached to it; the length of time is how long it takes to get to the Promised Land. Each option also has some intensity of warfare attached to it; the shorter the time to reach the Promised Land, the greater the intensity of the warfare involved.

Option 1

Ex. 13:17 When Pharaoh let the people go, God did not lead them on the road through the Philistine country, though that was shorter. For God said, “If they face war, they might change their minds and return to Egypt.”
Ex. 13:18 So Sea God led the people around by the desert road towards the Red. The Israelites went up out of Egypt armed for battle.

The first option for the ancient Israelites involved going from Egypt straight to Gaza. Just as today’s Gaza is always a source of war for today’s Israelis, ancient Gaza also meant a lot of war for the ancient Israelites. The ancient Israelites that had just left Egypt were not spiritually prepared to face the intense war that attempting to go to the Promised Land through the shortest route would cause. They were greatly darkened in their minds by life in Egypt. They did not even have the word of God. Their spiritual level was too low. Therefore, God moved them into option 2.

Ep. 3:16 I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being,
Ep. 3:17 so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love,
Ep. 3:18 may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ,
Ep. 3:19 and to know this love that surpasses knowledge — that you may be filled to the measure of all the fulness of God.

The above Scripture describes the target of true Christianity. The target of true Christianity is to be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God; that is, to become like God. Since the beginning of the Church, most Christians have been very far from this target. But in this year 2019, many Christians will get to the target.

Getting to the target of being filled to the measure of all the fullness of God is very much like the movement of ancient Israelites from Egypt to the Promised Land. The ancient Israelites were being enslaved in Egypt. At a time determined by God, God moved them out of Egypt and they began the journey to the Promised Land. In the same way, today’s people of God have been shackled to the dictates of this world. 2019 is God’s appointed time for His people to begin to increase in divinity. The journey to the Promised Land is not easy, as it involves trekking through the desert—tribulations.

Less than a week after the Kardashians made the move to trademark the name of North West, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s oldest child, the 5-year-old has already stepped up her presence in the public eye. At the young age, North landed her first solo cover, which serves as the visual complement to WWD Beauty Inc.’s story about Generation Z, or post-millennials born between the mid-1990s and early 2000s.

Of course, North was born in 2013, which conveniently serves as a reason for the article to introduce us to “Generation Alpha,” of which North is apparently now the poster child (emphasis on “child”). As the story, which explores both generations’ impact on the global beauty industry, puts its: “She embodies the upcoming youthquake, having captivated the digital realm with her cross-generational appeal.” This isn’t merely a cute photo shoot. This seems to be a full-on exercise in branding a 5-year-old as a beauty influencer.

Still, it’s true that this isn’t totally new territory for North; she’s been a cover star in the past, though previously only alongside a parental companion. She’s even already done cover stories. (Her joint cover with Kim for Interview, in 2017, marked her first interview, in which she professed her love of cheese.) But this isn’t just a solo magazine cover; it’s the latest installment in a weeks-long press storm about North, from the trademarking of her name to the since-shutdown rumors that she has a “boyfriend.”

Kim has disputed the latter—her vary sane response being, simply, “She’s five.” Simple as that may be—even TMZ, which broke the “news,” did so with the word “duh”—much of the press and public needed that friendly reminder, as evidenced by the fact that the initial report was covered extensively. (She might as well be 25 or 35, from the sound of headlines like “North West Is Maybe Dating Caiden Mills,” from Elle, which reported that said “boyfriend” has been giving North gifts from Tiffany & Co.)

At this point, Kim must be getting used to the topic of North’s age, which hasn’t stopped her from, for example, styling her in bright red lipstick for their family Christmas card—in part, apparently, to tease a new KKW Beauty shade.

That’s just one of many parental decisions Kim has defended as of late, including quite a few other instances of North wearing makeup, though she does have some limits: That same month, she told Refinery29, “I don’t think she should wear lashes or too dark of a lipstick.” She’s also been “mom-shamed” for straightening North’s hair. And, predictably enough, North’s cover has already brought more “mom-shaming,” with some fans taking issue with the fact that WWD Beauty Inc. photographed her not only sans curls but wearing hot pink eyeliner.

According to Kim, the 5-year-old’s beauty endeavors have all been at North’s request, and she hasn’t taken fulfilling them lightly: In the case of her hair, for example, she’s insisted that she’s taken steps to avoid any heat damage. Drunk teen calls police on himself, demands his own arrest: ‘Here I am, I will go peacefully’


A drunk teen called 911 on himself and insisted on his arrest, surrendering peacefully to very confused police officers.

On Thursday, an 18-year-old man in Arkansas got drunk after having a “bad day,” reported Arkansas news station KFSM. Feeling guilty about his underage drinking, the man did what seemed logical — he called 911 to report a crime in progress.

According to a news release sent to Yahoo Lifestyle from the Van Buren Police Department, when officers drove to the teen’s house, he walked outside, surrendering with his hands up. “Here I am, I will go peacefully,” he said. Authorities advised him to go home and sober up, but the teen said that he should be jailed and that he had called 911 before anyone else could turn him in.

Officers consented, arresting the kid for public intoxication. They drove him to the Crawford County Detention Center, where his blood alcohol content was .112. If a person over the age of 21 has a blood alcohol concentration of .08 percent or higher, that person is considered legally impaired. For minors (under age 21) in Arkansas, the limit is .02 percent. Many other states have a zero-tolerance limit.

The teen was allowed to sober up in his jail cell before meeting his bond; the amount unknown.

Sgt. Jonathan Wear tells Yahoo Lifestyle that the department isn’t releasing the teen’s name. “He did the right thing.”

Scientists have long known what causes sickle-cell disease and its devastating effects: a single mutation in one errant gene. But for decades, there has been only modest progress against an inherited condition that mainly afflicts people of African descent.

With advances in gene therapy, that is quickly changing — so much so that scientists have begun to talk of a cure.

In a half-dozen clinical trials planned or underway, researchers are testing strategies for correcting the problem at the genetic level. Already a handful of the enrolled patients, who have endured an illness that causes excruciating bouts of pain, strokes and early death, no longer show signs of the disease.

Among them is Brandon Williams, 21, who lives with his mother in Chicago. Because of his sickle-cell disease, he had suffered four strokes by age 18. The damage makes it hard for him to speak. His older sister died of the disease.

Following an experimental gene therapy, his symptoms have vanished. Life has taken a sharp turn for the better: no more transfusions, no more pain, no more fear.

“He said, ‘Mom, I think I want to get me a job,’” said his mother, Leuteresa Roberts.

It is still early in the course of these experimental treatments, and it is likely to be at least three years before one is approved. Although researchers hope the effects will last, they cannot be certain.

At the moment, the only remedy for sickle-cell disease is a dangerous and expensive bone marrow transplant, an option rarely used. An effective gene therapy would not be simple or inexpensive, but it could change the lives of tens of thousands of people.

“This would be the first genetic cure of a common genetic disease,” said Dr. Edward Benz, professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School.

It also would mark a turning point for a large community of underserved patients. Most of them have African ancestry, but Hispanics and those with southern European, Middle Eastern or Asian backgrounds are also affected.

Experts have long maintained that advances in treatment have been limited partly because sickle-cell disease is concentrated in less affluent minority communities.

“Having tried for a number of years to raise philanthropic money, I can tell you it’s really hard,” said Dr. Williams.

A difficult life

An estimated 100,000 people in the United States have sickle-cell disease. Worldwide, about 300,000 infants are born with the condition each year, a figure projected to grow to more than 400,000 by 2050.

The disorder is most common in sub-Saharan Africa, where an estimated 70 percent of children with it die before adulthood.

In sickle-cell disease, blood cells stuffed with hemoglobin are distorted into sickle shapes. The misshapen cells get stuck in blood vessels, causing strokes, organ damage and episodes of agonizing pain — called crises — as muscles are starved of oxygen. Children usually return to normal between crises, but teenagers and adults may suffer chronic pain.

The misshapen cells don’t survive long in the blood — 10 to 20 days, compared to the usual 120 days. Patients may be severely anemic and prone to infections.

Tantalizing science

In the 1980s, when researchers first began thinking of gene therapy to correct genetic disorders, sickle-cell disease was at the top of the list.

In theory, it seemed straightforward — just one tiny change in a single gene led to a lifetime of misery and an early death.

Every patient had exactly the same genetic mutation. To cure the disease, all scientists needed to do was to fix this one genetic error.

But it was not so easy. Among the many problems that plagued gene therapy research, there were ones specific to sickle-cell disease.

Hemoglobin genes are only active in the precursors of red blood cells, which are derived from bone marrow stem cells, and the genes are only active for about four or five days until mature red blood cells form, Dr. Benz said.

Yet when they are active, the genes direct the cells to make enormous amounts of hemoglobin, so much that the red blood cell is like a bag holding gelatin.

That left researchers with a problem. “How do you manipulate a gene, or put a gene in, so it is expressed only in those cells and at high levels?” Dr. Benz asked.

In the new trials, subjects must have immature blood cells — stem cells — removed from their bone marrow. The stem cells are genetically modified, and then infused back into the patient’s bloodstream. The goal is for the modified cells to take up residence in the bone marrow and form healthy red blood cells.

Scientists are testing three methods for modifying stem cells. In the first, a form of gene therapy, a virus is used to insert a viable copy of the hemoglobin gene into the stem cells.

Until recently, the viruses had a limited capacity to carry genes, and the hemoglobin gene simply would not fit. Only recently have scientists found viruses that can do the job.

The second approach starts with the fact that the human genome can make two kinds of hemoglobin: fetal hemoglobin, active in the fetus but shut off after birth, and adult hemoglobin.

Some researchers are trying to block the gene that turns off fetal hemoglobin and turns on adult hemoglobin, allowing patients with sickle-cell disease to produce fetal hemoglobin instead.

“We’ve known for decades that hemoglobin is different in a fetus — it doesn’t sickle, and it works as well as adult hemoglobin,” said Dr. Stuart Orkin, a researcher at Harvard University who found the hemoglobin switch.

A third strategy depends on gene editing with Crispr, a tool that lets scientists snip out parts of genes and paste in new sections. Several groups are doing early studies with Crispr.

With recent advances, all three approaches now seem feasible. Farthest along is a new iteration of gene therapy to produce fetal hemoglobin, currently in trials conducted by Bluebird Bio, a biotech company in Cambridge, Mass.

The company reported results for four patients of nine in the study who had been treated at least six months earlier. All four produced enough normal hemoglobin that they no longer had symptoms of sickle-cell disease.

Bluebird is now planning a larger study, in consultation with the Food and Drug Administration, that will enroll 41 patients, all of whom will get gene therapy. The company hopes to finish the study and get approval in 2022.

Following recent scientific advances, the N.I.H. has launched an initiative called Cure Sickle Cell to speed progress.

It will bring “significant new money,” said Dr. Keith Hoots, a division director at the institutes, although the total has not yet been determined.

For many of the pioneering patients in these trials, the results have been remarkable.

Carmen Duncan, 20, of Charleston, S.C., had her spleen removed when she was 2, a result of complications from sickle-cell disease. She spent much of her childhood in and out of hospitals.

“Sometimes I would stay two weeks,” she said. Her arms and legs would ache from blocked blood vessels. “A simple touch really hurt.”

Monthly blood transfusions helped, she said, but they were onerous. Then she entered Bluebird’s gene therapy trial.

Today, doctors say, she no longer has signs of sickle-cell disease. She had longed to join the military but had been barred because of her condition. Now she plans to enlist.
Manny Hernandez, 20, was the first patient in a trial at Boston Children’s Hospital in which researchers are attempting to restart production of fetal hemoglobin. It worked: Doctors say he no longer has the disease.

And Mr. Williams? He wound up in the gene therapy trial run by Bluebird.

His mother will never forget the call she got from Dr. Thompson, saying her son was producing enough normal blood cells. For him, too, sickle-cell disease has disappeared.

“I was like, yes, yes, thank you Lord,” Mrs. Roberts said.

Does 1Th. 5:20 say that the prophecy must be said by Jesus alone? If you have gone through this thread, you would have noticed that the reason why I take Master Prophet's prophetic word seriously is because it agrees with the knowledge I already had.

Let me use Master Prophet Bernard Jordan's prophetic word of January 15 to explain what rapture is all about.

There shall be growth in spring, maturation in summer, harvest in autumn and storage in winter.

The sealing of the 144,000 Israelites by the new moon of April (spring) coincides with the opening of the first seal (Seal 1) of Revelation 6. The 144,000 Israelites commence the great end-time holiness revival. The holiness revival is enabled by the release of the secrets of the kingdom of God which occurs with the opening of each seal. As the seals are being opened, the 144,000 Israelites receive greater knowledge, which they pass on to the people of God around the world, As the people of God grow in knowledge, putting the knowledge into practice causes the measure of the Spirit of God in them to grow. All these happen in the midst of increasing tribulation. That is the birth pains of Mt. 24:8.

1Th. 5:3 While people are saying, “Peace and safety,” destruction will come on them suddenly, as labor pains on a pregnant woman, and they will not escape.

After the opening of Seal 4 in July, the people of God begin to reach maturity. The manifestation of the sons of God becomes the most prominent thing in the world. This arouses the dragon of Revelation 12. The dragon will not allow the sons of God to turn the whole world to God.

1 “Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you.
2 See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples,
but the Lord rises upon you and his glory appears over you.
3 Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your dawn.

Re. 12:4b The dragon stood in front of the woman who was about to give birth, so that it might devour her child the moment he was born.

As the fifth seal is opened, the dragon empowers his own people to begin to persecute the people of God. Martyrdom of the people of God begins in August, during the Hebrew month of Aviv. The persecution will not affect the 144,000 Israelites, because they have the seal of God on them.

By the time the seventh seal is opened in October, the sons of God are ready for harvest. The harvesting is the adoption of the sons of God, which I believe will take place at the beginning of the Feast of Tabernacles.

4 and who through the Spirit of holiness was appointed the Son of God in power by his resurrection from the dead: Jesus Christ our Lord.

The sons of God will attain resurrection by being transformed from mortal to immortality. They will become exactly as Jesus was after his resurrection. Just as Jesus stayed on earth for forty days after his resurrection before his ascension, the adopted sons of God will stay on earth in their glorified bodies for 40 days. Most people will not be able to see them. Only people of God who grew in the Spirit, but who could not make the adoption of the sons of God due to distractions, will be able to see and interact with them. The adopted sons of God will no longer live in houses and will no longer need anything of this world. They will become the antitype of Feast of Booths.

By the time Angel Gabriel blows the first trumpet some time in November, the adopted sons of God are snatched up to heaven--the rapture. My mother-in-law had a dream in 2014 in which she saw that the rapture will take place in November. She was not shown the year.

Opening of the First Seal

Seal 1 will be opened on 1st of Nisan, 5779, that is on April 6, 2019. The 144,000 Israelite evangelists arise and begin to raise up the sons of God..

Opening of the Second Seal

Re. 6:3 When the Lamb opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature say, “Come!”
Re. 6:4 Then another horse came out, a fiery red one. Its rider was given power to take peace from the earth and to make men slay each other. To him was given a large sword.

Seal 2 will very likely be opened in the second month of God's calendar. 1st of Iyyar, 5777 is on May 5, 2019. Any time from this date, major wars begin to rage around the world.

Mt. 24:7a Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.

Meanwhile, the sons of God continue to grow in number and in godliness.

Opening of the Third Seal

Re. 6:5 When the Lamb opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, “Come!” I looked, and there before me was a black horse! Its rider was holding a pair of scales in his hand.

Seal 4 will very likely be opened in the fourth month of God's calendar. 1st of Tamuz, 5777 is on July 3, 2019. There may be a war involving some world powers. The war will affect a fourth of the earth; may be in land mass.

At this time the sons of God have reached maturity and begin to manifest their sonship. They will do great miracles.

Opening of the Fifth Seal

Re. 6:9 When he opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain because of the word of God and the testimony they had maintained.

Opening of the Sixth Seal

Re. 6:12 I watched as he opened the sixth seal. There was a great earthquake. The sun turned black like sackcloth made of goat hair, the whole moon turned blood red,
Re. 6:13 and the stars in the sky fell to earth, as late figs drop from a fig-tree when shaken by a strong wind.

Stars in the sky falling to earth refers to asteroid impacts. Privileged people will hide in caves among the rocks of mountains in order to escape small asteroids.

Opening of the Seventh Seal

Re. 8:1 When he opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about half an hour.

Seal 7 will very likely be opened in the seventh month of God's calendar. 1st of Tishrei, 5777 is on September 30, 2019. It is in this month of Tishrei that the adoption of the sons of God takes place. The adopted sons of God will transform from mortal to immortality--resurrection.

Sounding of First Trumpet

Re. 8:7 The first angel sounded his trumpet, and there came hail and fire mixed with blood, and it was hurled down upon the earth. A third of the earth was burned up, a third of the trees were burned up, and all the green grass was burned up.

The rapture takes place when the first trumpet is sounded. That should be in November, 2019. The Antichrist rises up as leader of the world.

After meeting her boyfriend last summer in Greece, Tiffany Trump is making her relationship public — and White House official.

The youngest Trump daughter on Friday posted a photo with Michael Boulos in the Red Room, which is not part of the first family’s private residence.

It was unclear when they visited or if Boulos met President Donald Trump. (A spokeswoman for the Trump family did not immediately respond to a request for comment.) However, Tiffany, 25, posted a photo of herself wearing the same outfit while in the Red Room on Dec. 13.

She first met Boulos at Lindsay Lohan’s club in Mykonos over the summer, a source confirms to PEOPLE.

A source told Page Six in November that the couple was staying quiet: “Tiffany is happy she has so far been able to keep things with Michael under the radar. But she introduced him to her family at Thanksgiving, and he comes across as a very intelligent young man from a great family.”

According to Page Six, Boulos grew up in Lagos, in Nigeria, where his family founded SCOA Nigeria as well as Boulos Enterprises. His brother is the performer Farastafari.

Boulos’ Instagram, which Tiffany tagged in her post, is private, but he described himself in his bio as working in “Project Management Finance and Risk” and having attended City, University of London. He included several flags: those for France, Lebanon, Nigeria and the U.S.

Page Six reported that Boulos’ family is Lebanese.

Nigeria was among many countries President Trump dismissed last year as “sh–holes,” according to CNN and the Washington Post. The president mocked African nations as well as El Salvador and Haiti.

Trump quickly denied these accounts but said he had used “tough language.” Nigeria at the time said that, if Trump had indeed used such a label, the comment was “deeply hurtful, offensive and unacceptable,” Reuters reported.

In a later meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari, Trump said Nigeria was beautiful and that he wanted to visit, according to the BBC.

Now nearing her third year at Georgetown University Law Center, Tiffany previously dated Ross Mechanic but split with him around the time she started school, PEOPLE previously reported.

Though they were “together and serious” in the summer of 2017, Tiffany grew “extremely stressed out to be moving cities from New York to D.C,” a source said.

Tiffany and Mechanic reportedly met while studying at the University of Pennsylvania.
