These Phone snatchers are very deadly with those daggers they carry around for their operation.. I remember years ago when God saved me from their hands along National Hospital Bridge Abuja in the night just around 8pm.. it was a close shave I was saved by my sprint ability that day.. but another strange woman walking behind wasn't that Lucky as they stripped her of all her belongings while wielding their short locally-made daggers.. What I have found out over the years is that when people enter that AsoRock.. they become suddenly isolated from the Nigerian reality. They lack the ability to empathise or even understand what the common peope are going through. Some have attributed it to a juju in Aso rock.. Some have attributed it to sycophants around the corridors of power who continue to tell the leader that he's doing well for their own crumbs of bread to be assured. The only thing that would bring relief is for the leader to retrace his steps from the mistake made on Day-1. If not, all the so-called efforts would be like rounding a Clock and back at 1.. The biggest injury to the economy was the messed-up foreign exchange.. at 1,500, it's well operating above the realm of Nigerians.. Our foreign exchange should be within 300-500. Picture it this way, if the current administration can achieve the state the country was when they took over, they would ask you to roll out the drums for them.. Don't let them deceive you that the country was 'haemorrhaging' with subsidy payment when they came.. but they too are currently paying over 5trillion in subsidy every year. Triple what it was when they took over. They are also currently borrowing and printing money with reckless abandon. So aside suffering the people and putting them in Hunger, what have they changed or stopped doing?!..🤔🤔 The National Assembly alone is also putting alot of strain on our scarce resources.. what a few people there are gulping is not commensurate with the Nigerian reality and everyone pretends like all is well. The leadership of the country waiting out for the people to get used to the pain and move on, is most unfortunate. That can't be called Leadership. If Nigerians were told that anybody would ever come and overtake Buhari in irresponsible leadership, they won't have believed.. See Garri and Beans fa🤔.. now beyond the reach of the common man.. There has never been any recorded period in modern history when Tomatoes would be unaffordable in the North. It's happening right now. But Nigerians being super-resilient people would also survive this. I knew Nigerians would survive anything when they survived the cash crunch of Buhari and Emefiele. And just so you know.. the first year of this administration is their best yet.. so everyone should brace up for impact. They have started Season 2 already. VAT about to be raised to 10%. Nigeria run a government of cronies from top to bottom.. from government bodies, civil service to military and paramilitary, security services, etc When the next government comes, the current cronies would make way for the next ones.. You wasted valuable time in bringing this up to a public forum.. you should have raised public alarm much earlier in 2013.. get all those affected together in a group and you all should have fought this as a group. This doesn't look like a fight to do alone.. Now it's even more difficult because the Heritage Bank that inherited the defunct Spring Bank has just got its licence revoked by the CBN. NDIC has been told to take over their assets and liabilities. So it's going to be a long shot for you to get a recovery. My advice.. for your peace of mind, zero your mind from that money and move on. |
