Go and get court affidavit and move on. I had similar issue, all effort to get it corrected proved abortive. I paid 10k to WAEC and they were in possession of my original certificate for more than 2 years, still they didn't get it corrected. I'm using that same WAEC certificate in conjunction with court affidavit.
