WombRaiders: Is to avoid anything that looks, walks or sound Muslim.
As long as Islam exist, fundamental Islam will and as long fundamental Islam exist suicide bombings and attacks on non Muslims will persist.
There truly is no way to end this. These people are convinced that they are doing the right thing blowing themselves up in front of a church for Allah.
No amount of security can end or avert another Allah inspired suicide bombing as long as these people believe that they are doing the just and right thing killing other people. No, you're wrong. The only way to curb the menace is by EDUCATING and embarking on a mass-reorientation of the people of the north. Unfortunately, that's the duty of the STATE and LOCAL GOVERNMENTS, which have failed woefully in the core North, so honestly, I think the Core North is doomed forever. Core Northerners, in all honestly, are total failures when it comes to leadership and administration. No Hausa-Fulani should be allowed anywhere close to Aso Rock for the next 9000 years, to tell you the truth. |

Welrez: I'm still left to wonder why the APC jettisoned bright young minds like Fashola, Kwakwanso, Adam Oshiomole, etc to choose an old man. What worries me more about GMB is not even his age but the age of his ideas; e.g, I will stabilise oil price. To the APC, all that matters is "numbers". They saw in Buhari, neither wisdom nor intellect, but "12 million automatic votes from the North" "Politics is a game of numbers" is a popular phrase they emulate both in their words and actions. That's why a rotten, expired political corpse like Timipre Silva is considered a "progressive" today because he's in APC. It's why a PDP governorship aspirant can decamp from PDP to APC, and in less than 24 hours, become the flagbearer. It is why a party like APC can accuse PDP of bringing "16 years of failure" to Nigerians, yet run to seek advice from "navigator" Obasanjo, a man who was in charge during 8 of those 16 years. Ain't it funny? APC, as a party, reeks of demon feces. The foul stench of a puss-filled sore on the anuss of integrity. That is all they are. |

Genbuhari3: How many votes dey south south, south east compared to north west? North west is 19.8 million, north east is 10 million. south and south east combined is 15 million the rally in port harcourt is just to get some votes to compliment what will come from the north and south west!
at least there was no stampede like GEJ's own rally there.
the beauty of the rally was AIT showing it live, and for the first time, we had Tunde Bakare showing his courage in criticing Jonathan on his ground! and so many Nigerians watched his inspiring speech!
that is all, we move to North East! And to think that, 4 years later, the Buharists are back with this SAME mindset, it's just funny. I guess some people just never learn. |

Adminisher: Sticking with Jonathan forecloses on an Igbo presidency till 2023 You have to understand that we're not like you losers whose only strategy of making money is via public office. Igbo presidency is not what we're looking for, but a level playing field. All the military heads of state from Katsina did not stop the state from being a den of wretched almajiris. Obasanjo's presidency did not stop Yorubaland from being the capital of stomach infrastructure and gbomo-gbomo, did it? What we want is a level-playing field where we shall prove our superiority by ascending during regulation time. And so far, Jonathan's administration has been cleaning up the mess left by you dunces. For starters, the unfair Unity cut-offs have been reversed, among many others. Please, go straight to hell and stop worrying about Igbos. We have NOTHING in common. |

Politics › Re: CERTIFICATE SCANDAL: BUHARI'S Popularity/Integrity On A Sharp Decline NationWide by Kenai: 4:54pm On Jan 03, 2015 |
LogicPower: 1. I am now convinced more than ever before that the GEJ re-election campaign and the PDP leadership are as clueless as their oga at the top, otherwise how can they be promoting this ABSURDITY for so long?
2. If the GEJ campaign managers are not so clueless, they would have known that this HARE-BRAINED tactic would only give them a SHORT-LIVED moment of excitement before it EVENTUALLY BACKFIRE big time on the clueless, and finally nail the coffin of his dying dream for re-election.
3. We all know that from the logical point of view, there are two mutually exclusive scenarios regarding this issue; (a) either Buhari actually possesses the qualifications he claims to have possessed or (b) he does not possess them yet he made a false claim in a sworn affidavit to the effect that he possesses them.
4. And even a layman would know how the ELECTORAL LAW would apply in each scenario; if (a) is the case, INEC MUST allow him to contest (provided he satisfies all other conditions), but if (b) is the case INEC WILL disqualify him.
5. Although each of the two scenarios is logically possible, MOST people with COMMONSENSE would tend to believe that (a) is the case, for a number of reasons: !. it is VERY UNLIKELY that a former army general and head of state would make a false claim about his academic qualification for whatever reason(s). !!. it is even more UNLIKELY that he would do so in a situation as important and politically sensitive as filing a nomination to contest an election with an incumbent president, who controls the entire FG machinery. !!!. and given the fact that GMB has earned for himself a reputation as a public servant of RARE honesty and integrity, he would be the least expected person to engage in falsifying his academic qualifications or any of his records. v!. since everybody, including the general himself, knows that he is so widely admired and respected by Nigerians NOT because of his academic attainment but because of his personal honesty and integrity, he does NOT need to embellish his academic qualification for Nigerians to elect him.
6. So as the PDP goons permeate the social media with the stink of their dirty and rancid campaign of character assassination against GMB, they should be ready to swim in their tears of defeat and sweat of embarrassment if, as people with commonsense expect, it turns out eventually that the people's general has NOT made any false claim regarding his academic qualification.
7. When the general is eventually VINDICATED by INEC, then the clueless and his campaign managers, who seem to be encouraging and relishing this cheap and senseless mischief against GMB, would see how it would all END IN FAVOUR of the general; many decent Nigerians who are undecided voters would simply feel outraged by this morally reprehensible mischief against the amiable general and simply swing to supporting him and voting for him.
8. It would then become even clearer to Nigerians that the clueless and incompetent president has NO concrete achievements to show for all the six years he has been in office, hence his goons have to resort to blatant lies, deceits, mischief, blackmail and all sorts of character assassination against the general.
9. But unfortunately for them, all these shameless tactics are CLEARLY NOT working, as the wind of change keeps blowing, and the electoral defeat of the clueless increasingly looks a foregone conclusion. This unnecessary epistle can be avoided by simply presenting Buhari's school certificate. Really, anything would do. At this point, even First School Leaving Certificate is alright. Just give us anything. Anything at all. |

Rapidly, the APC is going against its own word on ethics and TRANSPARENCY. Read the bolded part of your post again and tell me you don't feel a rush of shame running through your physiological tracts right now. So, all of a sudden, a certificate or evidence of professional and intellectual soundness is no longer a prerequisite for a job that oversees the interests and wellbeing of 170 million people? When the APC and their pack of iddiots were howling about Stella Oduah's academic qualifications, they never thought of it? this is gross. That's APC for you. These people and hypocrisy go hand-in-hand. They initially questioned GEJ's academic qualification, demanding to see a coursemate of his. After that was published here, they demanded a publication by GEJ. After I posted that one here, they changed tactics by claiming the "Jonathan G.E." in the publication was an American scholar Graves E Jonathan from the University of Georgia, even though the publication itself listed Jonathan G.E. under the University of Port Harcourt. The tables have turned on these hypocrites today, and they can't even present this man's O-Level, and have only resorted to childish, pedestrian insults. What a disgusting set of people. |
