nna, na wa o. I thought it was just one simple thing o. I was never good in sciences, going to science class in secondary school was to fulfil someone else's dream(really wish I didn't). Back to the matter, I donno how I'll cope mehn!! Checked online and I saw that the subjects consists of basic science, basic tech, PHE and info tech, am I right?

its clearly a scam na especially reading the part where you're to purchase recruitment form. But these scam guys sha, God will judge them.

Don't get sentimental, that's not the point. My point is that it's ethically wrong for a school management to saddle an inexperienced teacher with senior secondary job. Just as it's not advisable for a fresh graduate to accept such suicidal offer.


Senior secondary students are known to be very assertive, and sometimes insolent. How will an inexperienced teacher cope with that?
Has he been faced with such dicey situation before? Moreso, the word 'inexperience' is not an insult.

Finally, Only mushroom schools can take such gamble of assigning a class as sensitive as senior secondary to an inexperienced teacher. Honestly, it's a suicide mission.

Look here bro(Funpeter), the only way to handle senior secondary students is to attack their psyche. Pay little or no attention to their pettiness, associate not with them, forgive not their insolence or indiscipline, and most importantly prove your mastery of the subject you're handling.


Be detached. That is pay no attention to any discussion or quarrel of theirs that doesn't concern the subject matter you're discussing. Never react emotionally by screaming or behaving like one who's outta his mind. Learn how to set the stubborn ones up for humiliation by calling on them to answer any tough question (strategy of ripening for the sickle). And lastly, master the art of divide and rule. It's only when students are united that they will seem uncontrollable.

P.S Never 'always' go to the principal to report them, that will make you seem weak. And in the scheme of things, a weak person can never be respected.

Where a friend works, the proprietor does same in order to avoid paying August salary. He'll tell you though that you'll be confirmed by the next session. You should have been informed earlier.
