It is only a few days away before Asiwaju Bola Tinubu's scheduled inauguration, and five citizens of the Federal Capital Territory, or FCT, Abuja, have petitioned the Abuja Division of the Federal High Court to stop the ceremony.

In the lawsuit with the file number FHC/ABJ/CS/578/2023, the plaintiffs requested a court order barring Justice Olukayode Ariwoola, the Chief Justice of Nigeria, from swearing in any candidates for the February 25 presidential election as President or Vice-President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria until the matter has been resolved in court with certainty or by the Constitution.

They further want a declaration that "the plaintiffs and other FCT residents have a legal interest and constitutional rights to be heard on the question of whether a President-elect must secure at least 25% of votes cast, on the first ballot, in the FCT, Abuja.

I have this cousin doing very well in his business until the advent of Bet9ja...!! The guy is in real trouble with those who want their money back. Police and thugs are already involved. I'm so sure that guy can't sleep in his house for now until he pay something. Police will do shege for him, he will settle police and thugs too. His family members like the OP will also be receiving part of the harassments. People really entered into real trouble in Ondo State because of CALA, his own is even small. What these oversabi guys did was to go into their offices, churches, business places and collect people's money sometimes with signed agreement for the investment. Some fast guys madd money from there fast and ran before it crashed. I know a lady whose father is a big trader in building materials who lost people's money to the tune of N13Million to CALA in Owo, her father had to look for money to pay off some of the very troublesome "clients" to dissuade this lady from committing suicide, it was that bad. Its a very big issue.

450k per acre is a good buy around that area. Hope the land will be safe for the buyer sha? That area is notorious for weed growing. Be careful with legal encumbrances and don't give the money to him until after you have settled all your siblings especially those who are not ready to help him, settle extended family people too, they can cause trouble for the buyer if they're not settled especially if its an inherited family land, good luck.
