Family / A Pastor Is Being Denied Sex By His Wife by kennybabs1980: 11:39pm On Aug 14, 2021
How can a pastor who is been continually denied sex by his wife handle the situation? Not really that the pastor is suspecting that his wife is cheating on him, the woman don't like sex and could stay months without sex and has consistently been telling her hubby the pastor that sex is not food.
Help a home please, the pastor said he may be forced to leave his pastoral duties and seek for sex outside marriage.

Education / YABATECH EMERGES BEST POLYTECHNIC IN NIGERIA by kennybabs1980: 11:52pm On Jul 27, 2021
The Yaba College of Technology has emerged as the best polytechnic in Nigeria for the second time in the Webometrics ranking released in July.

Media Relations Officer of the institution, Mr Felix Alade, said this in a statement on Tuesday in Lagos.

The statement said the ranking was based on web contents impact, top-cited researchers and papers published on research and publication platforms online.

It added that the primary objective of the ranking web was to promote open access to the knowledge generated by institutions.

“YABATECH has been able to implement strategies to improve her ranking through the increase in the quantity and quality of the web content,” it said.

The statement said the ranking web which started in 2004 was currently in its 18th year of publication.

It added that the ranking was aimed at offering full coverage of higher institutions in whatever country or discipline involved.

The statement noted that 31 institutions from over 200 countries in the world were ranked in the Webometrics ranking released in July.

It said that editors of the ranking web were scientists working at one world-class public research institution, with long experience in metrics-guided evaluation.

Commenting on the ranking, the Deputy Registrar of the institution, Mr Joe Ejiofor, in an interview with NAN, described the development as a wonderful achievement.

“The news came to us as a surprise and at the same time a welcome development, the Rector and management are very happy with this latest web ranking.

“It is a pointer to the growth and development recorded since the current management led by the visionary Rector, Mr Femi Omokungbe, came into office in 2018,” Ejiofor said.

Ejiofor said YABATECH, known for its pace-setting role, would remain dedicated to its vision as a leading institution of higher learning in and outside Nigeria.

Can you help me with a similar deal? I like Nissan x trail .
We were actually looking for xtrail but the one here is too bad and is manual. Look like an accidented car that wasn't well handled. It'll take too much money from whoever buys it, that's how we settle for the xterra. Why not search for xtrail on jiji and on nairaland autos. They full there plenty

When you use Nissan Maxima, Sentra, Murano, Pathfinder, you will know the reason why anyone who sells his/her Nissan car especially the aforementioned ones will hardly buy Nissan products as replacement.
Nissan electrical issue is on another level.
I want to agree with you to some extent. However with good maintenance, genuine parts, correct mechanic not road side, there's no car that one can't use. This maxima you mentioned here for example, one of my university professors have been using it since 2011 and its still like new in his hand. This man is so meticulous in handling his things. His wife drives a volkswagen touareg that people in my area are running away from and it has never given issue for once. Maintenance and well skilled mechanic is key Sir if one will use any vehicle without issues.
I have driven 3 Nissan cars, Almera, Primera and Altima and none has given me issues. My Subaru forester which some people discouraged me about on this platform is doing so great, I'm thanking God I bought it everyday.

I helped my uncle's wife to source and buy a Nissan Xterra on Monday. It is a 2003 model with round lamps. Very clean and everything was working perfectly. The only issue brought out through autoscan was a code which we resolved with 3k. We bought this SUV for 600k. I also found a 2001 pathfinder with the same dealer going for 600k and coukd even be less with negotiations but my Madame preferred the xterra because its neater and has better tyres and according to her, its more beautiful. She actually needed a "high car" because of the road leading to their new house which is not too good for her present corolla and her hubby, a force man don't have time looking for vehicles.
With this same dealer are 2003 Sienna going for 1.8M, 2002 4-runner going for 1M, 1999 Sienna going for 1M, 2003 Highlander going for 1.5M etc. My question is why are Nigerian used and neater Nissan SUVS far cheaper than their Toyota counterparts? Does it mean that Nissan SUVS have serious issues that made people not to really buy them? The dealer told me that with the higher prices, he sells more Toyotas and that people buy xterras and pathfinders mostly because of bad roads in his area.

Not good brother. My 1998 Nissan Primera with 2.0 engine which I've been driving since 2014 still does 85km on 10 litres that's 8.5km/L. Your corolla should give nothing less than 12km/L. Check it pls.

Education / Menace Of Yahoo Boys In Our Institutions by kennybabs1980: 7:32am On Jun 12, 2021
I work as a lecturer in a monotechnic, and since 2018, we have seen an upsurge in the number of students driving exotic vehicles in the campus. But since we resumed from the COVID-19 lockdown late last year, the number of students with such cars and weird lifestyles have increased.

The situation have become so worrisome because of all the vices associated with this new student status have increased tremendously. These include

- examination malpractices
- absenteeism from classes, practicals and even examinations
- indecent dressing and make ups by male students
- fighting dangerously among yahoo boys gangs
- assault on other students
- assault on lecturers and other workers
- asking female lecturers out (sometimes including married women)
- over speeding on campuses (roads in most campuses are very narrow)
- upsurge in the intake of alcohols, hard substances including weeds
- lack of respect for anyone including institution's management members.

There was the case of such a students who insulted his school rector and was suspended by the school SDC only for a high court judge to issue and order reversing the suspension a week later for lack of what the judge called fair hearing.

These are just a few of the new tendencies lecturers and other workers now witness in our work places.

My question is where is this country heading?
Is there any solution to this menace?
For I know for sure is that there is always a repercussion for these.
Do we really have a future in these?

Politics / Re: Akeredolu Commissions Amotekun's Headquarters In Ondo (Pictures) by kennybabs1980: 8:31am On Jun 09, 2021
Good. I'll applaud Gov Akeredolu for his efforts in the area of security in Ondo State even though very little or no result is been witnessed. He has been able to square up with the highly ethnocentric, sentimental and ethically disoriented Attorney General of the federation Abubakar Malami in his diatribes against peaceful and harmonious living in the country by being courageous enough to reply him in his madness when his contemporary Gov Fayemi of Ekiti was busy licking the ass of the Fulani hegemony because of his 2023 ambition. He also gave it to Garuba Shehu when he misyarned the other day. However, the adage says "charity begins at home", AKETI will do better if he can find better ways of settling the lingering issues of wages and salaries in the state. Workers in the three (3) state owned universities and polytechnic are now been owed between 7 and 9 months salaries while workers in the mainstream ministries and teachers are been owed nothing less than 4 months. Doctors in the. State are presently on strike but instead of Mr Governor to placate them, he has this habit of going on air to ridicule, badmouth and insult them. Many patients in the state hospital who cannot afford private hospitals are now been returned home to access herbal medicine and some are dying as a result of this. Let the governor address this issue of salaries holistically instead of badmouthing workers who are genuinely entitled to their wages.
This I believe is the highest level of security. I say this because I want Gov Akeredolu to remember that no matter how much work you do, if the issue of wages and salaries are not carefully handled, he'll be met with unappreciative postures as metted to his equally intelligent predecessor Dr Segun Mimiko. My piece of advise.

You want to continue from where the current owner stop? That Subaru makes strong cars doesn't mean they are unbreakable. Easy access to parts are also a part of the fun of owing a car. Imagine having your car grounded for days each time you need to fix a minor problem.
OK thank you Sir

Car Talk / Subaru Forester Parts And Maintenance by kennybabs1980: 5:27am On May 26, 2021
I am trying to buy a Subaru forester 2004 model from a man. The car is very clean and sound, everything in it works perfectly. The only reason he is selling it is because he lives in Ado Ekiti and he finds it difficult to get the parts in his base. He said he doesn't like the idea of having to travel to Lagos at all times to get parts for a car.
I also live in Akure and I have tried to find out from spare part sellers here, they told me they can always get it from Lagos if they don't have it here. They confirmed that only very few people uses forester in Akure.
My question is
1. Is subaru forester a good brand?
2. Are the parts readily available in Lagos? I wouldn't mind buying parts from Lagos as long as it's there.
Thank you so much.
