Since you have portugal shengen visa and you intend not to see portugal, your in ukrian why dont you use auto bus or international trian since hungary is a gateway to shengen and has its border with ukrian ?

I have been there nice country indeed it has some culture of holland clean and buitifull city , but right now am not in luxemburg i just wana meet new people who are perminant resident in luxemburg. They had the lowest tax rate within west europe i wana enjoy luxemburg city once again
