This Reno of a guy would not help PDP course come 2019. Election will come and go APC will sweep large majority of wins. APC is busy planning and strategizing on how to win 2019 and all Reno and PDP could do is come on social media daily with mundane issues. Two days ago was releasing his own looters list. Yesterday was Buhari aides waving bye to Buhari as he departs to London, to Reno is waving bye to hunger and poverty. Then today giving the ministers names. You did this petty things in 2015 it didn't work why repeat it again. So our wait of PDP taking power from APC in 2019 is on a long thing.

I wouldn’t have encouraged him to want to run, simply on health grounds, not necessarily on account of age, since the Constitution doesn’t prevent him from doing that. If there is pressure on the All Progressives Congress (APC), thinking that his personality can win an election, and he feels he wants to run, so be it. However, our business is that we have our PVCs to do as we please. I would have felt that the APC would field Professor Yemi Osinbajo, since he did well as acting president, but it’s a party decision. I’m not in a position to pontificate on that. The Constitution allows him to run, and we should exercise our rights to vote.

This is why y'all wail n yell when cases get thrown out of court simply because parties especially d govt refuses to follow laid-down directives and ensure diligent prosecution.

State high courts are courts of unlimited jurisdiction save for those exclusively outlined by the Constitution for the Federal high court. The subject matter of a suit determines the jurisdiction of the court. The FHC has no jurisdiction to hear matters of defamation which Secondus has sued Lai for. It is a civil case. Uche Secondus is resident in Rivers state,that automatically vests jurisdiction in the state high court.

The nature of the EFCC's mandate is such that must go before the federal high court as it's mainly about financial crimes.

Where was Livingstone Wichie of integrity group sued by Amaechi for libel and defamation of character and where was Patience Jonathan sued FG libel and harassment since it's a civil matter and Federal high court lacks jurisdiction as you stated. Uche Secondus went to Rivers high court controlled by Wike and PDP to seek cheap judgement let's see if any judgement from there will amount to any thing. You want to sue federal government to a state court, it's tussle for leadership not a civil matter why didn't PDP go to Rivers high court then but rather approached Federal high court Port Harcourt. Though I am not a lawyer but I don't need a legal knowledge to know that Secondus went to the wrong court just to seek cheap judgement and redeem his battered image. State high court admits defamation no doubt but Secondus ought to have approached FHC since he's sueing Minister of the federal government. I can as well sue someone that resides in PH in Biu Borno state where I know a judge for a civil matter since the court in Biu Borno has jurisdiction also. Let Secondus approach an Abuja FHC or FHC PH then we can take him serious, FG might not respond to Rivers high court.

The appropriate court for him to go is Federal high court, have you seen where EFCC charged a crime suspect to a state high court instead of a federal high court. I am sure if they had told you before rerun in Rivers state that APC will produce 2 senators, Some house of rep and assembly members you will say I will swear with my life that it can't happen.
2) If they had told you before Anambra election that PDP will come behind APC in Anambra election and APC pulling over 100,000 votes you will say I rather die than see it happen.
3) If they had told you that Timipre Silva almost defeated Dickson in Bayelsa election if INEC had not cancelled that Southern Ijaw Local Government votes that election held at night you would have said it's impossible.
4) If they had told you before 2015 election that Okorocha will win Imo you would have said if it happens I will go on exile.
5) If they had told you that 2 PDP governors Umahi of Ebonyi and Ben Ayade of Cross River openly declared that their states will vote Buhari massively you would have said it's propaganda. At least you can see the romance of these two governors with Buhari and how they praise his achievement in returns Buhari gives them national assignment, Umahi just concluded one and chaired the Fulani and farmers clash committee set up by Buhari. Leave sentiment alone and study how politics work in Rivers and SS at zone at large.

You are right. I am from south south too. I actually stated all this in my write up.
I gave Buhari 20% vote in Case A and 30% votes in case B because i am deliberately being pessimistic.
I know with rigging buhari can win 50% votes inf South South. And in South South election has always be won by rigging.

Actually my forecast is likely the worst case scenario for Buhari. Despie my pessimistic approach,Buhari won in the two cases I presented though with small margin

We are in the same page on how election is being won and lost in Rivers state and SS region at large. You did a good analysis on 2019. I laugh at those that think APC will loose election in 2019 like they did in 2015. Buhari will win in North -West and North- East freely then win South-West and South-South slightly because of good results that will come out from Rivers, Edo, Akwa Ibom and couple with Cross River where Gov Ben Ayade has made it clear that his state will vote Buhari and get the required 25% or more in North-Central and South-East. Nasarawa and Niger in North-Central is even sure for him because of large population of Hausa-Fulani in these states.

My dear, let me tell you what you don't know about South East and south South i live and do business in both region, these two regions have a kind of chronic hatred for PMB and APC. There is no way PMB would get up to 8% vote in each of these two regions, even though PDP feed North/North candidates. As for SW with their son as VP the PDP will garner above 50% their, then NC PDP, will also go above 50% with what is happening to them in the hands of herdsmen. As for NE and NW I can't say because I have not been their before to know their voting pattern, but I believe with their son as a Presidential candidate from PDP vote will go to PDP as much.

My brother why didn't the hatred stop APC from winning 2 senate seats, some house of rep members and assembly members that they didn't win in 2015. We don't do election in SS and SE we rig elections with federal might that is why i am giving APC upper hand in Rivers. The slogan in APC in Rivers state is if Wike can give up to 1.5million votes to PDP in 2015 that APC can give more in 2019. But APC will rig wisely so that it will be too close to call 52% to 48% not to raise a serious out cry from international community so that the headline will be keenly contested election not like what PDP rigged in 2015 98% to 2% that made international community to condemn that election.

OP let me talk about my state Rivers and region SS the highest rigger carries the day in SS no free and fair election in this region. Federal might always play a major role in party that wins here. Wike ultilised federal might in 2015 and gave PDP over 1.5million votes and winning all 3 senate seats, 13 House of Rep members and 32 State assembly members. But during rerun when the federal might left him and went into Amaechi we all saw the result. Don't compare Ambode with Wike.Wike does street roads of less than 2 kilometres with tiny gutters because I can't call those things drainage that is channelled to nowhere with substandard job quality.

My brother I am from Rivers state our votes don't count during election whoever that has the federal might carries the day. PDP knows that Amaechi and Oshomole are their greatest problem in SS. During 2015 Wike utilized federal might and gave PDP over 1million votes in Rivers, APC had no senator, house of rep member, and house of assembly but during rerun in 2016 Amaechi showed them pepper two senators, some house of rep and assembly members. Wike produced over 70,000 votes from just one local government Emohua LGA. But during rerun same Emohua PDP got 6,000 votes.
Mark my word APC will win Rivers, Akwa Ibom and Edo, Then Cross River, Delta, Bayelsa state PDP will win with slight margin. Then SE PDP will win but with low voters turn out, Okorocha will surely win Imo state. I told PDP that they will loose Kogi and Ondo then and come behind APC in Anambra they said no but the rest is history the same PDP will loose to APC in Ekiti. I have studied SS politics for long,government at the centre determines which way the states go.

PDP losing members with electoral value daily to APC and SDP and some folks are busy saying PDP will return to power come 2019. It's easier for SDP to win 5 states in 2019 than PDP. So far APC have collected more two states that was under PDP in the last two years Kogi and Ondo then also retaining theirs which is Edo. Come July Ekiti to APC by September Osun to APC too. Though Buhari is doing bad but because so many APC governors are doing great in their state and will just rally round Buhari to win. Buhari's winning in 2019 lies in the hands of APC governors and his ministers if Buhari is left alone by these people Buhari will fail woefully because of his performance.

Ekiti election APC will come first, SDP second then PDP distant third just like what happened in Anambra APGA first, APC second then PDP third. After that you people in PDP will realise that Fayose has no electoral value and he goes on exile because of some many case against him e.g. Looting, beating up of a judge, stopping EFCC from carrying out its duties as regards Fani Kayode's wife cash withdrawal on an account that has being flagged down in Ekiti state and Ekiti gate saga.

In as much as I did not campaign for APC or vote for 2015. It beats my imagination how people like me and others that did not vote for APC is saying they'll vote out Buhari. If the North-East, North-West and South-West that gave him votes to win in 2015 are okay with him sorry I might be a carrier of a bad news for some people, Buhari 2019 victory is sure for him because all he needs is just 25% votes in one state of South-South, South-East East and North-East Central. For the doubters PMB only got 25% votes in Edo from South-South states in 2015 and Imo in South-East states. I recommend communication cut off such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and online media immediately after voting until result is announced because of people like Deji Adeyanju, Fani Kayode, Reno Omokri of fake news carrier. Just like how Fani Kayode raised my hope and made me believe in 2015 that from results available to him and in social media GEJ of PDP is winning in 22 states not knowing that reverse is the case PMB of APC is winning in 22 states I don't want a repeat of that again.

This people leave GEJ to rest he lost election and retired home like every other president that have ruled Nigeria. Any thing that PMB commissioned the next day you hear GEJ commissioned this and that when he was in power in 2013. So with all his commissioning then he didn't commission Enugu-PH road, East-West road and other roads in South-East and South-South. Tomorrow Reno will say GEJ commissioned Lekki Deep Port or when they commission Enugu-PH that work is on going or PH international airport that was abandoned during GEJ that Amaechi has started work and in advance stage of finishing, these same gullible people will come here and say it was GEJ that commissioned it.

You people have started again 2013 when APC was formed it was APC can not survive till 2014. When it got to 2014 the narrative changed to APC can not win 2015 election if they do we'll go on exile. Saraki might get the ticket in Kwara but if he doesn't mend fence with his party, he'll received the treatment of Ifeanyi Ararume from OBJ. When after Ararume had won PDP primaries but OBJ refused him, he went to supreme court and got judgement the ticket was restored back to him but OBJ sacrificed PDP in Imo to PPA to make sure Ararume never became a governor. Remember Amaechi had same issue with OBJ but Amaechi was intelligent and wise enough to approach supreme court after PDP had won 2007 governorship election with Omehia but Ararume went to court before the election. That judgement brought about voting for a party and not the candidate,that was why it was referred to as a landmark judgement that removed Celestine Omehia as governor in October 2007 to the surprise of Nigerians.

Take it to the bank speaker Dogara from Bauchi, Senate President Saraki, Sen.Melaye from Kogi, Sani from Kaduna, Misau from Bauchi and Hunkunyi from Kaduna and some other senators and Rep members can not get APC come 2019. I thought Dogara learnt some lessons after emerging as speaker as against his party's wish. You don't fight in all front, fighting with your state governor knowing that governors decides who goes to senate,house of rep and assembly infact they're demigod. And also fighting the president that is the leader of your party and national executive of your party. Chose your fight wisely if you must fight like my people use to say, fight with state governor then run to president and national exco of party for protection and soft landing or fight national exco then run to governor for cover. As far as Nigeria politics is concern avoid fighting these two individuals in you political career the governor and president. I tend to disagree with you chief of defence staff are usually quite I don't know why, was Azazi a chief of defence staff? I know during Obj Azazi was the chief of army staff then GEJ time national security adviser and was in the news more than the chief of defence staff which happens to be late Martin Luther Agwai not 100% sure if he was the one then or during Yar'adua. Then during Yar'adua Abdulrama Danbazzua was chief of Army staff I am sure he was popular than the defence chief. Then GEJ time Ihejirika and Minimah were the chief of army staff, I am sure defence staff chief then were also silent. Another example is in government deputy governor is higher than speaker but speaker is more popular and a times more powerful than deputy in the state, a case example was when Amaechi was speaker every commissioners were loyal to him. Every day you hear speakers names in the news my state deputy governor in Rivers you barely hear her name in the news but that doesn't make him a lesser person than the speaker.
