PoliticsNigerians Hail Osinbajo Over Daura Sack by kenrajmill(op): 5:47pm On Aug 07, 2018
http://thecorrespondence.net/nigerians-hail-osinbajo-over-daura-sack/

Nigerians have commended the action of the Acting President, Yemi Osinbajo in sacking the Director General of the State Security Service, Lawal Musa Daura over the invasion of the National Assembly complex today by the State Security Service Operatives this morning.

Several commentators applauded the decision of the Acting President for bringing an end to the impunity and abuse of power the man has used his office to engage in, one of such commentators was Doyin Okupe an aide to former President Goodluck Jonathan who praised Osinbajo for being fearless and exhibiting what purposeful leadership should be all about.

Mr Daura Sack was communicated to the public by the Senior Special Assistant to the President, office of the Vice President, Laolu Akande in Abuja earlier today and directed him to hand over to the most senior officer of the State Security Service until further notice in the statement released.

This post is too shallow, it has no meaning and also baseless... The person that posted this is a bastard and very myopic. Saraki commend the efforts of VP Yemi Osinbajo and Party Chairman before defected. Amosun has not yet become a senator, how is it possible to be boasting a Senate President? Why can't you people think before you post? Misinformation, stupidity, senseless, nonsense and rubbish in the name of politics are causing a lot of setback and retrogressive in the country. This post should be discarded cause it has no meaning...

PoliticsMore Behind The Incessant Killings In The Country by kenrajmill(op): 11:07am On Jun 25, 2018
It is getting dark in this country and it is hard to know where to step. Looking at this act of killings that resulted in loosing close to 100 lives of innocent Nigerians by some evil minded herdsmen, one would realize that the country is in state of calamity. If the country is in the state anomie, then the lives and properties of the citizen is at threat.

It has become a trend in the country for killings to increase when elections are around the corner. It is obvious that these killings are political motivated and organized to frustrate and render void the incumbent government by some political dirty players. It would be recalled, just recently the arrest of former Benue State governor Gabriel Suswan who was alleged for sponsoring of bandits as well as harming them with sophisticated weapons. This is not peculiar to Benue alone, as the case is also the same in some other states where the killings are happening in the country.

The senseless attacks by the herdsmen on people are utterly and totally condemnable as there are secret forces with sinister, menacing and ominous agendas to destroy, divide and instigate war in the country for their selfish purposes.

Though it is glaring that nothing can be done about the deceased, but government should see it as a matter of urgency to prevent future occurence and make life comfortable for the living. It wouldn't be denied that the present administration is doinbg their best in curbing this menace but what Nigerians are saying is that they should put more efforts and bring all the perpertrators to book.

http://kirijinews.com.ng/unethical-conduct-of-national-assembly/
http://peoplesdaily.com.ng/unethical-conduct-of-national-assembly/

To every conscious Nigerian who deem it fit to identify with the administration of President Muhammad Buhari and National issues in general, if we could have a man who is corruption free like Muhammad Buhari and a man of unquestionable character cum academic excellence and intelligent like Yemi Osinbajo as vice president and good governance, economic growth, infrastructural development and abundant life for all and sundry is still crawling like a 9 months old baby, then, there is need for questioning from our leaders who were admired and voted for by Nigerians for their humility, simplicity, credibility, charisma and accomplishment.

To all Nigerians who are unaware of the power tussle and battle for supremacy that is going on between the executive and the legislators which have limited the strength and level of performances of our dear president, information is very key, in other word, if you are not informed you will be deformed. The unethical practices and gross misconduct including corruption, nepotism, parochialism and selfishness of our law-breakers called law-makers have detest the standard of this government and make it difficult for our president to perform beyond expectations.

It is now important to educate the entire Nigerian about the challenges facing the executive from the angle of Saraki and Dogara led National Assembly.

1. Do you know that the 2018 budget had been submitted to the National Assembly by the president since November 7, 2017?

2. Do you know that it takes the lawmakers six good months before the budget was unfavourably considered?

3. Do you know the National Assembly cut funding in budget of 2018 contrary to what is submitted back in November 7, 2017 by the
President?

4. Do you know that the reason why the budget languished so long under the obnoxious act of the legislators is to pave way for padding, and
the so call invisible constituency projects?

5. Do you know the federal lawmakers reduce to N347bn in the allocation to 4,700 projects submitted to them for consideration and
introduced 6,403 projects of their own amounting to N578bn?

7. Do you know that many of the new projects inserted by the National Assembly have not been properly conceptualized, designed and costed
and will therefore be difficult to execute?

8. Do you know the budget that is meant to address economic growth, creation of jobs and laudable project across the country had been
hijacked by corrupt and cankerworm called National Assembly?

9. Do you know the cut funding we make it impossible to raise counterpart funding for Mambilla Power Plant?

10. Do you know the cut funding will make it impossible to complete the second Niger Bridge?

11. Do you know the on-going Lagos-Ibadan express way project will seize to continue?

12. Do you know many of the project cut are critical and may be difficult; if not impossible, to implement with the reduced allocation?

Fellow Nigerians, can we say President Muhammad Buhari made a mistake by allowing a level playing ground and by extending hand of fellowship to all arms of government in which National Assembly is not excluded?

It is clear that Muhammad Buhari meant well for Nigerians but the cankerworm, devourer and the power monger at the chamber of the houses have deem it fit to rage at him, in order to make Nigeria ungovernable for him.

Though the task may be difficult, but this season shall pass and the lawmaker’s victimization shall be the source of strength, motivation and triumph for President Muhammad Buhari. He who laugh last laugh best.

PoliticsNASS: Common Enemy Of Democracy by kenrajmill(op):
http://nigeriainfo.com.ng/nass-common-enemy-of-democracy/
http://thecorrespondence.net/nass-common-enemy-of-democracy/

The Buhari led administration and it policies is built around the survival of an ordinary Nigerian and common man for their hope and abundant life to be sustained in welfare, hospitality and conducive environment for successful engagement among all being.

President Muhammad Buhari have demonstrated in all ramifications sense of maturity, responsibility and responsiveness going by the speech he made during his inauguration that "he belongs to everybody and he belongs to nobody". The present imbroglio and power tussle between the Executives and Federal Law-makers symbolizes egotism and power playing politics that negate the content of our democracy.

The Executive led by Buhari in all fairness have justified the definition of Democracy by allowing level playing ground while the Legislators in the other hand have demonstrated that they are enemy of progress, cankerworm, devourer and parasite to sustainable Economic Growth, Infrastructural Development, Laudable Health improvement, Quality and Qualitative Education and Agricultural Development as analyse by the budget.

When the budget was presented by the President to the Legislators on November 7, 2017 for passage, the budget was kept for 6months without attending to based on the reasons best known to the Legislators. However, the budget was padded and the figures were inflated to suit their selfish interest. There was unjustifiable and unreasonable delayed before the budget was finally passed and released to the president on 20th of June, 2018.

The National Assembly overburdening Federal Government with #578billion projects meant for States and Local Government. The Federal Law-makers in their evil manners subsequently made reduction to #347billion in the allocation to 4,700 projects submitted to them for consideration and introduced 6,403 projects of their own amounting to #578billion.

My major concern is the reduction of Enugu Airport Terminal Construction from 2 Billion to 500 million and the passage of this budget is been led by the Deputy Senate President Ike Ekweremadu who is representing Enugu West, Gilbert Nnaji (Enugu East) and Utazi Godfrey Chukwuka (Enugu North) were all there muted due to bribery, greediness, avaricious and corruption that has become part of them.
My question is "who is marginalizing who?"
Is it the President that meant well for the people of this region or the pretending bench-warming Legislators representing this region?
And all these go with all other developmental projects that are meant for South East which I cannot be mentioning here.

Secondly, the reduction in the take-off grant of Maritime University and 2nd Niger Bridge is another issues that required public sympathy and concerns. If laudable projects like this as mentioned above are trade with selfishness and parochialism, i wonder the level of corruption embedded in our federal law-makers. The same thing is applicable to Lagos/Ibadan Express Way and other life changing projects proposed by Buhari's administration.

My Position: It is known to all Nigerians that our law-breaker who claim to be law-makers are the major problems causing great setback for the development, betterment and progress of this country.

Mobilization and sensitization for better Nigeria where common man and average Nigerian will experience abundant life and prosperity should begin and every concerns Nigeria must identify with it. If we fight we may win, but if we don't fight that means we have lost already. Saraki, Dogara and their loyalist are not more than 180 million Nigerians. Let us reason together, let say NO to their anti-government campaign and let cement victory for the betterment of our country.

GOD BLESS NIGERIA!

M.K.O Abiola is unbefitting to have the GCFR award.

The next administration will surely reverse this declaration.
