Streetinvestor2: If u are an independent adult paying his bills. You won't be asking this kind of question. Go find out the two things making igbos troop to lagos. Take it out to SS and I guarantee uore than half igbos will leave lagos in a yr.Do u think majority of Igbo customers are SW people which made them move to lagos. That is the monopoly logos is enjoying over other regions. The other regions who have these things don't have the well developed infrastructure for it to function well. Then they have some other restriction which lagos only enjoys. For free I won't live in lagos andany other igbos. Why is 700 billion going for only lagos airport presently. My state built the airport in my state with individual donations before it handed over to government...imo state Congratulations on the airport built by your state. Let's leave Lagos aside, the IGR from only Oyo state alone (my state) is more than the IGR of the entire south east, I'm sure you know this and I don't have to brag about it. For your information, I'm an independent man with wife and children, I will be disappointed if I have been talking with someone who is still under his parents. |

I am igbo and have lived all my life in kd.I mallam to his family house in zaria city . Elrufai is not running for presidential office too What are the Igbos facing in Lagos that is still making them troop into Lagos in their thousands on daily basis? Tell me what they are facing in Lagos that is making them to own multimillion naira businesses in Alaba International market, Ladipo market, Arena market at Oshodi to mention few, and send money home to build exotic duplexes and mansions in their villages in the East? |

JibolaUsman: Poverty and Wealth do not define human existence. Billionaires commit suicide so Wealth does not solve all problems. As puff Daddy has shown sickness can thrive in wealthy settings You definitely know that the kind of problem the wealthy has is different from the problem of the poor. The problem of the wealthy can be what money cannot buy, but the problem of the poor are usually basic survival needs such as food, shelter or clothing. |

Bobby4090: So because of voters registration this dude visited a church. He didn't go to worship, reverence God, or repent, but to preach a political message that's biting him hard. It's an insult on Christianity. A man who is happy to see churches burnt and openly celebrated Muslim Muslim ticket is now going to church just to campaign because he has lost out. Mallam Rufai, the Bible tells us that a Leopard cannot change it's spots and that an Ethiopian cannot change his colour. Go to the mosques and do your political campaign. A church is meant for worship and praising God. God bless you. |

Computers › Re: Do We Control The Brain Or It's The Brain That Controls Us? by kernniejay(m): 8:30pm On Sep 06, 2025 |
RealityKings1: I have always wanted to know, is it the brain that controls our activities or we are the ones controlling the brain.
When a person suddenly think of something or a decision, are you the one controlling that input /information? Or is it the brain that is controlling the information? Then if the person or subject acts on it, is it the person still controlling the brain or it's the Brain controlling the person.
Or can we say, there are two factors in shared control: the brain and the person. I think this can be considered a method of balancing, your brain is acting and you as a person is also acting. But this will still mean, it's the Brain controlling the person.
Let's say, I suddenly have an idea. Where does the idea come from? If you say, it's the accumulated things I have seen and heard which were stored and reprogrammed by the brain, that means maybe we don't totally have a control over the brain. What If the brain is some sort of receiver? We cannot control the brain, the brain controls everything we do. When we think, make a decision or have an idea, it's the brain that initiates the thought, decision or idea, when we carry out the thought or idea, it's the brain that controls us to do so. When we don't do so, it's the brain that controls us not to do so. If the brain malfunctions, a person is said to have mental disorder or psychosis, such person becomes a psychiatry patient. Such condition proves that one cannot control his brain, because if one can control the brain, a mad man roaming the street naked will control his brain to know that he doing a wrong thing. The brain has several segments that controls everything we do, there is cerebrum which controls our thinking, learning, creativity and body movement, cerebellum which controls our balancing & coordination and lastly the brainstem which controls other internal organs of our body. These three parts are further divided into five others but going into that will make us enter a full biology lesson and psychology class. Hope this explanation helps? |

blacksam01: Due to the facts it's my huzling period, and every one naira matters alot..I am in mid 30's
I am frugal with my resources and it makes me trek alot.. infact I cover 2km in trekking daily...
Not typically going on long journeys, but my combined daily short short trek is about 2k..
Should I be worried for my old age..? Trekking is good but when you are trekking, make sure you wear sneakers or canvas or any other footwear designed for jogging. If you are trekking on a hard tarred road with a rubber-sole shoe or slippers, there is risk to your legs. |
