Why are those people in the photos still hailing Tinubu despite that they are buying fuel at N540 per litre and experiencing multi-dimentional poverty? I don't know why africans are so stupid. Why can't people sit in their houses or stay wherever they are when this inhumane leaders are driving by so that they can feel how hated they are by the people? Anyway, poverty is at work so they may be expecting him to throw naira notes into the air for them to catch. In developed countries, any leader that the people are not happy with are either stoned with eggs or are booed to shame in the public, but here we hail them and give them the wrong notion that they are the best thing ever happened to us. It seems like the more Nigerians suffer, the better they feel. 45 Likes 4 Shares |

Is it the Burna Boy that asked a married woman to leave her husband and come over to his crib in the nightclub which later caused gun shots to go off and had Burna fly out to France when the issue escalated? Just gimme any movie of Roger Moore, Sean Connery, Pierce Brosnan, Timothy Darlton, Daniel Craig, you know what I mean by these names? Well, if I see either Chris Hemsworth or Jason Statham, I'm also good to go. If you don't have those, I wont mind any of Arnorld Schwarzenegger, Dulph Lundgren, Sylvester Stalon, Jean Claude Van Damme, Chuck Norris. If you can't provide any of the above at all, then I can manage Oliver Grunner, Wesley Snipes, Jackie Chan, Jet Li, Angelina Jolie, Dwyane 'D Rock' Johnson, John Travolta. Any movies outside these guys is just a mere cartoon to me. 1 Like |

I'm having a feeling that Ambode may make the ministerial list of BAT. Nevertheless, he is still eligible for a second term as Governor in Lagos State given that the conflict between him and his principal BAT has been truly settled. 8 Likes |

Nine11:Well, in order not to harm the psychology of the innocent children, the lady should continue performing the exact role of mother in her sister's children's life until those children are old enough to understand the truth. I know the lady may have to get married at some point and have her own family as well while the children may still be very young, she can still get married and she and the father of the children should have explained everything to the husband that she is just a make-up mother, I believe the husband should be reasonable enough to allow the children to stay with them till they reach teenage. |

I'm so proud of you when you said you're not bothered about her, you have clicked off the relationship, you've never given her money and I agree she doesn't deserve it. Move on and let her know you have no time for her robotic attitude. Expect that she will still come back with lies and excuses for her unacceptable behavior but just let her know that the "period of grace" has expired, your mind is made up and you are no more interested, no time to check time. |

Another silly question coming from a supposed adult. The other day, somebody was asking how much he should save from his salary of N75k, we are still trying to figure out the level of intelligence of that one and boom, this one surfaced again! Do we know the kind of job you do, the condition of your work environment, the kind of transport you use everyday, your body odour and how heavy you sweat? I'm sure very soon another dunce will come with a question like "I am a human, but I don't know whether I'm a man or woman, any idea?" or something like "I just finished cooking a delicious meal but I don't know whether to eat or throw it away, please advise (note that I'm seriously hungry like mad)". When you rely on other people's opinion before you take the simplest of decisions of your life or you need approval from others before you use your brain, then you seriously lack what is supposed to be a common sense and you are not qualified to be a minor let alone an adult. No insult intended please, just my own token. 5 Likes |

Both adults and minors that are not supposed to be using android phones are all here as well as disciplined and immoral people. Imagine somebody like slawomir who is proud to be a yahoo boy and drug addict lecturing you on how you should make money or save money, what kind of advice do you expect from such person? |

JOHNFBOSCO:I dislike these kind of questions. Things like this is supposed to be strictly a personal decision. You are the one that knows what you are aiming at financially and what expenses you incurred regularly. I believe you are older than 18 years so you are an adult, no more a minor. You work for your money so set your own financial goal by yourself. 147 Likes 9 Shares |
Properties / Re: Man Laments While Showing Off The Kind Of Land He Bought (pics/vid) by kernniejay(m): 10:39am On Jun 26, 2023 |
I mentioned this before when I was talking about what to avoid when considering buying a piece of land. Here we go again: Don't buy land close to petrol pipelines or gas pipelines. You will always see indications erected along the pathway where the pipeline runs underground. Don't buy any land that is 50m close to such warning signs. God forbid, if anything tampers with the pipe and it goes off in explosion, all the houses along its path will be leveled. 2. Don't by any land that is situated under high tension cables. I repeat, don't buy land under high tension cable. Look up when you are on the land with the land sellers. Be sure you are not hearing any humming noise from any high tension cable around or close to the land. 3. Don't buy marshy land if you want to have rest of mind and sleep with your eyes closed in your house on rainy nights. It is often advised that the best time to go check a house you want to rent is during rainy season, it is also advisable to go check land during rainy season too, to give you an idea what the area will be during flooding and what your foundation will have to withstand, and moreso, if you wont be needing to relocate to upland every year during rainy seasons. Moreover, marshy areas are comfortable habitat for reptiles and you will be seeing them often around your house until other sites around you are all cleared and developed. 4. Don't buy a land that is too close to factories or industries releasing harzardous wastes into the atmosphere or environment. It will be detrimental to your health and other occupants in your house and you wont be able to challenge them successfully because the area might have been designated or earmarked for industries before you got there. 5. Lastly, don't buy any land you are not sure of its former owners if you are buying from individuals. Once your heart start doubting what the sellers are telling you, please quit the negotiation cleverly. Sometimes a particular land would be sold to two or more different buyers who bought from different agents or seperate family members of the original owner. Some people have paid more than twice for the same land because different family members keep showing up telling the buyers that they were not aware their family land was sold, now asking you to pay their own price all over again. If you are buying from family of the first owner, be sure you see all the family elders or key representatives of every segment of the family involved and they all append their signatures on the agreement to sell the land to you. Cheers. 1 Like |

The wise ones say that the grey hair on the head of the elderly people is their crown or glory. Same way the brown roofs on top of many houses in the old towns of Ibadan signifies age, wisdom and glory of the city. |
