That is what u get when u decide to get into power unprepared. How do u give crazy tax relieve without understanding the economical problem of ur country? An economy that is much more dependent on tax. Reversing the tax policy and other hasty decisions she and her cabinet took was too late.

I had already seen this coming cos I doubted how she was gonna survive.

She is more honourable to have resigned before it gets too messy than our leaders in Africa eg buhari who has no clue on modern day governance but still held onto power at the detriment of the entire nation. Had buhari resigned in his first year in office and asked osibanjo to carry on, we would have been better of today.

Our govt is excellent in fighting symptoms of problems and never the root cause. They even fuel the root cause most time for bigotry sake in most cases. Now isn't it all the regions that is facing insecurity in the country?

Wike na trademark leader with balls. I like him alot just that at times he will do too much of hardman to his detriment. Imagine wike summoning kings in the state and telling one of them with crown that he was a small boy yesterday, that he should just forget about the crown on his head. I pitied the king cos he so diminished by the insult.
I hate disrespect for institutions.

But still I like him for his sense of humour that he brings into stuff at times. I also like his ability to stand up against big forces that will want to suppress what he believes is right. I don't think the south south will forget him in a hurry.

I just like this abdulsamad guy. He does his biz without much hoax. A silent achiever. His plant in Sokoto is a goal.

I will only advice the BUA cement to expand more where expandable and invest more on transportation and logistics, to get their product spread across the country. The quality of their product is relatively better than Dangote's just that it isn't really available in most states in the south.

People hate capitalists. Especially poor people. They hate it when only one man is making all the money.
And that's probably why the remain poor.

There's this man in my street that's basically doing everything business.
Only him have laundry, barber shop, eatery, provision shop etc.
If you see the way people talk bad about this man ehn. They'll be talking behind his back that why will
one man put his hand inside everything?
That is the gospel truth. These lazy people forget that the sky is wide enough for all birds to fly. U are only ur own impediment to success in life. Anyone that is truely interested in competing with Dangote should go ahead. Look at abdulsamad, the Bua cement guy, he is doing his best and his product is even of better quality than Dangote's from my assessment only that it isn't evenly distributed around naija like Dangote's.
Envy is a hindrance cos it will keep limiting u.

The few times, I comment when people talk about him, I ask them if anything is holding them from opening their own business.

Bro. This ur question and submission is valid, I agree with u but these questions should be directed to the govt in power when the deal was sealed. I don't just wake up one day and go and shop somebody's biz because u felt he shortchanged the state govt when deal was done. A deal is a deal and when sealed it is sealed if u have issues with it go to court and not going to shut down somebody's biz. Forget that it is dagote today it can be u tomorrow.

How will u feel after buying a land to build a house, after building the house, the children of the person that sold the land get to ur house and told u that u can't access ur property because u shortchanged their father?

Lagos remains one of the best States in Nigeria that are sincere in payment of their students bursary.

I remember my days in university. When my state was paying 5k that was not even regular, Lagos was paying 15k monthly.

The Kogi State Government owns the land the factory is located. In our constitution, lands belong to the State Government not to the FG. The Kogi State Government can revoke Dangote CofO.

U aren't ignorant at all. U are a wise guy. Dangote got the land from the blues abi? Was it not the state govt that gave him the land in the first place. For ur info there was an existing company there before called the ajaokuta cement factory which Dangote bought which they later changed to Dangote cement after some yrs of partnership with the govt.

Bello is a jackass. I am still trying to figure out why he really went to Dangote to close the company.

A case that u know u can't finish and cant win. Dangote is a political biz man. He pays his dues to topmost govt in power. That is why u see him expanding under any govt.

Forget it, let's use our tongues to count our teeth. Every true business man will do whatever he can to remain ontop under any govt. Most people against Dangote on this issue if u check them very well it's out of envy and jealousy. Must of us will do worst than Dangote if we are in his shoes.
