The bottom line of my analysis is that most countries around the world won't just allow any country to just invade another and take over their place at this time of deplomacy and dialogue for solving problems. U saw the meeting between Russia,china, India, turkey and co. Looking at the Putin that I used to know as the world's strongest man, he looked humble and isolated amongst the others. Xi ping and his indian counter part are smart guys. They are being careful because of the future consequences of their decision today. For me Russia messed up big time. I used to be a fan of Putin because of doggedness and smartness. But he lost it this time.
No matter how threatened that Russia may feel around Ukraine, the consequences of this war will outway that threat on Russia. That is my take.
