Those replying him actually missed the point. What he is saying is being educated for the most part involves Primary and secondary school education and not tertiary education. A Unviversity dropout is not necessarily uneducated and then he cites the case of Davido and others who have sufficient level of education having attended Primary and Secondary school. The likes of Mark Zuckerberg and other billionaire University drop outs that Nigerians like to mention also have this particular basic education he is talking about.

A rich man without the basic skills of reading, basic maths and writing will only end up being cheated in 2018! You learn all these in Primary school!

You want them to comply before 23rd yet the ippis site never opened except at midnight. During the day your servers are overloaded and it will take some luck to gain access let alone update your records. Not many civil servants are that bouyant to have laptops and internet data to wake up in the middle of the night to update their records. I had to wake up at night to help the few I could help!

There are metres that can't be bypass. I am blame the disco company for not be observant. How would they be when they dish estimated bills to customers. Your neighbour only capitalize on the loophole in the system to operate.Am sure you can't try that in Benin Republic or Ghana

1. I'm an Engineer (elect) and can boldly tell you that all meters I've come across in 9ja can be bypassed.

2. PHCN do come around to check and some get busted and forced to pay 3 months backdated estimated bill which is more expensive than if u had been recharging. It's hard to see my neighbors meter when PHCN come around because it is discreetly blocked in the guise of using net on burglary and they pretend to not be at home whenever PHCN comes knocking.

3. I can't speak in support for dishing out of high estimated bills but trust me, you'll discover that some houses in a street consume as much energy as a factory, some are literally factories diguised as residential houses. PHCN simply divide the total energy consumed in the street by the number of houses on the street in a given month and gbam you've got your monthly estimated bill. A person can be using just a bulb in one room self contained and still be billed for a 3 bedroom flat consumption. Innocent people paying for the wickedness of their street neighbors.

Only number 2 can be considered! The remaining points are trash.

The last paragraph though! Expecting wealth transfer from sinners! Ok na, keep expecting!

It is not true that Cotonou (Benin Republic) has never had power outage. I have stayed there for some months and they have the occasional power outage which could last up to an hour or more. Though it might not be as worse as most parts in Nigeria.

The deliberate slow pace in the installation of prepaid meters is a key issue that should be addressed likewise conscious enlightenment on the advantages of using energy saving bulbs as against the incandescent light bulbs many still use.

Even in houses that have the prepaid meters already installed, so many people still bypass the meter thereby avoiding payment of electricity bills. My neighbour is an example. Dude bypassed the prepaid meter, leaves his two 1.5 hp Airconditioner 24/7 and uses those 100 watts bulb for security light which are permanently on whether there is someone in the house or not. Who knows what other appliances he turns on 24/7! These sets are worst offenders as other street neighbours on estimated billing are the ones who end up paying the power consumed.

You probably didn't get my point/comment either. Any one of the aforementioned gods or alien could have done the breathing but so far there's no concrete proof that points to them, therefore no one knows is a honest standpoint till something concrete is provided. His own god is Yahweh, the evidence put so far for Yahweh is garbage.
