The problem will have in our country is because of lack of effective judicial system and rule of law.

Man from antiquity has tendency for criminality and vices.

It is only through the instrumentality of constitution/law and moral code can these be abated which is why judiciary was put in place but here in Nigeria our judiciary uphold evil and reward illegality.

I lost hope on them after they were bought over in 2023 general election. When it was obvious that election results were mutinated and rigged and they went ahead to legitimize Tinubu selection by rigging machine called Prof. (Prof. my foot) Yakubu M.

When someone said thst the judiciary is the problem of Nigeria...I doubted him but it seems he is right anyways . I have been following two development that made me believe the judiciary is now a problem to democracy .

Let me explain in details. Chieftancy affairs is within the state govt and has nothing to do with the federal govt . Sanusi was removed and he accept his fate ...but right now same law the used to remove Sanusi has been applied on someone and he refused to live . He went to federal High Court...a court thstnhas no jurisdiction over chieftancy matters .

Secondly ...when the tenure of charge of local govt expires...they vacate the office and care taker will be brought in for the purpose of conducting election into the local govt . Instead of this me to live they went to court to stop them from exiting . Same court now informed them that there tenure has expired amending the constitution to remain in power us against 1999 constitution...our kaw says any law that run against the 1999 constitution cannot stand .

The pont I am making is if our judiciary know all this why then do day accept allow another court to entertain same case .? We cannot continue like this cos it will make people to lose confidence in our judiciary ....This might lead to anarchy .

Obi is the best for the Easterners and all other Nigerians that seek for a good leader.

He has held public office in the past and he delivered.


His assessment as good leader went beyond the purview of Nigerian institutions.

MDGs rated him the number one governor in Nigeria for years an indices that transcend human capital development, health care system, education and economic growths


If you don't like Obi kindly don't rate him low.

You don’t need to send the document to the embassy. Fill a new DS160 for your new spouse. Make sure she takes the divorce certificate and your new marriage certificate to the embassy for her interview.

You do not need to send anything to embassy to edit.


I want to use this opportunity to plead that you make sure that divorce certificate is original. You will Jeopardize all that you have worked for here if they find any forged documents in the application. Nobody can remedy this for you not even a lawyer.

A lot of people are in deep shit here and they have their entire career ruined and have to leave the US because they submitted forged divorce certificate.

A lot of people claimed married and procured fake marriage certificate to prove home ties to get visa. When they get here and need to remarry or get green card benefit, they needed to divorce their spouse since they claimed married during their visa application. Most of them went and procured fake divorce certificate from Nigeria.


Also, know that they can verify any documents and they have Nigerians working for them and they have every means to verify any documents or marriage certificate.

Am already in US since two years. Just want my new spouse to join me but currently my documentation in the embassy still bears the name of my ex. That is why I am asking if I should write to the embassy with the divorce papers or move directly to retrieve my old ds 160 and change it without their consent (if it is possible bc I haven't tried retrieving ds 160 before)

Now, I have legally gotten a divorced certificate after high court dissolved the marriage, and I have remarried this year. It depend on the bench/technique you majored during the undergraduate program in SLT. If you had concentrated in Biochemistry and may have taken few courses in Nutrition and Food Biochemistry you may have a slight chance when your transcripts is being reviewed. Why don't you continue with your technique say Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology/Microbiology/Virology etc as usually being combined in degree program in SLT?

So my interview was by 6:30, i got there around 3am, due to Lagos traffic, because i live in Ikorodu, i don't want to take any risk i would later regret.

Interviewer was a black American lady, sort of busty. Window 5

ME: Good morning, How was the holiday (Easter)

VO: Good morning it was great, yours?

ME: Great also, thank you.

VO: What course did you study for your 1st degree?

ME: Linguistics

VO: When did you graduate?

ME: 2019

VO: Have you ever traveled out of Nigeria before?

ME: No i haven't

VO: So why is it now you are going for your masters after 4 years?

ME: I needed to acquire some set of skills before going for masters, which i did, but then masters degree has a very big edge over bachelors degree here in Nigeria.

VO: But it is also the same way in the US.

ME: Well, like i said before, i have traveled out of Nigeria before, so i can't say i know how it is outside the country, i only know for my home country.

VO: (Smile) So what do you do currently?

ME: I was a software developer as at last year October when i filled my DS-160 form, but now i am a content and program editor for a radio station (radio name)
