Nope, Retina displays refer only to the PPI of the display, you can't compare it to AMOLED which is a type of display that can be any resolution and PPI or 4K which is a resolution that can come in any PPI.
Then you went ahead to say that Retina displays usually have a higher resolution than AMOLED displays, I have no idea how you came to that conclusion especially when Samsung flagship phones and other OEMs that use oled displays usually have a higher display resolution than iPhones, and the same thing is true in the PC world too.

When the Retina display marketing term was coined it was the display with the highest PPI at the time, but that is no longer the case, other manufacturers have far surpassed that milestone and the term is now useless.

If you are not using for resource intensive work then I'll advice you to sell it and buy a cheaper and probably even more powerful Windows laptop, instead of using a ₦1m laptop just for browsing the internet and watching movies.

Microsoft had Onlive that was cancelled while Sony has PlayStation Now that is currently still running.

I know a cloned phone when I see one.

The 1st phone I ever experienced a hardware failure with was an Infinix hot, back when they were a no name brand that no one would ever think to clone, it was both cameras, then there was the Tecno L6 with front camera hardware failure, terrible battery and a system that crashed if you used it for a while, then my cousin's Camon C5 with back camera failure and lines on the screen plus the degrading camera quality and then there was my Tecno W4 with front camera hardware failure and the speaker that got so quiet and distorted sound.

You can also go to the manufacturers website and search for the latest drivers.

Since playing the latest games is the priority then buy a PS4.
