It could be any of the two....depends on when her eggs where released and fertilized.......

For example if her eggs where not released before the first guy slept with her, but was released before the second guy slept with her

or her eggs where released before the first guy slept with and also fertilized by him....then the second guy did not impregnate her....

But then how can anybody know when the egg was released and when it was fertilized.....only a DNA can determine this...

No issues with the criteria being used....however where did the statistics come from, was it collected or was it just assumed....
