Romance › Shock: 6hrs Wedding Ceremony Held For Amphibians by kheart(op): 5:37am On Aug 03, 2014
Together until one of you CROAKS! Six hour wedding ceremony held for FROGS.
THESE two frogs have been tied together in holy matrimony until one of them CROAKS. More than a thousand guests turned up to watch a SIX HOUR wedding ceremony between a pair of amphibians. The two frogs were give specially made outfits for the ceremony and after they were married they were set free to enjoy their life of wedded bliss. The hundreds of guests then sat down to eat dinner where more than 900 plates of food were served. The unique ceremony was held in the Indian village of Dibrugarh in the state of Assam. They believe holding the amphibian ritual will bring rainfall during dry spells. Ranjan Das, one of village leaders who attended the
wedding, said: "Our region had not witnessed much rain this year so far. "So we arranged the wedding of two frogs to please the rain Gods." The ritual began by catching hold of a male and a female frog from two different villages. Mr Das said the Gods would only accept their plea for rain if the frogs were brought from the separate areas. People from around four villages attended the ceremony on Sunday. Paromita Gogoi, who attended the ceremony, said: "Traditional prayers were recited by the saints who conducted the wedding. It was a joyful affair." It seems that the villagers prayers were answered as after the ceremony was held it has been raining across Dibrugarh since morning today. Ms Gogoi added: "We let the frogs go, so that they can live their life and convey our message to the rain
Gods. "This ritual is performed as a last resort measure.

Family › Parents Take Son To Court To Force Him To Get A Job by kheart(op): 5:05am On Aug 03, 2014
Despairing parents take son to COURT to force him to get a job.
MANY parents despair at the lethargy of their
offspring.
But one couple have gone to extreme lengths in a bid to force their adult son to get a job - they have taken him to court. Xu Qing, 29, has refused to work ever since leaving
university, claiming that employment is too boring. He has now moved his girlfriend into the home he shares with his parents and demanded he be fed and waited on hand and foot. Initially his mother Xu Hsing cooked and cleaned after her only child at their home in the Chinese capital Beijing. His father Ku arranged for him to have a job at a friend's company - but Qing quit after just three months saying it was too dull. He now spends his day sleeping and surfing the internet but managed to meet a girl online, who is also jobless. After just one month of dating, she has now moved in with the family - to the despair of Qing's parents. They laid down an ultimatum, saying he would have
to get a job or move out. But he refused and they said they had no choice other
than to take him to court. They did and were successful after the court ruled
that although Qing was their son, at the age of 29 they no longer had an obligation to support him and that as it was their house they could also him to move out. For 60 days there was stalemate as Qing and his girlfriend refused to budge.

IdomaLikita: Torkaka, you talk like a Naïve Person!
The SE is about the most Fortified Part of the Country Today!
You find Concrete Storey Buildings and Bunkers from Cities to Villages! Excellent Hiding Place for Snipers!
An Artillery Barrage is unlikely because Batteries have to be set up in MB Territory to achieve effective Range! Where and How will they get that Foothold?
The Sheer Economic Prowess of the East and Coastal Access means they can prosecute the War for as long as they want and unlike during the Civil War, they will take full possession of the Navy this time around, ensuring unhindered maritime Traffic!
The Organized Society in the S.E would also Prevent Chaos which would be a Common factor in the North and MB!
The 1st Side to get weary would be the North as most Productive Young Men would be in the Front instead of their Farms, and the Capacity of the Nigerian and Chadian Govts to keep Supplying Food and other Logistics to the Northern Hordes would be strained! They have Problems of their own, remember?

Air Raids by the North would be Unlikely due to its expensive cost and massive Anti-aircraft defence!

if u re posted to any of these states in d north u need not to panic.
Katsina
Kebbi
Zamfara
Bauchi
Kaduna
Nassarawa
Niger
Plateau
Sokoto. The top 5 most peaceful of all has to be Niger, sokoto, kebbi, zamfara and katsina. Jigawa is also peaceful bt i guess because of it proximity wit kano that s y it falls under insecured states. Well aside Niger state all d oda states re dulling (esp to a southerner who want to flex).

ibangs: Ymodulus in my opinion I don't think the contest should be extended till 2pm today. Most of us that adhere strictly to the rules work round the clock to meet the 10pm deadline yesterday. Also one of the contestant has mistakenly submitted his answer here which to me is a strong contender. Others that couldn't contest but peep through those answers will have a huge opportunity to get their answers, which will be a massive cheat and huge compromise to the show @ large. I think fairness, hard work and act according instructions should be the key. However, I have got to say bravo to you and the entire team for putting up this show.
couldnt agree more to dis, i thought d questions were simple only to spend 3 hrs answering them. I have never written an exams for 3 hrs can u imagine bt dis xtension ll render my effort useless na.

Akshow: Na wa o. If its mosque, its always averted or missed. But if na church, the bomb go explode. Something is not adding up. Abi no be for the same kano na im bomb blast for church for the same day?

The interesting thing is that churches in kano are barricaded and there are always soldiers around yet they can still penetrate and bomb churches but mosques that have no barricade with no soldiers always have their own bombs averted. Them never talk true.
why dont u set up a masterplan dat ll not be averted stewpid buffon
