The part that says register form i want to understand what that means.. just want to know what it means blessednendowed: I do not understand your question. What do you mean by how does filling the visa application work. You will simply fill our Visa D long term visa application on the polish website then print it out.
or is it that you have a specific question on the visa application form? Please clarify..

Alright thank you. For the form part Please explain how that works From filling to registering of Forms how does that work? blessednendowed: You put together all the required documents for study visa and you go on that date to the embassy and submit your documents to be considered. They will give you a ticket with a collection date when they will have reached a decision. You will come back on that collection date and pick up your passport. When you open your passport, check. If you got visa. Safe journey to Poland if not you will see a white long paper in your passport with the reasons for denial and you can appeal within 14 days. |

Please i sent you an email abnur14: I tnk its tym 4 us to get this topic rocking. I wld start wt the requirements from the embassy's site ALL VISA ISSUES REQUIRE REGISTRATION FOR APPOINTMENTS THROUGH www.e-konsulat.gov.pl ONLY HOLDERS OF DIPLOMATIC/OFFICIAL PASSPORTS ARE EXEMPT FROM THIS REQUIREMENT REGISTRATION PROCEDURE To register for a visa appointment, please go to www.e- konsulat.gov.pl --> Visas. Then, depending on the period of intended stay, choose “Schengen visa – register form” or “National visa – register form”. Schengen is for short-stay, up to 3 months; national is for 3-12 months (work, studies, etc.). Please be careful to choose to correct option. Choosing “… - fill in form” will direct you to a different application and you will be unable to apply correctly. The system will show you available appointment dates. Please note that appointment dates are granted independently of the embassy, based on the missions capacity and applicants’ demand. It is therefore not possible to receive an earlier appointment date. After you complete the online application form (make sure to click “submit” and/or “print”), a PDF will pop out. Please save it, print it and bring to the appointment. The exact appointment time will be visible on the last page of the PDF form. Please note that all applications need to be submitted personally by the applicants. We do not accept applications submitted by post, courier or anybody else than the applicants themselves. This requirement is stipulated in EU law. You will need to provide supporting documents along with your application form. SUPPOTRTING DOCUMENTS All applicants 1. International passport; 2. Visa fee of 12,000 Naira in cash (unless entitled to discount); 3. 2 passport-type photographs (en face, color, white background, no glasses, no hats); 4. Travel medical insurance valid for the entire period of intended stay plus at least 2 days; valid for all Schengen countries; minimum coverage 30,000 EUR; 5. Flight reservation (return); 6. Residence permit in one of the countries covered by the Embassy (if applicable); 7. Copy of passport data page and previous visas; 8. Copies of all original documents which the applicant wishes to keep. Minors travelling alone or with one parent – additional documents 1. Letter of consent from parent(s)/legal guardian(s) done in the presence of a Notary Public and superlegalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; 2. Birth certificate of the minor; 3. National ID card/passport parent(s)/legal guardian (s). Studies, courses, research etc. – additional documents 1. Copy of acceptance letter; 2. All documents required by the institution; 3. Confirmation of payment of fees (if applicable); 4. Documents for legalization (if applicable) – more info: Legalization of documents; 5. Hotel reservation or proof of another accommodation; for applicants planning to stay with family or friends or being sponsored by Polish/EU citizens in any other way, an invitation registered with appropriate Polish authorities (Urzad Wojewodzki) is required; 6. Documents regarding applicant’s sufficient means of subsistence during intended stay, such as: introduction letter from employer with employer’s consent for travel; salary slips; proof of business ownership; personal/business bank account statements; proof of income generated by property; letter from sponsor and documents regarding sponsor’s financial situation; 7. Documents regarding applicants family situation (marriage/birth certificates). NB: if u re below 18 years you must provide the documents for minors we are all here to learn no contribution is too small ...all are allowed to participate |

Ok thank you.. And the visa I'm applying for is D-type national visa right? DAramis: If you are talking about insurance for visa application, I believe it would be travel health insurance. Check the polish website because they seems to have specific insurance policy from insurance companies which they accept. |
Travel › Re: Polish Student Visa by Khormzy1(f): 8:30am On May 18, 2021 |
Is the insurance travelling insurance or medical insurance? Or even life insurance Which particular one am i supoosed to do. DAramis: According what I have read so far, calling the phone number is to book appointments for visa application.
On the other hand, you can visit the embassy if you are close by. Give your documents with authorisation letter to anyone you meet who came for interview or legalisation to help you submit (few people claimed it is possible in this thread). Once the person comes out, collect the submission receipt and hold.
You can pick up your documents once it is ready with evidence of ownership (international passport) and the submission receipt. If someone is picking it up for you, you give the person another authorisation letter, your international passport and receipt to help you collect it from the embassy. |

I sent out my mine today hopefully by Monday or Tuesday it will be done Sammypedro18: If that it is the case, authenticate your certificates at Min. of Edu. and Min. of For Aff. and upload, you can go for legalization at the embassy later on, authentication at both Ministries should take at most two working days. |

They sent a message to me that they accept the authenticated one from MOE and MOFA to avoid missing the deadline but I must still take to embassy for Legalization Sammypedro18: For BSc - Waec For Masters- BSc and Transcript. If you're in Abj I could link you up to those Embassy security guys to help you out with that, though they'll charge for it, the documents have to authenticated first at the MOE then MOFA before the embassy can legalize it. |
