As much as they say screen addiction is bad, you can get your child a tab, and control the screen time; I did it for my daughter, and it helped her a great deal.

The tab was her 1 year birthday present, from that point we started controlling her screen time, took her out for an evening stroll, and managed every other activity of hers.

At a year 6 months, she mastered the potty training, watching and practicing from Ms Rachel on her tab. She's 2, and she knows shapes, colours, counts and identify 1-20, knows alphabet A-Z caps and small letters, as well as the sound the make and objects that represents each alphabet.

Tab isn't a bad idea, just don't make it the child's companion. Let it remain an educational tool.

Dear Nairalanders! please I applied for the role of a customer representative from an opening I saw on one of the national dailies, the actual name of the company wasn't stated; they only Identified themselves as a communication company in need of customer representatives across Abuja, Lagos and Port Harcourt. we were advised to state our location on our CV and application letter, I did as instructed; just yesterday, I was sent an invite for an interview, referring to that very application, then I got to know that it is was Globacom (Glo) that put up the advert.

My main challenge now is that I stated my location as Abuja because I'm based in Abuja; But I was asked through the invite to attend the interview at Lagos tomorrow.

What are your views please.
