Maybe everything was just an illusion built in my inner sphere

Guess you never really had it

Maybe I'm talking too much,we never gelled
Maybe all we had was nothing that will never yield

Maybe the sad reality is that I was never the man
Maybe I was just an afterthought who roamed on the periphery of things.
