first of all thank God he walked away when he did. what would you have done if he came up with reasons as silly as these to leave you after you guys had tied the knot?
secondly it is time to get on with life. that one guy disappoints you does not mean that everyone out there is the same. there is some good guy out there waiting for you and if you seclude yourself you will never get to meet him.
finally the 3 years were not wasted. rather they are an experience you should learn from. if you had not had this experience you may well walk into the same situation later on. at least now you know better.
