You're correct. A quad core would have better performance than a dual core of the same generation, Even if they have the same speed. The gt 950m should be plenty powerful enough to play 2013/14 games on medium.

In gta 4, the fastest core 2 duo runs better than most of the quadcores, bar the extreme ones. Depends on hw the game was coded. If it was meant to take advantage of two cores only, the two core cpu with enough juice would suffice, sometimes beating the quadcores (I core series exempt, those guys are different beast, also diff architecture like u said). But the new games are all coded for quad cores over so, generally (presently) you are right.

Or why else do the Uchiha eyes revert to normal after their chakra is exhausted? And mind you, every Uchiha eyes are usually normal eyes until that special chakra is generated. So you saying sharingan is not chakra manifested is very much bizarre.

You need sharingan physical eyes to actually have sharingan. If all that was needed was the special chakra manifested in the brain, oro would have extracted that one instead. Of the physical eyes. Geez, saying otherwise is asinine.

Went down faster than a b!tch. Thing is,I do agree that itachi could've used a little bit more of his jutsus had he been healthy, but what ever the quality of his jutsu were the best he could do at his current level, which was kage level. Maybe if he had grown older he would've been much stronger. Don't try to exaggerate his abilities beyond the already exaggerated (by kishi) one.

So obito coming back to deliver a new set of ems eyes and Chakra from the afterlife shouldn't be seen as a surprise package from Kishi. He's been feeding us with this sorta crap since.

Let me punch holes for u.

Most of them included life sacrifices be they their own or others. The one factor in all of the egs is that they include chakra transfer as well, except for edo tensei. None of them in death, transfered physical things. The sharingan is not chakra manifested, it's actually a physical thing, made of biological combinations of a certain bloodline. Stop comparing different things. Arguing this is simply trying to lose ur credibility.

If you want to assume that you need EMS to do the complete body suannoo then I would say you must have basis for believing that.

But then the evidence of absence is not the absence of evidence.
Especially since like Tosyn pointed out
MS stands for Mangeykyo sharingan
While EMS stands for eternal Mangeykyo sharingan
The eternal meaning that the light in the eyes will never go out.
We also know that upon reaching the EMS, the tomoe changes to a combination of the two MS that make up the EMS.
There is no where it is linked that possessing an EMS gives you a better susanno, Madara did not say it, Sasuke did not say it, the writer obviously did not see it as a criteria that is why he allowed someone that had two Eyes and an MS to do it. A fresh MS.

Let's look at what we know,
A MS grants you the ability to do susanno, when you have the two eyes present in one head.
A MS gradually loses its light over time.
Using certain MS techniques strain the eyes causing them to bleed.

Being a ninja, performing any jutsu at first would take a toll on you especially if you're performing it for the first time or even the second time, but with time and experience it would get easier. In the naruto world, experience is directly linked to chakra level, the more the experience you get, which is mostly from training or through live battlefield action, the greater your chakra. So performing the same jutsu with more experience using it, would not take as much toll on you and the chakra consumption would be less than before.

Now combining everything that I have mentioned before
I can make some conjectures.
Sasuke got the perfect Susanno at the bridge where he fought danzo, and Kakashi.
He only achieved the complete body susanno after seeing Madara do it during the war and he didn't need to develop it stage by stage like the way he got the perfect Susanno. He saw something and adapted his body and chakra to doing that even when he hadn't done something like that before.

The fact that Sasuke's sharingan still brought out blood while performing the amaterasu simply means that there is still physical strain on the eyes but light in the eyes will never go out true to the full meaning of EMS.

The fact that Sasuke performed the susanno without any evidence of pain alludes more to the fact that through experience with the technique the strain on his body was significantly reduced as with all techniques that one does over time. There might still be pain whenever he uses the technique but it's gone down to the level where he got hold off showing it visibly.

All that is not due to the EMS, the EMS was not made to magically solve problems with techniques.

Sasuke did not use perfect susanoo at the bridge. What he had was not perfect susanoo, not even close. Have you even seen the difference? It has a battle armor, has legs, and wings. And it's bigger than the nine tails Provide proof of otherwise.

The basis for making that claim is that the only two people that used perfect susanoo had the same type of sharingan. I don't know of what more proof you need.

Its called the eternal ms because it never losing it light is the greatest advantage of It. I mean why have the greatest weapon and have it lose it power altogether. So yes, don't let the name fool you to believe that is all ems does for the user. Sasuke displayed susanoo with a huge usage of amateratsu...the other one he displayed was child's play compared to this one. And guess what? He didn't need to train, right after waking up from his surgery he was able to use it as easily as it came. They were not even in the same league.

It's true that techniques hurt you until you find a way to circumvent the hurting. Naruto learnt to throw his rasenball. He didn't get used to it and if he did it again, it might hurt his hands again. Sasuke can barely maintain normal susanoo but wakes up from surgery with new set of eyes and he not only maintains it with ease, he shrouds it in a cloud of ameteratsu and even throws them as fireballs very easily. No training. Riiiiight after he could barely use it, he can now use it with extreme precision. What was the differentiating factor in both cases? The type of sharingan. Yet somehow, you need more basis. Okay oo.

Sasuke made the perfect susanoo because that's when he needed it. I don't deny that seeing madara use it gave him the idea. But he couldn't have achieved it with ms.

Not so long after he fought danzou and was literaily in total Pain from using it, he mastered it and overcame the pain? Where? On the surgery bed or where? Oh dear God.

And who told you that blood from amateratsu from the his eyes meant he was in pain? What if that was the ritual to performing it? Why are u assuming the blood oozing was painful?

His MS went dead quickly cos he used them too intensely, now imagine him using them to attain complete susano'o. You won't see an MS achieve full susano'o cos of the simple reason which you now know.

What are you talking about, he had the ms for long and not once could he solidify his chakra enough to make a perfect susanoo. Just when he had ems, oh lookie here, perfect susanoo. Like I said it, there are two people who have achieved perfect susanoo, madara and sasuke...and both pocessed the ems. Or are you telling me that itachi couldn't do it, but sasuke could manage it?

Also, I hate to mention it but apparently even without eyes u can summon susanoo, so even a blind ms user should be able to summon susanoo. So no! Losing it light doesn't stop susanoo from being achieved.

Ems= perfect susanoo because you feel less strain or pain inorder to stabilize your chakra and solidify it.

Also what is the simple reason that ms can't achieve perfect susanoo?

We saw sasuke use the same techniques, even on a lesser level and he had the same symptoms to itachi, except coughing blood. The one part where we saw the illness take a serious toll on him was when he nearly lost susanoo due to pain.. Surely we can say that itachi would've been swifter with his taijutsu. His ninjutsu, genjutsu were kage level. Infact, due to his strong ninjutsu and taijutsu he didn't need to move much when fighting. his techniques wouldn't have been exponentially better at the tym of death had he not had the ailment. However if he grew older, that would've been another story. But as of that time of death, he portrayed the best he was capable of.

So you're saying the usage of ms didn't aggreviate his sickness? Are you saying that he could've used tsukiyomi, amateratsu, susanoo etc in higher levels than he displayed had he not been sick? I fail to believe itachi didn't showcase his mastery with the sharingan. His only shortcomings would be his body movement, he might've been faster and even more swifter had he been healthier. But the ms skills he demonstrated, that's the best, and it was actually a marvel to behold, think no less.

Dudes just like to kid themselves. What actually is EMS? ETERNAL Mangekyou Sharingan. It just simply translates that MS gets to last forever no matter how you use. Its not responsible for any further upgrades to your eyes, neither does it relieve you of any stress when using them. So you needing EMS to perfect susano'o is sheer comedy.

Jutsus taking their toll are the norms in naruto world, that's why mofos like Madara keep seeking for upgrades. Remember Naruto almost had his hands damages when using wind style rasenshuriken. Pain usually takes time to recover after using shinra tensei and chibaku tensei.

And yet everything we've seen of it shows that PS is associated with ems. Take it or leave it. You're simply reaching for straws here. Your interpretation and the manga's interpretations are different. Do you recon it gets called eternal/ reliever of pains mangekyou sharingan? Pretty much a mouth full don't you agree?

Also the egs are not great egs. Madara was looking to rule the world by becoming an immortal. Naruto nolonger bears that risk, training fixed that problem. And nagato was far away from his puppets that's why it took time to recover. I doubt that's same for his real body. Also it was borrowed eyes even. However with the ms jutsus no amount of training could make you feel less pain. And by the time you "get used to it" you'd be blind, there is no way around it, and that's not even borrowed eyes, that the real deal.

Why do these young black boys try to mingle with the white girls like that? It always troubling. But seriously did the white people think a child dat small had the strength to bash the white girls like that and drag them into a ditch? He couldn't have carried them, so he needed to drag them. If tey found no drag lines then wat was their evidence. Even if he carried them then his weight would've roughly douubled which would mean his foot print would've been deeper towards the ditch since the woods have soft soil. Did he also have bruises in his palm, because a child like that would need to tightly grip watever he used to stike the girls, a murder weapon which keeps changing. That would've caused aggressive bruises to his palm.
I want to believe they told him "if you admit you did it you can go see your parents again." Words that would seem like manna to a young boy scared to hell and back.

Still respecting neymar doesn't mean he is captain material. See what he did at copa america as reference. He ain't ready. He myt be later.experience will help him. Silva myt be playing, but he has better leadership skills to neymar, that much is a fact.

We can't even have conversations anymore without being called out on our opinion...in a forum...the home of opinions. So so so ironic.

On topic: it's all good. Atleast he gets to play the league. Trully I don't see a future in man city there for him, not because he isn't good, but because man city like real madrid want quick results and I don't think they'll have time for him. I pray he can go to another league, say german league and perform well there. I respect him as a forward, no lie.

Most 24" tv are 720 tvs and are low levels. The 32 screens are expensive here and most are also low grade with horrible lag for gaming. Infact, most tvs that are not plasma or oled are horrible for gaming due to lag. Console games don't feel it cos most of their games are 30fps which often dip lower and also they use controllers (assuming the games are fighter and fps). For pc gamers this is a huge problem. I experienced this first hand.
Problem with plasma and oled, however, is burn in. But that's what 1minute wallpaper auto change is there for.

Also new monitors come with usbs and hdmi + dvi + vga. Components are useless for pcs. Only good thing is that it's a tv.

I used to game on an android till mine got rekt (cracked screen)

But this is my observation after trying to install a lot of games "illegally".

Most of the android hardware do not have the same processors and so the games doe not work for all phones and most of the time demands that you redownload the whole data file again. Eg. You have a galaxy s3 and goto download a game uploaded by someone who was gaming on a galaxy note 2/3 (let's assume both phones use different cpu/gpu architecture). He expects that it'll work on your hardware but it doesn't. This is because the apk file doesn't recognise the data file as compatible with your hardware and needs to download the appropriate one. This situation is assosciated with heavy games tho. The smaller ones will work anywhere by method of brute force if need be.

So look for game that are compatible with your particular hardware. Eg games for snapdragon X or powervr Y. Or simply games for galaxy s3 etc. That's my observation.

Ofcos if that's not the problem you're having then please forgive my rumbling and tell me your problem.
