how did you get the information about the bank the ussd code was changed

I have been trying my bank ussd codes on my alert SIM which is MTN since four days ago now nothing is showing up am just fed up of the whole scenario is there anybody else who encountered this same issue i even tried texting them on Facebook pertaining the issue am facing no reply is showing up where by on a norms they reply within 1minutes of sent message
I tried it with access bank same with UBA bank nothing is showing up i desperately hope they should extricate the breach as soon as possible
